There was a lot of work done during the installation, but Chad and the team made it look easy. He walked us through the best speaker and TV placement. He also worked with us on determining the best spot for new Wi-Fi access points to improve signal throughout the house. Chad took care of all the inventory and brought it to the house when construction was complete and they could start. I would NOT recommend this company. I do NOT think he was professional. This was him completely taking advantage and taking money while doing absolutely nothing and then trying to upsell to try and make even more. Johann never acted frustrated that he was dealing with a less than ideal situation. He never showed frustration with the situation, but simply offered me astute work-arounds and solutions.
