This store is a complete scam. I was told by the employee that the watch would cost 99 cents, only to later discover on my bill that she secretly put it on an installment plan and added a completely unnecessary insurance charge of $16 per month without my consent. What should have been around $10 a month is now costing me nearly $40 a month. I firmly believe the insurance was added intentionally to boost her commission, and I was clearly misled about the actual terms of the purchase. This is deceptive and unethical business practice. Do not shop here. Always check your paperwork carefully if you do( they never had me sign nor gave me a receipt) better yet, avoid this place altogether. i hope this review somehow makes it to corporate . This store does not have it together. I'm filing complaints with corporate as we speak now. I just got hung up on 2 times by Dalton. I am now on my way to speak with his the manager of this location and to close down all 4 of my phones. I will not do buisness with a clown company like this anymore. Thanks dalton for making your company look like trash because you think it's acceptable to talk over a customer and then hang up on him. Waiting in hold while driving to the store. Not really a knock on the local store but corporate. Someone at your company pushed the ATT TV out to meet a deadline & sacrificed quality! It's not ready for prime time. Successful ads, customer purchased, and it failed operationally! My kids in college can't access local channels. Lots of double local channels, 1/2 work & 1/2 did not. Can't access HBO max on family Roku's, only main TV. Guide is SO clunky. Need to exclude unwanted & unsubscribed channels (Spanish for me) from view. Main TV guide is numeric order & additional accounts are alphabetical. Try marking HBOMax or Netflix as a favorite. You can't it just opens. Kids were home for Thanksgiving so didn't get feedback in time to return in 14 day return window by a couple of days. Account is fixed, but neither customer service nor the local office will accept the equipment. I've made multiple trips & calls to try to resolve it & it's a "shit show" where the right hand doesn't know what the left is doing. Y'all should stick to the phone business because you don't know what you're doing in TV. read more

Customer beware! Terrible customer service! Went in to upgrade my phone and attempt to cross sell me addition services for my cable. I told them I appreciate it, but at this time would pass. Store Manager continue to press the sale and got irritated when I continue to say no. Then an additional salesman attempted to get me to sign up for the new cable plan. After I told him no the original saleman came out and told me that the phone I was attempting to upgrade to was out of stock. He had previously told me it was in stock! I called the 800 number to have a credit processed. I switched my plan and noticed that my auto pay credit was not applied so I called to ask why & the customer service rep told me that it would take a few cycles. Her statement was incorrect as I had been a customer for some time and this was just a billing error. This is not the first time I had an issue with AT&T and I asked a general question about timing if I wanted to disconnect one of the lines. Never once did I say "Disconnected my line". To my surprise a few hours later my phone line was disconnected. I called AT&T and was told that my husband had requested that the line be turned off. That was completely untrue. They further investigated and said the customer service representative made a mistake. read more

I want to share my experience with this AT&T location in Prosper. After recieving my upgraded Samsung device on October 10th, I experienced some problems with the device and contacted this store. I initially worked with Mason who was certainly professional, but was unable to address my specific concerns. I went home and phoned Samsung directly at which time, they recommended that I call them while onsite at the store. I contacted the district manager over this location, Tim, and he was kind enough to introduce me to Mark, the store manager, who met my needs 100%. The other night, with a wild storm blowing outside, and approaching closing time, he and Ana, his associate, worked with me until I was 100% satisfied, even though the device had come from the online store, not their location. He could have sent me away and directed me back to the online reps, but he cared enough to make sure I left completely whole. I will absolutely make this my location of choice whenever I upgrade again and buy accessories. I highly recommend that you do too!! Thanks for caring you guys. We went to this store not knowing if it was a corporate store or not. We should have gone to Allen. She took her flawed and bubbled Zagg glass + luxx "screen protector" in it's original box she paid $50. for into the store wanting to exchange it. I warned her earlier this year not to buy the dang thing and get ripped off when she bought her iPhone 8 Plus. So after waiting for 30 minutes with only 5 people on the list, she's finally helped and informed that she has to take it to all the way to the mall kiosk at Christmas and pay $7.00 for an item on warranty. As we get in the truck, an employee came out and accused my wife of stealing the screen protector when she entered and left with the same package in her hand. Is this normal for longtime AT&T customers to be harassed and accused of theft especially when you walk in giving your name and number? Us and the box were in total view of cameras the whole time. My wife is going to approach the Store Manager wanting District Manager info tomorrow regarding this accusation. We will never ever enter this store again after tomorrow. Sprint sucks, but T-Mobile is looking better and better. (Review left by hubby). read more

Best carrier store I've ever been to. Everyone in this location is professional, knowledgeable, and transparent. This is also the location to go to if you are looking to change or set up television. After months of trying to sort out my bill using online customer support, (I was due a credit from Assurion/ AT&T for a 250.00 deductible) I finally had to make the trip into my local store in Prosper. Abdul and Hawk were awesome. Even with their help it took 3 hrs to get it sorted out and resolved. The 5 stars is a review of this store and their customer service. Awesome customer service, Had bought New Samsung S10e, at Frisco- Eldorado store and gotten NO help about operation of New phone. As old phone was over 12 yr old, needed to learn about new one. Went to Prosper store 2 times and was assisted by 2 outstanding reps.... Tayler and Logan, on two consecutive days. each of them worked with me for well over half an hour explaining and showing me how to operate the many features. and told me , that if I need future help, come on back. I would recommend taking your business to a different AT&T store. I experienced the worst customer service at this location. Aside from an incredibly long wait for service, the service reps were rude and unhelpful. They added a new line to my account, but did not mention that there would be extra fees for setting it up. Which I don't mind the activation fee, but please inform me up front. They told me that the phone that I wanted was not in stock and to come back within 14 days to get the phone. When I went back to the store 9 days later, they said that the promotion ended so the 14 day window no longer applied. They charged me $87 for service that I could not use and were unwilling to work with me to resolve the phone situation. I contacted AT&T via phone they were helpful, polite, and able to help resolve my problem within minutes. **I will not return to the Prosper store. However, I have been an AT&T (Cingular) customer since 2006 and will happily continue to do business with AT&T future. read more
