We brought the whole family and painted some porcelain pieces - they have a huge selection to choose from, plates, cups, goblets, figurines and more. Sheila explained the process, helped get our paints and brushes and showed us all the templates that were available. She was super friendly and helpful. While we were there they were getting ready for a birthday party and they do such an amazing job that this is where our next birthday party will be. See y'all again real soon!

The good is that it was a blast getting to create something so individually unique with a fun group while discussing out favorite hobby. It was the first time for a lot of us and instructions were clearly explained so that we understood what would give us the best results. There are a lot of colors, tools, and other items that you can use to make your piece truly your own. The not so good was the customer service. I don't know if it was because we were a large group, but the individual that was initially set to assist us with explanations and gathering our paint seemed to be put out and not happy to help. She wasn't really available to us as we had questions come up as we started painting our pieces. It wasn't until later where another individual seemed to take over that the mood shifted. She was very attentive and helpful. She came and checked up on us a few times. I regret not getting her name but she was exceptional. She was the saving grace for the experience. Overall, a fun experience that I can see myself doing again with friends for a girls night, and something to do on date night with my husband. I'm still waiting for my piece to be completed so I'm excited to see it when it's ready.

I think it's 54? I wouldn't have picked it for my mug the first time I went if I had known the color would change -I asked someone working if I could get something to draw really fine white lines. She gave me a squeeze bottle that came out really thick. I saw others bottle had a thin metal piece coming from the top, but she refused to let me use that because it was "too hard to take off" from another bottle. She then proceeded to clean the table for 15 minutes as my two children (who I was trying to contain) were picking up all the pottery. The older lady then scolded my two year old. If she would have sat us at one of the other 20 empty tables my two year old would have been busy. Save your money on a company that puts customers first. NOT this place. Three thumbs down.
