The metal fixture and the shade feel and look cheap and flimsy in person. The color of the shade is described as a deep tan but it is actually grey with green undertones. However, what annoys me the most is that they charged me $29 for shipping and now to return the light I have to purchase a return label from them. I will not be a returning customer. I'll admit they aren't overly helpful in the showroom but I guess they aren't really a place that customers typically walk in and buy. We knew what we wanted so luckily we didn't need much help outside of just writing up the order and we did have to wait a bit for that. I was going to buy it online but I really try to buy in brick and mortar if I can. The receptionist was nice and offered us water which is a nice touch. They definitely don't actively try to sell you anything. but the showroom is pretty and the delivery was perfect!
