As I was looking around, I found something for myself, a ring. When I asked Cameron about a ring size, she mentioned that we could customize the stone. I was sold. Also, Erica checked me out at the register she was so pleasant and kind. She made sure to give every customer her undivided attention as they were being checked out. I've worked in retail for many years and the customer service that I received at this location, far exceeds any of my retail shopping experiences. I genuinely felt like everybody working there was happy to be there. They had so many cute things in various price points. I had no idea that they also make custom rings and necklaces. You can choose your own color stone. The parking can be a little tough, but if you park in the parking garage, you should be fine.

While we were…read moreinitially greeted warmly and enjoyed the selection, the customer service experience took a sharp turn the following day. I had already heard complaints from other friends, but I love my town and I want to shop local. During checkout, we both purchased travel-sized perfumes. That night, my friend opened hers only to find the bottle completely empty. We returned the next day to exchange the defective item, but were met with a snotty and accusatory attitude from the manager. Rather than a simple "I'm sorry about that," she immediately began telling us stories about customers who buy perfume and return it empty a week later--clearly implying we might be doing the same. There is no way that she used all of the perfume in one night and then had the audacity to return it. We can afford a $28 bottle of perfume and hold ourselves to high morals and values. She also claimed that only managers had the "authority" to handle this, as perfumes are typically "final sale." She insinuated that if we did not have the "luck" to have her or another manager there, we would have had to come back when one was there. What?? She also said on numerous occasions...please call us as soon as you realize there is a problem. Listen, it was like 7 or 8:00 PM, I am sure my friend was already unhappy that she paid for an empty bottle, had to go out of her way to return it...she brought it back the next day. I think that is good timing. Plus...you were closed. Ironically, she then admitted that several boxes in the shipment had arrived damaged, which would explain the empty bottle, yet she still chose to treat us with judgment and excuses rather than professional accountability. Why not check all of the merchandise received if there were damaged boxes? That is what I would have done prior to putting them out for sale. She is saying this all while knowing that they are not returnable. She fully inspected the returned empty bottle, but perhaps she should have taken the time to do this prior to putting them out for sale. I've seen responses to other reviews suggesting customers come speak to them personally about issues, but based on this interaction, doing so only invites unwarranted judgment and accusatory behavior. It is a shame, as there are many other fabulous boutiques on the square that value their customers. I cannot speak for my friend, but I will not be returning.

What a great hidden gem in a unique mall. Prices are reasonable when you consider that and they have pieces in a variety of sizes and they are all pre-framed and ready to mount on the wall. Wish they had an online presence or a way to ship pieces, since they don't have a ton of stores -- I saw a lot of pieces that would make great gifts but we're quite a ways away from the bigger gifting seasons.

A lot of shelves and areas had nothing in it. I used to love Target, but the store has changed. It's not the same store it was. The employees did not offer help on the floor. The entire store only had 1 cash register open. We were able to find what we needed, but it was almost not worth the effort it took to get it. In addition I bought a shirt that had a security device on it. In all of my years at shopping at Target none of their items have ever had a security device. I didn't realize until we were outside, so I had to go back in. The service desk employee was happy to help and understood my frustration. Overall I wished that I could have gone somewhere else to get what I needed.

The owner was busy working in the back room, with baby gate to keep her dog in the back, some people don't love that, but it didn't bother me. But a few times the employee needed to ask the owner a question about a different size, etc. The owner really acted like it was a burden to have to answer these questions. I was told by both of them a few times that they were named number one business for 17 years in a row, or something like that. That's a terrific honor, but I did not feel like the customer service lived up to what I was hoping for.

My family had a pretty disappointing experience at the Stonebriar location on Sunday, May 4, 2025…read more We visited your store specifically so that my oldest son could choose items for his newly redesigned, sports-themed bedroom -- a project he was extremely excited about. I wanted him to experience his first big boy shopping spree where he could pick out whatever he wanted so I let him and his younger brother enter the store to browse while I remained just outside the storefront, watching them the entire time through the window. They were quietly and respectfully exploring the merchandise, taking their time to decide on a purchase. To my shock, I saw the cashier say something to them, but I wasn't sure what he said, and I did not hear him. However, when I saw him addressing them, I started making my way to the entrance. As I was approaching the door, my sons were walking out, oldest was visibly upset. He told me the staff member informed them that they have been inside for over an hour and needed to leave since there was no parent present. This was simply untrue. We had only been at the mall for 25 minutes, and the store was our sole reason for being there. Within seconds, I immediately took my children back into the store, encouraging my son to continue shopping, hoping to salvage the experience. Again, wanting him to be able to pick something out for himself without me hovering over him, I stood off to the side by the entrance and watched him shop. I could see by his body language and facial expressions that the damage had been done -- my son no longer felt welcome or comfortable, and he ultimately chose to leave without making a purchase. What was even more troubling was what happened next. As we were leaving, we saw 2 pre-teen Caucasian boys entering the store without a parent and watched them shop for about 20 minutes. Unsurprising to me, they were NOT asked to leave the store. It was clear at that point that the staff member was being discriminatory to my kids. Which is fine by me, I won't beg any retailer to let me spend with them. If that is how you choose to run your business, you are free to do so, but I will not be spending my money anywhere where I am not welcomed. My husband and I have spent thousands of dollars at Field of Dreams over the years, including at this very location. On this day, I came ready to support my son's interests without a set budget. Unfortunately, we took our business elsewhere -- to a store where we were treated with respect and made to feel welcome. I am deeply disappointed by the way my children were treated, and I strongly urge your company to reflect on the conduct displayed by your employee. Discriminatory behavior, whether implicit or overt, is unacceptable. I hope this feedback will be taken seriously and that meaningful steps are taken to ensure all customers -- especially children -- are treated with dignity and respect in your stores. Been a regular there for years and you will not find better and, most importantly, more AUTHENTIC sports signatures and memorabilia anywhere. But I go to Field of Dreams mostly for their custom framing... Museum quality and competitively priced. They've helped me with several jerseys and even created a custom collage for my wedding photos! These guys are THE BEST!
