i've been coming here every month for a year. Today, what the heck was I thinking, I went to a different nail salon, It's the worst disaster I've ever seen! But I'm so nice, I don't have the nerve to ask for my money back. I was a walk-in on a Saturday and loved the manager and staff. The employees are men and women of all ages and everyone was nice and personable. I came here with my mom for the first time. The staff was nice and my moms pedicure turned out really nice. I asked for a pedicure and gel manicure. I left before I could get the gel manicure because I was unhappy with my pedicure and the way my manicure was going. Here is a picture of my pedicure, which has paint all over mail toes, and did not fill all of my nails. They look sloppy and undone. My cuticles on my hands look like chunks are taken out and not done properly so I left before I ended up with a bad gel manicure too. I will not be going back. read more

The only reason that I am giving them 2 stars is because of how friendly they were. It seems as though maybe they need a few more employees. Once I sat in the chair to get a pedicure, I had to wait with my feet in the water for about 10 minutes. During my pedicure the guy took his time and was doing great until he polished my toes. He started to rush in order to get to another customer that had been waiting. Then I had to wait for the lady to my manicure which was the quickest manicure I've ever had. 11:00 appointment made well in advance started at 11:25. And pedicure was same person instead of two at same time even though I told them I only had 1.5 hours. Of course they skipped my waxing, buffing my feet, and put the wrong color on my nails but it was so late I didn't ask them to start over. Silverfish crawling across the floor. Wondered why they hung around 3.5 stars when past experiences have always been very good. I think I get it now. First, I need to say Anna is the best! 10 stars for her if I could give it. This time I saw they offered body massage, so I scheduled one. After Anna's awesome pedi, they talked me into their essential oil massage for a little extra saying it was a $120 per hour value. Man, this better be good! So first off, watch out for the upsales as they're not satisfied with whatever you pick. They led me back to the table and said take off shirt but leave on shorts. Huh?! This was a draping required massage, mind you. The looks on their face was priceless when I changed my mind about the massage because they didn't seem to understand why I didn't want their upcharged essential oils all over the clothes I was wearing into the shop. Or maybe they were never going to massage glute or upper leg regions which are major muscle areas, thus why are they calling this a full body massage? I totally understand they are trying to discourage a certain element out there, but that's not why I was there. The massage was draped which most professional therapists know how to use to maintain modesty and perform a complete and therapeutic full body massage without getting oils on the clothes you wore in. In summary, my advice is stick to nails and drop the fake illusion of providing a full body massage. Once again, Anna is a star here and is awesome! After this experience, she would be the only reason I would come back. Sadly, after this experience and being made to feel like I should be ashamed because I refused their version of a full body massage, I probably will not return.
