We were having problems with our WiFi and found this company on here with good reviews so I messaged him. He told me that he charges $200 to come out and if he can fix it he will, but if not he will come up with a solution to present. I explained the problems to him and we asked him to come out. He showed up at our house and spent less than 15 minutes walking around our house and talking to my husband. Then he said he had an idea on what to fix and would send us a quote. NEVER did he test our system or look at the wiring. He didn't even bother to check and see if it was PLUGGED in!! He sends us an estimate for almost $1200. When my husband asked about the estimate, he said we could not do some of the things recommended to bring down the price. Really? I thought the point was you would send us what would fix it. I would NOT recommend this company. I do NOT think he was professional. This was him completely taking advantage and taking money while doing absolutely nothing and then trying to upsell to try and make even more. Maybe he's good at some things but if you need help with your house WiFi, this is not the company for you. read more

So the worst thing ever happened to me. I got a new Macbook Pro.......and just months later, I spilled WATER INTO MY KEYBOARD. THE TINIEST BIT TOO. Most of my keys were damaged and I was devastated. I called a multitude of different comp repair companies to compare prices but ZACH was the cheapest so I was worried he might be sketchy and try to steal my Mac or something.. but he turned out to be great! Replaced my keyboard within like 1 day I think... and unlike the genius bar at Apple (they told me I had to get my full bottom case replaced which would cost at least $300 and maybe $1500 if it was internally damaged they said), Zach told me I only had to get my keyboard replaced, which cost me $150 :) yay for people that care about their customers. I contacted Zach's Computer Service last week because my boyfriend started his own Company and we needed help getting it up and going. Zach helped us purchase a new computer. He also installed Microsoft Office, Antivirus, Adobe, and more. So when I got the computer, everything was already installed and ready to operate. I called Zach around 9pm with a question. I thought that I would get a voicemail and end up hearing from him the next day. What I thought was just going to be a quick question and answer, ended up turning into a bigger job than I thought. I figured since it was so late, I would have to call Zach back during 'Business Hours'. But no, Zach was able to stay up until the task was completed. In less than 2 hours later, he was able to get a hold of a domain name, setup DNS, setup email hosting, configure mailboxes, and test by sending and receiving email successfully. Zach is extremely knowledgeable and takes pride in his work. There was not one question that he was not able to answer, and believe me, I had A LOT of questions. He took my laptop on a Friday, had the shipping box from Apple on Tuesday (Monday was a holiday), shipped, had it repaired by Apple (at no cost) then proceeded to help me upgrade my RAM and my storage (I went for the 1TB Solid State) and back in my lap the following Tuesday. When I spilled some water on my Macbook I made the mistake of not turning it off right away and this ended up shorting out one of the key on the keyboard. I first took it to the Apple Store and was told they found some corrosion on the logic board and they could not replace the keyboard or the upper case without replacing everything else. They also do not recommend it since the complete repair would be over $1000. While I understand this (Apple wants to provide complete warranty) but all I want is to get the keyboard replaced. Anyway, I was lucky to find Zach on Yelp . He replaced the uppercase for about $300. He also came over to pick it up on a Saturday morning and returned it to me within a few hours. WOW!!! I run a small business with a data file of about 250 physicians. We got a virus and it was scary! I had heard about Zach so I gave him a call. He said shut your computer down and disconnect from the internet. He was in my office in about 3 hours. He isolated all of our valuable information, took the tower with him and we were back up and running with out one bit of information loss by about 9:30 the next morning! Zach is extremely professional, personable and reliable! Zach actually came to my house to diagnose what was going on with my MacBook Pro as it has been running slow lately. Okay - so I bought it in 2007, but it still is in great condition - it just needed service. Zach spent nearly an hour looking at what was clogging-up my speed, and he explained everything thoroughly what needed to be done. Even before leaving my house, Zach had cleared so much junk from my Mac that it was already running 100% better. First of all, Zach is the real deal. I had been having a recurring problem with my 5 year old iMac back in August of 2016. The monitor would simply turn off and go black with the computer clearly still running an not in sleep mode. The only way to get it back going was to either put the computer in sleep mode and wake back up (would usually only last for about 5 minutes or so before going black again) or just do a hard shut down and turn back on. After extensive research and a call to Apple, it looked like I would have to replace the computer altogether due to the 'suggested' repair by Apple and the costs associated with said repair. So when I contacted Zach (based on the reviews online), he responded very quickly and our communication was all via text. He suggested a course of action to correct the problem without replacing any parts and without charging me... it worked! A few weeks later the same thing happened again and when I contacted him a second time, I suggested that it may be time for him to make a house call. Instead of that, he asked me to perform the same exact procedure as before, which I then did. It not only fixed the issue but the computer has only had that issue a couple of times since then. This is a late review for Zach's outstanding service. It would have been very easy for him to come by and work on my computer and get paid to do so (Appropriately so) but he chose to go the extra mile and assist me remotely, and for that, I am very grateful.
