Our entire house in Santa Clarita was remodeled before we bought it, EXCEPT for the master bath. The whole house looked 21 century and then you walk in to the master bath and you're transported to 1992 and getting ready for prom. My wife and I hated It. We talked to many companies and I was very discouraged. One day I received a cold call from SN Design. That is usually a red flag for me but at this point I was very frustrated and scheduled an appointment. Prior to the appointment with Niso I started to read reviews ans look at pictures of his work. After reading the reviews about SN Design, about how nice and "wonderful" Nisso and Oscar are, I KNEW that was who I wanted to remodel our master bath. I am beyond happy. Nisso was amazing to work with. From the beginning I felt like I could trust him and he delivered. He has an excellent eye for design and is very patient and he was willing to listen to our ideas. Oscar, Nisso's Forman is outstanding. Apart from being an all around nice guy, he knows his trade. Oscar did a fantastic job. No remodel job is ever going to be perfect but with the few things that we wanted to change or thought could be a little bit better, Oscar was on it. His commitment to quality is very evident in his ideas and his craftsmanship. A lot of the reviews talk about how much Nisso and Oscar are always there to tell you what is happening and they are 100% accurate. I cannot even remember how many times Nisso said we could call him anytime if we had any questions. Oscar was more than happy to fill us in on what was going on and to listen to our questions. Thank you Nisso, Oscar and SN Design. If we ever have another remodel job and for some reason you are unavailable, you have ruined it for anybody else. They would have an impossibly high bar to reach.

We hired S N Design Remodeling to completely gut and redo our bathroom. I will let the pictures speak for themselves. I am happy with the final result. The bathroom was completed within the timeframe discussed with the exception of the shower glass door (the shower door was installed a week later). I appreciate the time Niso spent with me shopping for finishing hardware. His suggestions helped bring my vision to life. I also appreciate Niso being able to work within my budget. I will say that hiccups are bound to happen but communication is key. Make sure whatever contractor you hire fully understands what you want.

My wife and I have been searching for a contractor to remodel our kitchen for at least two years. We had a vision of what this project should look like but were left on our own not knowing what style of cabinets and granite that would be compatible together for this project. We were left on our own to select all materials and had no guidance in choosing the proper upgrades. We were frustrated and almost gave up hope as we felt lost in trying to find the right company for the job. Our last try led us to Home Advisor that helped us to identify our needs for our kitchen remodel. We narrowed it down to two great ranked businesses. After meeting with both representatives we chose S.N Design Remodeling INC. Niso and his team made us feel like a valued customer and helped guide us throughout this major project by listening to what our vision was and gave us a DESIGNERS viewpoint helping us to make choices of materials, compatible style color combinations and fixtures. His attention to detail began right from the start beginning with explaining what was involved in our kitchen remodel, and then the contract schedule of performance as work progressed. This whole process went smoothly, even when we had questions and modifications after installation that were addressed and corrected promptly due to our needs. As you can see, we are overjoyed of the results of our kitchen remodel mostly of the true concern Niso has embodied to his employees of ATTENTION to DETAIL... All of the tradesmen that helped build our dream kitchen are skilled craftsman and have the same vision Niso encourages in his company. Quality First... It's this mantra that shows us Niso really cares about his reputation as a business, but also the people that do the work for S.N Design and Remodeling. It's this aspect that we have chosen S.N Design and Remodeling for our next home project in updating our bathrooms...

We've interviewed a few home builders, checked out their work and reputation, and eventually decided to go with Gil, Oren, and the whole team of Go Home Builders. Working with the insurance was a pain, luckily Gil had experience working with Allstate insurance before, and he helped us a lot getting the money we needed to rebuild our home. The planning process took a bit longer than what we initially planned for. The county of LA took their sweet time approving our plans. Fortunately, after 2 sets of revisions we were fully approved. The construction wasn't bad at all, they had plenty of guys working on our home at the same time. The only time there was no work, was on inspection days. The finishes was one thing that was extremely important for us. My wife and I are detail oriented and wanted to make sure we're choosing the right company to do the finish work correctly. All I can say is that they exceeded my expectations. Overall the beginning of the process was extremely emotional challenging, but the whole team of Go Home Builders made us feel like we're not alone. My wife and I are very grateful for them. I'd highly recommend.

We interviewed multiple…read morecompanies and went with GHB since they seemed the most design-forward and client-friendly of the bunch, and gave us a reasonable quote too. I had a rough vision in mind for fitting a lot into a relatively small space, but wanted to see the options rendered so I could better make the big layout and design decisions. Alexis was very patient and super helpful in mocking up each iteration until we locked in the final design. Once it was time to actually break ground, Gil, Oren, Uriel, and the rest of the team were really responsive and always available by text. Unlike previous contractors we've worked with, they usually gave us an idea of what was happening the next day/week and who to expect onsite. The first ~70% of the project went really smoothly and far exceeded my expectations. Demo, framing, rough plumbing, and electrical all largely went without a hitch. We ran into some problems towards the end around communication, timeline, and subcontractor oversight -- which led to more delays when someone punctured our new in-wall toilet tank and flooded both the bathroom and bedroom. We know every construction job runs into challenges so we weren't bent out of shape by it, and we did appreciate that GHB took full responsibility for fixing the issues. By and large we were really impressed by most of their subcontractors, especially the very professional and considerate plumbing, electrical, and tiling teams! After living with our new bathroom for a while now, we can definitely say it was worth the wait, and such a huge improvement over our previous dysfunctional layout. Thanks to GHB for their great service, amazing attitude, attention to detail, and for bringing the bright, colorful bathroom of my dreams to life!

