Gave them a shot and Mike was great at helping us find a phone to replace my aging S10. Recharge offered a Samsung S23 Ultra in prime condition for $800. Compare that to Best Buy (next best price) at $945 on sale and it's easy to see how great the deals here are. After purchase, went down to my local service store, got it setup, and purchased a case and screen protector for less than Best Buy's price. The value and service here are so good, we're already discussing the possibility of buying my wife's phone here in the next year. After several weeks without communication, I requested a refund of my deposit. The owner/manager, Eddie, of this establishment was combative and dismissive and refused to honor the written agreement he had personally written on the receipt. Instead of handling the matter professionally, he offered excuses for why the refund could not be processed. After contacting my bank, my $1,000 deposit was fully refunded. The bank is now investigating PRECIOUS JEWELERY OUTLET as a potential case of fraud on the store's behalf. Bottom Line: Withholding my money that does not belong to you is stealing, theft.
