This wasn't our first project so we knew what we were looking for in a contractor, and from our first meeting with Yarin our requirements were met - organized, knowledgeable, realistic and considerate of our budget. Our project involved the addition of a room and patio to our existing home, so we had to go through the process of planning, designing and getting permits before starting the build. We were guided and kept well informed throughout. When the build started we would get a weekly schedule so we knew what to expect, and the different teams were efficient, respectful of our property and did great work. No construction project runs completely to plan and without any issues, but Yarin always had answers to our questions and would present options and solutions any time something came up. Project manager Jordan was regularly on site and would make sure we were satisfied and taken care of. Ultimately, our project was completed on time and on budget, and our home looks beautiful with the addition. We would recommend Create (and already have) to anyone looking for a capable and reliable contractor. Thank you team! read more

Create Construction was recommended to us by a very good friend. Yarin did their ADU a years ago and they had a wonderful experience. We met with Create Construction after a horrific experience, mid-demo, and needed a team to come in quickly, affordably, and reliably. Create checked all of those boxes. We worked with Daniel, who is truly incredible. Very responsive, kind, and detail-oriented. Our last contractor had left pipes uncapped, and before even being hired, Daniel sent plumbers to our house to cap our pipes, which were leaking. Daniel looked at our plans and renderings and caught multiple mistakes -- very, very detail oriented. We ended up going with another company for purely logistical reasons, but Create Construction generally, and Daniel especially, are wonderful to work with. read more

Excellent company! We hired Create to remodel our kitchen, laundry and add a half bath. We are very happy that we did. Overall, communication was great and all of our concerns were addressed. Everything moved much faster than other companies we have worked with in the past. Planning and inspections were a breeze. We would hire again! read more

Yarin, Kim, and Jay were so great to work with on our double bathroom remodel. I am an architect and I can confidently say that Create is a top notch, professional service. They are communicative, organized, collaborative, fair and they care about their craft. My husband and I are very happy with our decision to hire create and with our new bathrooms! read more

Yarin and the entire Create Construction team were an absolute dream to work with. From day one, Yarin walked us through each step of the remodel so clearly that what could have been a stressful process actually felt manageable and even exciting. He checked in frequently, explained every decision, and always made sure we felt informed and supported. Every member of the team was incredibly responsive, professional, and detail oriented, and the quality of the work truly shows in our finished space. The remodel looks fantastic, and we are genuinely thrilled with the results. It is such a relief to have found a contractor we can fully trust, and we are already thinking about future projects with them. We would absolutely work with Yarin and Create Construction again and recommend them wholeheartedly to anyone considering a home renovation. read more

If I could I would give them 10 stars! We chose Yarin and Create Construction because they were the most honest in their evaluation of what has possible with our kitchen rather than just saying "we'll figure it out"- his knowledge and honesty was what we wanted! They helped us with the design, architect, everything! There are always unpredictable factors with renovations, but Yarin is such a great planner that even if something was delayed, we'd usually catch up quickly after. We just passed our final inspection today and we're so thrilled with our new kitchen! read more

We contracted Create Construction for a bathroom remodel and recess lighting around the entire house about a year ago. Yarin and the team was professional from start to finished and walked us through the whole process. Very knowledgable, detailed oriented, while balancing quality with my budget. He was able to help us pick a design, adjust to some of our custom requests and made sure everything turned out great. I waited close to a year to review so I could say there weren't any issues that came up in the long run with any of the work. People still come over and point out how nice the bathroom is and the lighting has completely changed how the whole house feels. We'll be working with them again soon remodeling more of the house and highly recommend you do so as well. read more

We had an excellent experience working with Create Construction on our ADU. The biggest takeaways for us are the strong communication and the high quality of the work. From the very beginning of the planning process through final inspection, Yarin was thorough in all communication and very collaborative. He was always reachable when we had questions and spent a lot of time answering our questions, explaining processes, and problem solving with us. Any snags or delays in the process were clearly communicated so we understood what was going on with the project at all times. Yarin was also helpful with the decisions along the way, especially in terms of cost-saving. He would explain different options and how they would impact both the cost and the quality. We always felt like we had enough information to make decisions with confidence. And there were so many decisions to make! We're so happy with the work that Yarin and his team did. All of the people working on the project throughout the six months were respectful and it's clear that Yarin has a high standard of workmanship for his team. The space is beautiful and we're excited to show it off to our guests! read more

