Fortunately when I got my first phone Juan was the employee that I dealt with. When I got my second phone he was not there and it was a completely different experience. English was her 2nd language, so she struggled with explaining herself. Rather than being patient and helpful, he was very condescending. This store didn't have the phone in stock that she wanted, so she asked where anther store was nearby. He gave her cross streets but no address. She struggled finding the address and phone number on her phone. It would have been easy for him to help her, but he brushed her off. She was finally able to find the number she needed without his help. He then had the nerve to come complain to me. I called him out, but his comeback was only excuses. All she needed was a little compassion. Let's do better guys.
