I loved relaxing here with co-workers in the evening, not to mention that view of the McKinney water tower from the patio at night cannot be beat. I highly recommend coming to see the unique artwork. My favorite piece was a large, canvas painting of "Woodstock '69," so as soon as I saw it, I had to take home the original before there were only prints available. The art is so affordable and better yet, when you purchase one you become an "artster," which comes with membership benefits. I can't wait for the next live music show and I am hoping to attend a paint party soon. I may even try to book this event space for my toddler's birthday party!

Overall, it was a fun experience. We made the best of it being together and enjoyed our delicious charcuterie style BYO snacks and beverages. There was a good set of 90s music playing in the background, lots of laughter and good vibes from the other attending groups, and the assistant was super attentive to our needs. It is suggested to bring clothes that you don't mind if paint gets on them. Also, some paint techniques require you to use your fingers to flick paint onto the canvas. Sarah is very friendly and professional, my son loved her and is already asking to go back for another class. He was able to make mini-fig crayons, a mini-fig keychain, a working lego clock, and a lego decorated photo frame. It's nice that they allow the parents to either stay or leave while their kiddo is busy in the studio. They do have a refreshment area with coffee, tea and little treats to snack on. I plan to take an adult class for myself in the future and of course sign my child up again for some more fun. :)

At the end of the night, she even left extra supplies for my daughter and her friend to keep painting. You'll be surprised at what you can create with her expertise. My husband and I can barely draw anything, yet we were both thrilled with how our paintings turned out. Every time I see our artwork, it brings a smile to my face.
