    The three stars are because the trainers are amazing women…read more I brought my daughter to S2S for physical therapy. After the first session, the receptionist told me we needed to pay an $80 deductible and then we're good. We proceeded to schedule the next month of therapy, two times per week. Here we are 5-6 weeks later, with 10-12 sessions down and I received a bill in the mail for $160. Apparently we should have been paying at least $80/visit and not one person in the company communicated this info to me. They knew when they submitted the first claim and it was denied by my insurance company, but I had no idea. I'm sure you could imagine my surprise when I started asking questions and my bill is over $800. I would never continue with the services had they told me it would be $80/visit, while in network. Never. Again, the trainers are super nice, attentive and knowledgeable, but whomever handles their billing department lacks proper communication skills.

The only reason I bring him up is because I want to point out how respectful he was. I am female so when we went into our first assessment he asked me if I was ok with the door being closed or would I rather it be open? Also that session and next session anytime he would touch my body he would ask first if it was ok. None of these things bothered me at all but it was nice that he was mindful that it may make some people uncomfortable. After he left I have been doing my PT with Mackenzie and she has been amazing!! She's very personable, also mindful, and she asks specifically what might be hurting/uncomfortable with my body that day then addresses that. She's been doing very targeted therapy and specific exercises based on my issues. She's also very good at updating and sending me targeted exercises I can do at home, which I find very helpful. There's an app S2S uses for this and I find it very beneficial. I have progressed with the help from Mackenzie and I feel in a much better position than when I first started my PT. When I originally went in they gave me a timeline of what they thought I would need and that was pretty on target. I believe their goal is to help you through your real time of needing help then set you up so that you can maintain on your own, which I really like. I still have a few more sessions left but I also would definitely use them & Mackenzie again if I have additional needs. I'll recommend them to friends as well. My only one thing I would change is the fee associated with using a charge card for payment. There is a processing fee for payments unless you use cash. Other than that, its all great! oh, also the facility is very clean which obviously is a very important thing! 5 stars!

    MILLIE IN THE ER IS THE WORST, COLDEST NURSE I'VE EVER MET. I've never in my life met a nurse who…read morewas SO cold and had 0 empathy. Her name is MILLIE and works in the ER. From the second I got there, I was bawling my eyes out with abdominal pain on the right side in so much pain barely could walk. And she was so cold, I walk on a cane so struggled to carry my stuff to the room due to that and pain being so bad walk and 0 help. The pain was so bad I was bawling my eyes out for pretty much an entire 2 hours. NOT ONCE checked on me while sitting near hearing me crying. Only came in there if she had to do something. I even tried to say excuse me several times since the nurse area was right by me...nothing. Shortly after she just walk in the room watching me in so much pain crying, disconnected the Iv and walked out - NOT SAYING A SINGLE WORD OR EVEN ACKNOWLEDGE me. Before that An iv was put in to give me meds and the other nurse who was very nice (Lisa) told her I don't think this IV in will work, that it's hard up top and having issues. But the awful nurse Millie said no it'll work & to use it and they put medicine in and I start screaming that it's burning on fire and to stop the medicine. The entire area turned bright red and was burning on fire for over 40 minutes cause it leaked out of vein or something. And whole area was turning red before she took IV out but yet when I mentioned is this normal? Because it was soooo red and large area -Her response was we just ripped tape off with an attitude. Even though it was a huge area burning on fire and red area wayyyyy bigger then where tape was. I was still so nauseous and hurting and her response was I'll tell the doctor IF I pass by her- no urgency, no let me find the doctor.... as I'm bawling 2 hours straight at one point falling to the ground holding my stomach crying and about more 45 mins went by. Not once empathized whatsoever. I mention to the doctor I wanted the other nurse Lisa who was great to help me when they added toradol and also with the discharge papers. The doctor was great and felt so bad seeing me in that pain when we couldn't figure out what was going on since appendix looked fine. At end the doctor said just sit on the bed and wait for ride cause I was still bawling crying holding my stomach. And not long after the doctor walked away, the nurse Millie came in there and said you need to get out of here... LIKE WHAT?!?? As I'm crying, I mentioned that I'm waiting for my ride which was going to be there in 5 mins. Her response was you need to get out you're not waiting in here, you're discharged. There wasn't a SINGLE patient waiting or there. Totally understand maybe if they were busy, needing the bed but nope. It was a ghost town. #methodistMcKinneyhospital .... MILLIE SHOULD NOT BE A NURSE IF SHE CANT HAVE AN OUNCE OF EMPATHY OR RESPECT. I hope no one has to experience a medical issue with this woman.

    Craig Keiffer of JHC Electrical is very professional and extremely friendly and helpful with our…read moreelectrical issue (light dimming and all our kitchen appliances do not work properly when the AC/furnace turned on). I called his cell phone number (972-234-5527) and left a message at 3pm and he returned my call at 6pm. I described the problem for him over the phone and he suspected that the problem was with the outside meter box. Craig suggested that I should contact Oncor to come out and check the meter first; he then gave me the Oncor phone number and even told me what to tell Oncor so that they will come out to the house ASAP. Oncor came out to our house and got the problem fixed by 8:30pm. The problem was caused by loose/corroded connection in the under-ground electrical box. We now have bright lighting through-out the house and all kitchen appliances are now working fine with no issues. Craig will be my go to electrician for all my future electrical needs. By the way, we got the problem fixed without spending any $$$. You cannot ask for anymore than this.

Today, he installed a new outlet for a water heater. JHC is honest and very reasonably priced, much less than any regional electrician that'll fix it in a flash.
