It's peak season here, so the best most could do was two weeks away. Tanner was able to work me into their schedule and even came by the same day I called to assess the issue. They discovered that Verizon had cut through two pipes when burying my FIOS cable and reccomened that I reach out to them to cover the cost. After about 2 hours of waiting and speaking to multiple agents I had to clear to get it repaired. I dreaded what Verizon's contractor would do to my lawn, I'm one of those people who tries to have the best in the neighborhood, so I called Waverly back and requested they repair it. Next day he and his son were out and made the repair. They even went the extra mile of meticulously cutting out just enough of the lawn and replacing it to minimize damage. Overall great work, honest pricing and a pleasure to work with. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.
