Stephanie was easy to get a hold of, pleasant to interact with and knowledgeable about their craft. She and Antonio had plenty of helpful suggestions for the project upon seeing the work site, and offered options as to how we could complete certain aspects of the project. It should also be noted, Stephanie was one of the few who distinctly followed up on the job. While it was easier to use a different provider in this case, we will certainly include Modern Tile in the running for future quotes and jobs.

OC Tile responded quickly and was by far the most reasonable bid. Because of a supply delay on another job, they could start right away, which was great, but that also meant we had to make many decisions on the fly. In addition to starting before all the decisions were made, it was a rather complex job, including 4'x4' wall tiles and special plumbing for the tub. Kelly and Dave, the two owners, were very helpful in coming up with creative solutions and kept us informed during the entire project. They were enjoyable to work with, as was their entire crew. They are highly skilled, attentive to detail, and did an excellent job. We would definitely hire OC Tile for future needs.
