Great fun for all ages. Had a group in for my granddaughter's birthday and we all did splatter paintings. We all had a blast!

P&P was a new experience for me. I'm familiar with paint party style events, but I hadn't experienced the splatter art previously. The online purchase/checkout and check-in process was seamless. I appreciated the reminder emails leading up to the scheduled start-time. Upon arrival, we were briefed on the gear, paint instructions, and given ample time to create. I would have given 5 stars, but we weren't provided with the advertised complimentary drinks (water and/or soda), and the blacklight experience was lackluster. The paint was watery/super runny, so it didn't stick/show up anywhere but the floor. Overall, it was something new to do. Questionable if I would book splatter again considering the cost, but I will see what other events/projects they have available. read more

This is a really fun thing for friends, kids, date, etc. you get a decent size canvas (11x17 maybe?) and enough time to make a masterpiece from about 8 different colors & painters tape. When it's all over & your creations are drying, you get 3 minutes to splatter black light paint on each other! Depending on how much paint you've used, it'll take up to an hour (maybe more) to dry but you can shop around the store or the mall (check out Zodiac coffee across from P&P). If it's still not dry, they'll give you a plastic tarp to put down under for travel. Service was helpful & upbeat - except he talked a little fast. I can't wait to hang my one-of-a-kind art piece! They give you plenty of gear to cover your clothes but it's definitely a good idea to wear clothes you don't mind getting messy because that paint can get everywhere when you're not looking! read more

I love this place ! I came here on Monday with my son, we did the splash paint. My son had a blast. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. They sent me a text message in the morning to confirm if I was on my way. I was running 15 minutes behind and let them know. They were super helpful and nice. The lady offered us compimentary water and coke. The room was all set up. My son and I had a marvelous time with the spash paint. We really enjoyed this new experience. We felt like Jackson Pollock. We celebrated my daughter s 10th Birthday here with family and friends. The process to book was very easy and the staff were very good at answering all my questions prior to the event. We arrived a few minutes late but the staff was very accommodating. We had 2 instructors and lots of time to paint. The girls had a blast. My husband and I came here for our anniversary celebration! When you get there, you gown up in clear ponchos, shoe/leg covers, a hairnet, and goggles. The first step is to take painter's tape and create a design that you'll peel off when your artwork is done. After that, you paint whatever background you want (we did a solid color), then move on to splattering the paint. The room is the size of a big closet, so 2 people felt just roomy enough but the group before us was four girls in the curtained space and they seemed to be having a great time! The last step is a paint war between you and whoever is attending with neon, very watery paint so it's easy to get off. You'll be leaving your final masterpiece there to dry, so if you don't live close by make sure you have a plan to stay in the area for 4-6 hours to pick it up when it's almost dry! You can also come back the next day. We parked by the Dillards and walked to the mall entrance by the Mexican restaurant. We really appreciated being able to text with the storefront to let them know we would be there on time and when we were coming back to pick up our item. Don't forget that you get free sodas and waters with your time, so while you can add on beer and different food items, you already have some refreshment! read more

Friday night splatter outing with friends was cool. The canvas are a pretty big size and there is a good amount of paints to use. Music was great for our time slot. The only thing we didn't like was the "black light". We paid an extra 10 bucks for it but the little room we were in was still pretty lit up, not really worth the extra 10 bucks. I love Pipe & Palette. Love with big puffy pink hearts. The store has art classes (I haven't taken any yet), but also the best edited selection of work by local artists. I bought some super cute city-themed things as gifts for myself, my coworkers and decorations for my office. It's just the best. Another awesome thing about having local artists featured? It was a really great experience. I took the family to experience splatter painting. The staff was super friendly and helpful. They explained the process step by step. Amazing!!! I stumbled upon this place looking for something different for a 10yo birthday party. 6 kids, not a big thing. This place is pretty awesome. It's like paint-your-pottery 2.0. They've got that and the splatter room, which is exactly what it sounds like. They suit you up in boots, a suit, goggles, shower cap, and set you loose in the darkened room that you can splatter your paint in! Super fun. A free canvas for each guest. You get a party attendant. Plenty of space. Fun little photo ops throughout the shop. Best of all, straight across from the "Coffee and Wine" stand. Parents can hang while the kiddos do their thing. My only gripe was the party scheduling for that day. We were the first party to arrive, party of 6 kids. Then some guests of another party (smaller kids) started wandering in, and their little kiddos were over on our side rooting through our stuff. Ok, whatever. They shooed her away. Well, an hour into our time, the 3rd party shows up with decorations and food and stuff like they are preparing for a Sweet 16. Table cloths, name plates, matching flatware, balloon bouquets, sparkling soda, you get the drift. 5 bowls of veggie straws, melon ball skewers. Whatever. The issue is, their party tables are directly in front of the exit: you can weave through all the tables, but add 20 kids (seriously, like HUGE party) and ALL of their parents, and it was a freaking zoo in there. Our kiddos are trying to get unsuited, cleaned up, washed off, and the other party is running around in their clean clothes. Like Hello, potential disaster. Paint party. Long story short: this place was amazing for a small party. But they really pack em in on the weekends. read more

Seemed like nice place with overly friendly young sales girl. Definitely not a kid friendly place. Overpriced items like $20 plaster "pottery" that you can paint there or after I guess. Didn't get that far. My kid accidentally dropped one & they pretended like "it's ok." "Is he ok?" "We'll take care of it." Then after waiting a few minutes, we left as those of you with kids probably understand, they chased us outside to pay for it. Of course we did, but why the fake concern & not letting us know immediately. They did give us broken item. Turns out made in China, not made by local artists. I get the policy of you break it you buy it, but be up front instead of pretending empathy & chasing us after. Guess good for them though because I wouldn't have paid those prices for cheaply made, yet expensive "pottery" otherwise. I want to change to 1 Star now I know it's not even local art or U.S. made. June did an amazing job being prepared for our group event. She really thought of everything and I thought the price of $40 for your picture transferred on wood (plus the experience of you doing it) is an amazing price. She kept the event moving but did not rush us, as we did chatter quite a bit between steps. There is an adorable shop with great local and kids gifts.
