11:00 appointment made well in advance started at 11:25. And pedicure was same person instead of two at same time even though I told them I only had 1.5 hours. Of course they skipped my waxing, buffing my feet, and put the wrong color on my nails but it was so late I didn't ask them to start over. Silverfish crawling across the floor. Walk-ins were taken before us. No wine or any type of adult beverage. Overall, so not recommend and will not ever go back. read more

Wondered why they hung around 3.5 stars when past experiences have always been very good. I think I get it now. First, I need to say Anna is the best! 10 stars for her if I could give it. This time I saw they offered body massage, so I scheduled one. After Anna's awesome pedi, they talked me into their essential oil massage for a little extra saying it was a $120 per hour value. Man, this better be good! So first off, watch out for the upsales as they're not satisfied with whatever you pick. They led me back to the table and said take off shirt but leave on shorts. Huh?! This was a draping required massage, mind you. The looks on their face was priceless when I changed my mind about the massage because they didn't seem to understand why I didn't want their upcharged essential oils all over the clothes I was wearing into the shop. Or maybe they were never going to massage glute or upper leg regions which are major muscle areas, thus why are they calling this a full body massage? I totally understand they are trying to discourage a certain element out there, but that's not why I was there. The massage was draped which most professional therapists know how to use to maintain modesty and perform a complete and therapeutic full body massage without getting oils on the clothes you wore in. In summary, my advice is stick to nails and drop the fake illusion of providing a full body massage. Once again, Anna is a star here and is awesome! After this experience, she would be the only reason I would come back. Sadly, after this experience and being made to feel like I should be ashamed because I refused their version of a full body massage, I probably will not return. There a tons of other options out there. read more

I feel like I could have done this job at home the quality was sloppy. Waited for 2hrs to be served and start its not worth it at all.

Hands down the Best in Plano, and I've tried a lot. Nancy is the best and Ava....point blank....go check those ladies out.

Go see Tina, she's the only person I want touching my nails! Family oriented and loving staff!

The pedicures for my niece and I were very relaxing. I always enjoy the paraffin on my feet. My niece's six-year-old daughter sat in the princess spa for her pedicure and loved it. read more

Got dip powder nails done the other day, and I've never had nails that look this perfect. Very happy with the amazing job Nancy did. She really took her time getting the almond shape perfect and making sure there were no streaks or imperfections. read more

I have moved more times then most and it's so hard finding a good nail salon. I found this place by accident but this place is definitely my favorite! GREAT STAFF! CLEAN! They take their time and make sure the services they provide are to your liking. The owner Tina is always friendly and welcoming. And best of all, prices are great!!! I definitely recommend this place ‍ read more

It's a no for me! Walked in...just a toe polish change everyone was busy...could've at least given me a estimated time offered me a drink something but instead the four employees ignored me completely...after a minute I just decided to leave...they need the business based upon the empty salon but oh well ! Please step the customer service up ! I know I wasn't there to spend 10000 dollars but I'm still a potential new client smh!!! read more

I have been coming here for the last 10 years and didn't realize I've never left a review! They are amazing, sanitary and outstanding attention to detail. I have no favorite because they have all been here for years! Thank you Tony, LeeAnn, Jenny, Tina, Lee you all are the best! read more

The first experience I had at the salon was good, but that changed the second time. My nails look terrible and the person who did my nails did not care and was very careless. I will be buying nail polish remover and doing my nails myself or at a different salon. Go somewhere else. read more

Great people and amazing service. Have been going to Nancy for years and will continue to always go to her.

