I contacted Jacob yesterday afternoon about fixing my gaming pc that has had issues for about a year now. He wasn't able to answer my call at the time but immediately called me back once he saw that I called him literally seconds after I called. Outstanding Service, Professional, and very knowledgeable! I told him the problem... and me being me I assumed for the worse; a faulty graphics card being at the top of my list. After I explained my issue he calmed me down immediately explaining a solution to my situation. Possibly with the hope of it not being a faulty part at all. After saving up for a year to afford for someone to look at and replace any parts that might need it. It turns out all that was wrong with my pc was just some faulty drivers which is a way easier fix than getting any new parts. (especially now adays with an okay job) After hearing this and finding out he was able to run every game he tried; I was to say the least very relieved and grateful. Especially me being a full time gamer and streamer on the side as a hobby! I haven't gotten my pc back yet, but I'm sure it looks just as good as the day I got it. He figures things out! I work from home and needed several things in my "home office" to work better together.. I had an assortment of things like my wifi printer and smart TV, speakers, computer ,etc....just problems and frustrations that may seem small to some people but over the course of time add up to lost time ..... Jacob knew how to make everything work BETTER .... and fixed and improved things that would have also caused future problems and frustrations. He stepped up my game lol. I am operating now at more efficient level I didnt know until now I was missing out on. Hire this guy! Jacob was incredibly responsive--answered my request for a quote in just a few minutes. He quickly diagnosed the issue with my laptop and was able to get the new parts quickly. He kept in communication with me every step of the way and actually got my repaired laptop back to me earlier than he first thought. Jacob is very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional.
