A friend recommended this place and I made appointments for 3 of us today(Saturday), the day before Mother's Day. They did a great job with masks and keeping everyone distant with covid. The pedicure was phenomenal. I felt like they actually enjoyed what they did and took their time on you. It was so relaxing. My nexgen manicure was also perfect. It never fails I get cut or rushed and my cuticle bleeds but not here! Not one scrap or burn. It came out wonderfully and I will continue to be back. I have been to several mani/pedi places. I've been here once before with a friend and had no issues. I asked for a gel manicure and basic pedicure. The service was great. I loved the mani color with the pink gel and one finger being glitter. My pedicure was great. Unfortunately, the next day (Saturday) my finger nail on the gel started turning a black tint and spread throughout the gel nails. Even the glitter nail is turning black. It is not dirt! I've had several gel manicures and this hasn't happened before. Ive attached my before and after pictures. I tried reaching out, but haven't heard back. So disappointing! read more

I go to Thu (I think her American name is Amy). Aside from the fact that her parents like mine have good taste in names....Thu is fantastic! After relocating here, it took me 1.5 years to find the right nail person! I only do pedicures and manicures so I'm extremely picky about cuticle cutting and shaping. Every single place I tried up until this point just doesn't know how to do it right. What's especially important is that...well, I have nail technician abandonment issues. My first nail love I was with her for 10 years, and out of nowhere she disappeared without a word. My next love, well call it commitment issues but I abandoned her and left for Texas. Thu...she's here to stay! I even checked with her to get an idea of her long term plans and she doesn't plan on leaving anytime soon. She's been with Sabrina for 13 years! Loved this place! Got my nails done by Tony, and he took his time and asked me if I liked it repeatedly. I got NextGen and I'm really indecisive about color, but the main desk guy was very patient with me and they offer SO many colors! Was so hard to chose from but he was patient and offered more colors and helped me. It's smooth and not chunky and my nails look so natural. They offer student discount - even college. I got Next Gen done for under $25 - what a steal. Look online for various discounts and hey honor them! Def will be returning and referring this place to friends! read more

I went here solely based on the reviews, and I was not disappointed. Simon did my nails and he did a great job. He was very nice and personable. He gave me exactly what I asked for and didn't annoyed by my requests, which can often happen. If you're looking for a place to get nexgen done, they do a great job and it is very reasonable priced. He did a soak off, then two different colors on my medium length nails and it was only $35. If you are looking for all the chrome/holo/marble new trends, this isn't the place - I'm pretty sure they don't have those things. But for average needs, this place is incredible. Also very clean. Lisa is the reason I drove from Miller & 190 in Rowlett for my pedicure on Saturday. While there I decide to have new tips and NexGen for my nails. WRONG !!! Should have known when she put nails in bowl to soak without a towel over the bowl to prevent fumes I should have left. To make a long story short - my nails are applied to my nail beds - crooked - NexGen powder was applied unevenly. Should have known when she was using a brush to sprinkle more powder over the nails she just dipped I was in trouble. I did call and voice my concerns but I did not want to go back at 3 on Saturday afternoon to have them redone "professionally" when the woman that did them should have been "professional" in the 1st place. Side note here - if one is to wear a dress or a romper outfit to work - please make sure it covers your behind when you bend over. Totally disgusting. read more

Got an ombre style here. Did not measure up to what I expected at all and when I asked the guy running the register about it he just blamed it on my nails being short. If your nail techs are qualified and experienced with ombre, as he said, (though I doubt) shouldn't they be able to do an exceptional job no matter the length of the nail? Apparently not here. Also, my nails weren't even all filed the same. I will say the lady who did my pedicure did a great job. Came here for the first time last week, and I was impressed! Service was quick and efficient, but not rushed. Simon did my Nexgen nails, and was very friendly and made sure to ask if i was okay, and if I liked the length/shape etc. The place was nice and clean too. The only one downside is that the color I ended up with did not look much like it did on the example swatch. I thought I had picked a pale, light pink, but ended up with a bright, bubblegum pink. Not sure if the swatch had just faded over time, or if it was just done with less layers of the dip powder? Either way, my nails themselves look great, and I plan to come back here! read more

He charged me $35 (the price for nexgen with tips) but wouldn't accept the coupon because the guy didn't actually use tips. But charged me for it!!! This place is a joke.