I knew that whatever house project we worked on next, I was going to hire someone who could bring the quality we wanted. I first reached out to Zenith Builder about potential home projects and met with Zuriel in 2023. He was honest and gave his perspective on the different options we were considering. We ended up not going through with any projects at that time because everything was out of our budget and we needed to figure out what we wanted. Fast forward to this past April, we finally decided to remodel our garage. I didn't even hesitate and knew I wanted to hire Zenith. Zuriel came out again and talked through the details of the different options we were considering. Once we decided on the initial scope, they started and worked quickly. The project manager was really communicative and easy to work with. When we added scope in the middle of the project, Zuriel was transparent about the additional costs and even though we approved over text, he would still quickly put together the documentation to send over for approval. If you're looking for a stress-free experience in remodeling/construction, look no further because Zenith is your answer. After the experiences we had, Zenith is worth every penny. I will use them again when we do our next home renovation.

They also offer drafting and 3d rendering services for a small added fee so you definitely know what you're signing up for prior to a larger project. After buying a new house, we were looking for creative solves to fix an extremely weird and small bathroom situation where expanding it was not going to be a straightforward solve given limited spacing in our house... and not wanting to expand our house which would take even longer to move in and break the bank for us. Zenith is your one stop shop, with electrical and plumbing covered for this type of project. They can also help with some materials too and you'll get a very clear quote on what is or isn't needed to purchase/covered allowances that they can help procure. While it looks like I won't be able to go with them this time (purely due to budget, but they were extremely fair and competitive with their pricing for the level of service they offer), Zenith was extremely helpful in giving us their perspective and I have no doubt they can get the work done in a great manner. Zuriel at Zenith was very patient with me and highly responsive with my questions, always responding back in a timely manner. Highly recommend you consider them when looking for contractor quotes!

Throughout the entire process, Mike was very professional and the level of expertise he exhibited was obvious. Before Mike, I had met with 3 other contractors to compare services and quotes but what sealed the deal for me was the 3D render service Mike offered. It was affordable and it would be free if you end up going with MDM for your remodel. Mike was able to get the renderings to me very quickly and made adjustments whenever we wanted to change something. Seeing the details of the renderings really brought what we were envisioning to life and helped with the design process. Fast forward to beginning of demo/construction, Mike's employees were impressively fast and efficient at their jobs, but what really impressed me was how clean they kept our property after each day of work. And that stated true throughout the entire process of our 7 month renovation. During construction, if there were any last minute changes, Mike would always try to cater to our needs whenever possible. Even if subcontractors made mistakes with anything, Mike would make sure it is fixed and perfect right away. Keep in mind, you can't rely on Mike for everything (as much as you might want to). You really do have to do your research (in terms of design, finishing materials, sourcing those materials, and getting them delivered on time) and know exactly what you want and how you want it, that way, Mike can plan and put into action what needs to be done. After this entire process, we are extremely happy we got this project completed with MDM. What really sets them apart is the quality of work, dependability, and the great people that work for MDM. Shoutout to Mario! They really respected our home and were very considerate of us during construction. Even after everything was finished, they guaranteed that they would come back and fix anything that needed fixing. Cannot recommend them enough if you want to improve or build your new home!

We recently purchased a 1950's home that was outdated and was looking to rejuvenate our home before moving in. We sent out various inquiries on Yelp and through referrals. Jay and Rui were very responsive and came out to give us a quote immediately without delay. Jay showed us his show room as well as various projects he was currently working on giving us more than enough reassurance that he'd be able to handle our project. Jay gave us a timeline and scope of work that met our desired budget and most of all he worked thoroughly with us to create the perfect floorplan. We had a gut feeling and decided to move forward with J&R Construction. Best decision ever. He started immediately sending in a huge crew to basically gut the interior of our home and remove a fireplace located in the center of our home. During the process, Jay was very responsive and gave us periodic updates on the process. His team were there nearly every single day working on our home. We were astonished how everything progressed so quickly. Throughout the process, Jay uncovered issues that he recommended adding to the scope of work such as water re-piping and electrical. The galvanized water pipes were leaking and extremely old. Our electrical panel was poorly done by the previous owner. We didn't have to but decided to add it to the scope. As he finished re-piping the home, I received a notification from my home insurance that they would be cancelling my insurance due to the old water pipes unless proof was provided that it was replaced. Jay provided documentation just a couple days later for me to submit to Mercury Insurance. They then revoked the cancellation. Phew! Fast forward 3 months later, Jay and his team finished the following: Structural/layout changes, plumbing re-pipe, electrical re-wiring of the whole house, whole home HVAC, attic insulation, whole home flooring, kitchen cabinets, retrofit all windows, interior painting, exterior doors, interior doors, masterclass kitchen and bathroom tiling, and so much more. He turned our 3 bed 1.5 bath home into a 3 bed 2 bath with a master bath and closet. I don't think any contractor could have redesigned our home the way Jay did.. not even close! If you have a BIG project and want to do it right, I 1000% suggest you give Jay a call. You won't be disappointed.
