I was told that the equipment was at another store. I said I could get it at that store as I was coming home and would be driving by it. They said no problem they could have it at this store as it was closer to my home. I said fine, make it happen I'll be there Friday afternoon. Friday afternoon rolls around and it wasn't at the store when I arrived. That peeved me as I could have picked it up at the other spot if they didn't tell me they would transfer it. I asked when it would come in and he said later maybe 4:00 or 4:30. Since the place closes at 5, that was an inconvenience. Undaunted, I said call me when it comes in. 4:30 comes around - no call. So I call and they said "it just arrived". I could come by or I could get it at 7:00 when they opened Saturday. I said I'd come by Saturday. What do you think Sunbelt looks like at 7:00 on a Saturday? Yeah, a zoo. So I waited. My turn arrived. Guess what? They inspected the equipment and had to do three repairs before they could check it out to me. 45 minutes later, we start to hook it up. That was the crappiest sequence of events I think I've ever had reserving something. Not there when committed. No return calls when committed. Not ready the second time. Tons of delays and back & forth because no one called. But the counter guy was super friendly. Seems to me that the service was good, but management needs to dial it in.

Staff knowledge is terrible and equipment is crap…read more Got a towable lift and chainsaw. Was told to operate the lift balance the unit by waiting until all 4 legs had a green light. I did that and it didnt operate. I called and told them the problem and they tried to explain but had to send a technician out. 4.5 hours later tech arrives. He tells us you have to hold the button until the end not just until the arms balance the machine. Waited over 4 hours because the person at the yard and on the phone couldn't tell me that. My chainsaw broke after an hour of operation so I had the tech fix it when he came. Took him 20 minutes to fix and 1 hour later it broke down again. Terrible day, terrible equipment and terrible product knowledge. I need to find a more competent place.

I called back at 7 weeks trying to schedule with the client to be prepared to install the floors, and they told me that the floors wouldn't be delivered in the 8-10 week window and that it may be an additional 10 weeks. The rep was rude and dismissive, with no options on how to proceed except take your refund and go or wait another 10 weeks but it isn't guaranteed that the floors will come. All in all it was just a terrible experience.

I was able to fit a queen bed, but only 1 of my nightstands. * Typical suburban living. I prefer urban areas, but chose this location as it's super close to my work client's location. * Short term leases over here are too expensive as compared to other places I looked at around Richmond. Bottom line: Moderately priced, recently constructed complex in the Short Pump area with a community feel. Updated 7/24/17 - I left the apartment perfectly clean with only a bulb missing from one of the track lighting fixtures, that I pointed out during the walk thru. Also, I expected a $45 charge for carpet cleaning. Yet, from my $250 deposit I received a check for only $138. No itemized bill explaining the extra charges accompanied the check. Guess the management company didn't feel I needed to know why they kept my money. Very shady. Deducted one star. In my history of renting, I have never not received my entire deposit back after completing a lease term.

I went to this Home Depot location Saturday evening to purchase lumber and have it cut. I gathered the needed lumber products in my cart and proceeded to the lumber area after letting the associate know I needed help there, and they called it out on their loudspeaker system. No one arrived after 10 minutes so I asked other associates and they also radioed it in. Finally, after another 15 minutes with no staff, I went back up to the associate from before and they informed me no one was available to help cut the lumber since their supervisor had left. This was a huge waste of my time and a profoundly unprofessional experience, with staff members more focused on chatting with each other about non-work related matters than on customers needing assistance. I hate that all of the mom and pop shops went out of business thanks to places like this who fail to perform the bare minimum for their customers.

Today, after another horrible experience at the store closer to home, we stopped by to make our purchase. We were in and out quickly. Not only where they attentive, they helped us get the product we needed with all proper accessories, explained what we needed to know and even filled out and sent our warranty information for us.