Worst nail salon I've been to. I posted pictures of the French pedicure I got, and my manicure (note: the pictures are after I asked them to redo my nails twice - they looked worse before). I also got my eyebrows done, and when I was in the car on the way home I realized they were BLEEDING. My friend was equally dissatisfied with her nails. Won't be back. Ever. read more

I switched to this nail salon to do the fills on my acryllic nails. The owners, Tony and Tina run a clean and professional environment. The quality of my nails are much better at this salon than my previous one. The nails are natural looking and well shaped. The PREVIOUS salon made them very thick and had lots of bubbles in the acryllic, and they hurt me when using the electric file to the point of pain for a couple of days afterward. Paradise on the other hand did NONE of those things. I never have to wait long, and the service is always above and beyond. Prices are competitive. read more

I love this place, I don't understand why people have given not so great reviews. The prices are great especially considering to other nails shops in Plano, TX. I have had Ken do my feet for the past 3 years since I lived in Plano, TX and I'm actually in the process of relocating back to Houston, but this is one place I will surely miss. I also had them do the professional rock massage therapy on my back for 25 mins, cost is close to $30.00--- tell me where you will get a great deal like that (no-where), this place is awesome. I truly will miss this little gem shop once I move. =( read more

I went to paradise nails (not my normal place) because I was in the area; they quoted me a certain price for my nails however when I went to check out they upped the amount due by $5 for removal of my gel since I didn't have them done there! They just added a make-up amount because they could. I will not be back. read more

I loved it! I got a mani and pedi for 55. They use wax on your hands and feet and an extra 5 for the hot stones for your legs. It was great the lady i got actually massaged me well. I will be returning. nice and efficient read more

The nail techs are nice and friendly but the one I had for my manicure did her job half-heartedly. The top coat was uneven and my index finger nails were filed too flat. The same nail tech lady did the check out. Her language barrier seems like a major issue. I had obviously told her that I will pay for both me and my friend. However, she charged me once then realizing she got it wrong, she proceeded to do another payment. Little did she know American Express cards have a fraud protection program that disable charging for the same exact thing twice. It was only when her boss/the owner came that they worked it out. I've definitely been to better places. It was somewhat a disappointing experience for me personally. read more

I'm new to the area and was in desperate need of a new go to for my nails. This place catered to my every need. The staff was friendly and they did a wonderful job on my manicure and pedicure. They were even able to do my manicure while I was getting my pedicure so that my mother and I were finished at the same time (she was just getting a pedicure). I will definitely be back. read more

I've been here several times.. But I went with my bf and they assigned the worst ever nail tech ever! I mean the worst! She jabbed my toe so badly it was sore for a week!! I'm not even kidding! An experienced nail tech could have done the job in 15 minutes. I literally was bleeding when I left 45 minutes later... Meanwhile my bf was done and Waiting after 20 minutes! It was horrible! I will never go back there because they have inexperienced people they throw out when they are busy! Omg! I'm lucky my toe didn't fall off! Please take heed if you plan on going to this establishment!!! Warning!!! Warning!!!! Alert!!!! Alert!!!' read more

I had no idea where I was when I rolled up to this nail salon, but I had time to kill and this salon is right next to a Starbucks, so I stopped in. My pedicure was freaking awesome. I am from DC, so I'm not sure about how competitive their pricing is, but I felt it was fair especially for the service. My nail tech pulled out new sterile tools and gave me a little menu to choose from. I picked out the level of pedicure I wanted and also picked out the fragrance of product for her to use. I haven't seen that before but I really like the concept. The nail tech didn't pressure me into a ton of different services and was sweet. The salon has easy parking, ample staff and stations, and was quiet and clean as a whistle. They also have a large selection of OPI colors. read more

First and last time I ever go here. My friend and I made appointments for dip powder manicures for 5:00 pm yet weren't helped until 5:30. Already not off to a great start, my nail technician accidentally hit my head with a ring light while trying to set it up. I don't recall her apologizing. She then started doing my nails, without any of the usual services that are included with a manicure (soaking the nails, oil/lotion on the hands, clipping the cuticles). She just filed them a bit and began adding the powder. When she told me my nails would be $70 I was horrified, but not wanting to ruin the plans my friend had set up, said it was fine. I got the basic "natural nail acrylic" color with brown gel on the end like a French tip. My friend wanted some fun Halloween nails, and specifically said she just wanted it on her natural nails. While we were chatting distractedly, her nail tech began gluing on fake nails, then charged her $90 for them! We later called to ask for a breakdown of the pricing and didn't get a straight answer. We were told the manager will call us back. We never got a call back. Our nails were cute, but surely not worth $70 or $90. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else to get your nails done. read more