We have a small bathroom which has not been updated since before we moved in in 2002. We were worried what we might find behind the walls!! Create Construction came in and did an amazing, clean and fast job. My favorite word is "details" and Yarin and his crew did not disappoint. We are so happy with the work, now it's time to get to work on bathroom number two. read more

"Yarin did an outstanding job with the complete remodel of our condo in Santa Monica. We did a significant amount of work on the 3 rooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, dining room, den, and kitchen, including changing the layout in some rooms and hallways. This is the second major remodel we have done in LA, and this time it went much smoother. Yarin and Kim were both very responsive and helpful throughout the whole process, and the web portal made it easy to track the progress and pay invoices. With any big construction project, there are going to be hiccups along the way, and with each challenge we faced, Yarin was reasonable and honest about making things right. If you are looking for a trustworthy contractor in the LA area, I highly recommend Create Construction." read more

This team is amazing. Yarin, Kim, and Eduardo were the most honest and brilliant collaborators on our recent bathroom remodel. Our project turned out more beautiful than we ever imagined. From the initial consultation to the touch-up's and every step along the way, Yarin was such a wonderful leader. He was generous with his advice and candid when discussing cost. The detail he provided in our estimate left nothing to be questioned and absolute clarity on the scope of work we were agreeing upon. It was from this place of transparency that we decided to choose Create Construction for the project. Yarin and Kim assembled the best craftsmen to deliver exceptional quality and Eduardo was at our house several days each week to ensure milestones were completed to our satisfaction. They made us feel comfortable and unapologetic when asking for the little things. It was such a wonderful experience and we can't wait to start the next project. We will be recommending Create Construction to all our friends and neighbors... You will not find a contractor with more integrity or a better team than this! read more

Thanks to Create Construction for my two bathroom remodels! I had a leak coming from my up stairs bathroom to my downstairs bathroom. It was a huge mess, and my husband and I were so stressed due to unexpected costs. Not looking to remodel, we met with Yarin who was amazing, and helped us through the process from start to finish. He seemed to really care and was very thorough and informative from the beginning. I did meet with other companies, but ended up going with Create because we really liked how detailed oriented Yarin was about everything. Based on the the information we received from other companies to Create, there wasn't a doubt in my head that we we made beat decision. I and so happy and pleased that we were able to upgrade our bathrooms, and hopefully we can redo our kitchen soon! read more

We just completed a bath remodel project with Create Construction. Yarin and Pauline make an excellent team. They use multiple channels of communication to keep everyone in the loop and on top of things. Everything related to the project is well documented in written record. They work closely with crews to address any issues that may have come up. Yarin is a perfectionist, refusing to let any small defect go. He also explains everything clearly and gives clients options. The final product is fantastic, the cost reasonable, and the overall process very pleasant. I recommend Create Construction with no reservation whatsoever. read more

Create Construction was a fantastic partner to work with on our kitchen remodel. First, we didn't know exactly what we were looking for when we started, but their designer and the project manager were excellent - they really came up with a design that I loved, making the absolute most of the space, and moderning the kitchen while staying true to the house's character. Once construction was rolling, they did a great job. We encountered some delays with the city, and the project manager, Yarin, really does everything he can to expedite a resolution and get us back on track. The building finished on-time, and the result was beautiful - it lived up 100% to the design and even more. The quality of work, from the cabinetry to the tile to the finishes, was all excellent. They were in constant communication, did not mind when I asked a lot of questions, and Yarin goes the extra mile as often as he can on every detail, from major decisions to small things some of us might not notice until it is too late - but he notices them along the way for you. I highly recommend Create Construction for your home project! read more

