Could get noone on the day as i was at the unit on a sunday when i found out it was broken into. 4 police ifficers were there and we looked on the door for emergency contact. None available. Cameras as they show on website as having is on on the gate they had to come thru. No lick cut on the gate. Was it an inside job? Eventually finally got the mannager and she put a temp lock on it. I tried numerous times to open with no luck. She did show me and say it was tricky. Then it took her not showing up to remove it 3 times(Tax season she stated) and i put a lick on it. We originally had insurance but when these owners took over it never got transfered with there office girl( whom is no longer with them) so i am out. DONT BELIVE the web rhat says boarder security. I had planned to recycle them but the driver said he wanted them. Had I known it would be an extra $272, I wouldn't have agreed. And to top it all off, they charged me an hour extra ($159). I can't complain about the actual movers, who were fantastic, but the shady business practices are enough to make me want to warn others. I had to pay in full before they'd unload the truck, I did not get an itemized bill until I asked twice via email, and then when I questioned the extra charges, I also had to ask twice. Be wary.