Family is what Paradise Nails staff treats us as. I've been getting my nails done here for over 12 years and though I've tried others when I'm in a rush and don't make it in I've always came back because I can sit, relax and unwind to Quality Service. My experiences here have always been on point and when I've had a slight concern (because let's face it we're all human and have our down days) the management has gone above and beyond to correct the situation. If your looking for a pedicure that includes relaxing massages where they don't rush then this is the place. Also love that my 19 month old son is catered too when he's with me. read more

I've had manicures, pedicures, and waxes here. They were all fine. I did notice they didn't have the drying lamps last time since I'm not the best at letting my nails dry without ruining them. The prices are great. The employees are nice. I will be returning read more

I have been to this place a couple times and always get a basic manicure but somehow it always seems to fall off within a day. This last time I went and got a pedicure and the salon lady convinced me to upgrade to a sports pedicure to remove my calluses on my feet but then did not remove a thing. To top it all off she had cut off the sides of my big toe nails and I couldn't walk on them for a week and had to go to a doctor for a antibiotic to heal what she had done. read more

Stopped here to get a pedicure and couldn't be happier. They sat us immediately. The price for what we got was really great at only 29 for a basic pedi. They massage your legs, wrap them in hot towels, and use scented scrubs. I would def go back, super friendly staff! read more

Went by Paradise nails to get a routine french-tip manicure.. unfortunately the woman who assisted me didn't speak English so what I thought was reassurance, she was pretty much doing her own thing.. my french tip was 3cm thick & I wanted them thin to match my nail type. My paint job started to chip after literally 3days. I still tipped the woman, but that will be my last time at paradise nails. The quote "You get what you pay for.. " really resonates here.. smh. The manicure was $20 + tip. read more

What can I say about this place other than this is the only place in Dallas, Texas I will go to get pampered! Tina and her team are professional, completely understand what I like, and NEED. Prices are great, the salon is super clean, and they have MARGARITAS!!! need I say more! They are through, knowledgeable, and CONSISTENT! Super detail oriented, and make me feel/look fabulous. Tina and her team are so accommodating to your needs, or wants and doesn't try and make you get anything you don't need or want. They're always up to date with techniques for both acrylics, gel, powder, wax, etc. You name it they do it, and do it right! Love this place! Thanks for always taking care of me ladies!!! read more

Excellent place! Has been my go to for about a year. They are so thorough give the best pedicures, are not pushy with trying to get you to get expensive stuff (I only get a basic man/pedi) and the prices are so reasonable. I have been coming this establishment for a while and I have never had any issues. The staff is always nice and friendly, some people need to understand that if you just walk in and they are busy, then yes there will be a wait. If you're not happy with the service, speak up because I am sure that they will be more than happy to accommodate you. read more

Christine gives the best pedicures here and is such a lovely person! They have a good color selection and friendly staff. Tina does a great job at the gel powder but is pretty booked (at least at the times I usually want to go, which in fairness is pretty last minute). Worst place ever! Terrible customer service!!! If your nail breaks off two days after getting them done, they will gripe about having to fix them for you!!! I told Tina I don't work very much so it's not like I'm hard on my hands, and she told me that I'm obviously too broke to get my nails done! What the hell! I've never had such terrible customer service. I'm never one for leaving bad reviews but I just couldn't understand why any place that provides a service would treat any customer this way! Needless to say I'll be taking my business elsewhere. I even have half a mind to make a complaint to TDLR about their lack of sanitation too. So infuriating. read more

My sister & I came across this salon while running some errands, at the beginning I was very impressed with the staff, they all were very accommodating and sweet. Henry was the one who did my nails, but he did not finish them for me. Tina ended up having to fix his sloppy work for me after he became frustrated with me when I told him it didn't look right. Probably won't be returning back. read more