Working with Yarin and the whole Create Construction team was an excellent experience. Communication was on point. Yarin spent more time than I expected answering all of our questions, even though our project was smaller than their typical work. He explained things in a way we could understand and didn't gloss over important details. The work itself was top notch. I appreciated that if something wasn't done correctly the first time, Yarin would make sure it was fixed. I think he has high standards where other contractors would let some imperfections go, and I really appreciated the attention to detail. We will definitely be working with Create for any future projects! read more

Create Construction helped me to renovate my bathroom in a 70 years old house. I had very short timeframe for them to complete the job before we moved in, and they nailed it. Very professional and experienced team. Yarin is very patient and detailed oriented, he always checked with me on all the details of the design. He has good understanding of how things works, and the whole project went smoothly without any big dramas. They are also always on top of any issues, and try to fix it ASAP. There was one night the team stayed until 11pm to finish the job so I can have the bathroom ready to use. They are the first contractor I have used, and I think I'm very lucky to have such a great experience with them. read more

The Create Construction team made my life easy and painless during 2 full bathroom renovations! The company stood out to me during contractor interviews because the owner, Yarin, made in-person appointments to walk me through the proposal and all my questions/concerns (he was the only one who did that). I told Yarin from the beginning that I valued communication and a reliable partner above all else and he delivered by being present and hands-on. I received texts nearly every day about what to expect (and this was consistent for 4 months) and he explained--in detail--change orders or issues that came up. He and his team worked tirelessly, especially the plumbers and tile guys who were meticulous in their deliverables. My bathrooms, which were total horror shows before renovation (literally, one of the bathrooms had a haunted walled-off area with creeper eye-holes), turned out absolutely beautiful and were EXACTLY what I wanted. But more than anything, I found a supportive and honest contractor who I trust for all future renovations. Thanks Yarin, Pauline, and team!!!! read more

We just completed back to back bathroom renovations and had an amazing experience with Yarin and his Create Construction team. We could not be happier with the results. We wanted to keep original mid-century elements in the rooms but update with new surfaces, toilets, fixtures etc. Because of the retrofitting, we definitely faced some challenges and Yarin, Eduardo and their incredible team of artisan tilers, electricians and plumbers found wonderful solutions. Kim and Pauline were pleasures to work as well. The communication from Create was wonderful, with daily updates on the schedule. This was our first time working with a contractor and from my very first conversation with Yarin, I felt heard and really enjoyed collaborating with him. And they finished exactly when they said they would! I think we got great value for extremely fine work. Create will be my only call as we continue to do home updates. They are truly incredible! read more

Create Construction remodeled our guest bathroom. We had a great experience working with Yarin and his team. Yarin is an excellent communicator. He clearly spelled out what he was going to do, and what we were going to do. We could get in touch with him at any time, and he spent as much time as was needed to answer all of our questions. Yarin made sure to protect the rest of our home while the work was being done. When we noticed problems, he worked with us to correct them. Yarin is honest and stands by his work and his reputation. We are very happy with our finished guest bathroom. read more

My expectations of our home remodel/addition have been exceeded with Create Construction! They presented a very detailed and organized plan for our project and completely stuck to the plan and have transformed our house into a beautiful home. They have a very professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant supervisor who oversees the project. It was a bonus to have someone in your house every day who was respectful and attentive to every detail of the project. Also, whenever I had a question/concern, they were always available and always presented multiple solutions to solve whatever concern had popped up. And, lastly, they finished the project 1.5 months early! They quoted the project would take 6 months and we're done in 4.5 months! I have heard many horrible stories from friends about their remodel issues which makes me so thankful to say our project went so smooth! Thank you Create Construction for a wonderful experience and for transforming our house into a beautiful home for my family! read more

Create Construction did a fantastic job on our hardwood floors. Not only was the work top-notch, but the communication was far beyond expectations. First, Yarin asked a lot of questions to make sure he understood precisely what we wanted, and provided valuable suggestions. We had to manage the project remotely, but he sent detailed pictures of the progress daily so we were completely clued in. Finally--and if you've ever hired a contractor, you'll appreciate this--the project began at the time we chose and was completed on time and on budget. We will be hiring Create Construction for future projects and I would recommend them to anyone engaging in any type of home remodel. read more
