This is a really fun thing for friends, kids, date, etc. you get a decent size canvas (11x17 maybe?) and enough time to make a masterpiece from about 8 different colors & painters tape. When it's all over & your creations are drying, you get 3 minutes to splatter black light paint on each other! Depending on how much paint you've used, it'll take up to an hour (maybe more) to dry but you can shop around the store or the mall (check out Zodiac coffee across from P&P). If it's still not dry, they'll give you a plastic tarp to put down under for travel. Service was helpful & upbeat - except he talked a little fast. I can't wait to hang my one-of-a-kind art piece! They give you plenty of gear to cover your clothes but it's definitely a good idea to wear clothes you don't mind getting messy because that paint can get everywhere when you're not looking!

I love this place ! I came here on Monday with my son, we did the splash paint. My son had a blast. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. They sent me a text message in the morning to confirm if I was on my way. I was running 15 minutes behind and let them know. They were super helpful and nice. The lady offered us compimentary water and coke. The room was all set up. My son and I had a marvelous time with the spash paint. We really enjoyed this new experience. We felt like Jackson Pollock. This place is a must to come with family and friends to enjoy a relaxing therapeutic time.

We celebrated my daughter s 10th Birthday here with family and friends. The process to book was very easy and the staff were very good at answering all my questions prior to the event. We arrived a few minutes late but the staff was very accommodating. We had 2 instructors and lots of time to paint. The girls had a blast. I would highly recommend P&P for any private paint parties.

My wife and I went for a date night and had an absolute blast! Corey (the guy who works there) was freaking fantastic! He took great care of us bringing drinks and giving us splatter techniques. I was actually a little hesitant when my wife suggested it but was definitely pleasantly surprised. Highly recommend.

Friday night splatter outing with friends was cool. The canvas are a pretty big size and there is a good amount of paints to use. Music was great for our time slot. The only thing we didn't like was the "black light". We paid an extra 10 bucks for it but the little room we were in was still pretty lit up, not really worth the extra 10 bucks. Overall a fun activity.

We had a wonderful time splatter painting. Cory was very patient with us and super helpful. He mixed colors for us. He helped us out of the protective gear. It was an all around great time. Thank you!!

    Bought these for my house.

I love Pipe & Palette. Love with big puffy pink hearts. The store has art classes (I haven't taken any yet), but also the best edited selection of work by local artists. I bought some super cute city-themed things as gifts for myself, my coworkers and decorations for my office. It's just the best. Another awesome thing about having local artists featured? There was one item I really really loved but wished it could be changed a little to make for the perfect Christmas gift. I mentioned that to June, Pipe & Palette's owner. She contacted the artist, who was able to custom produce an order just for me. How cool is that?

perfect girls night out! Paint Your Pet ($50) the instructor was very nice and patient with the class.

Seemed like nice place with overly friendly young sales girl. Definitely not a kid friendly place. Overpriced items like $20 plaster "pottery" that you can paint there or after I guess. Didn't get that far. My kid accidentally dropped one & they pretended like "it's ok." "Is he ok?" "We'll take care of it." Then after waiting a few minutes, we left as those of you with kids probably understand, they chased us outside to pay for it. Of course we did, but why the fake concern & not letting us know immediately. They did give us broken item. Turns out made in China, not made by local artists. I get the policy of you break it you buy it, but be up front instead of pretending empathy & chasing us after. Guess good for them though because I wouldn't have paid those prices for cheaply made, yet expensive "pottery" otherwise. I want to change to 1 Star now I know it's not even local art or U.S. made. It's fine but they seem like a local spot. Nope. Color Me Mine better spot if you have kids & Lyla's down the street has actual TX based artists.

Fun and better than others as they come around and offer suggestions on how to paint or what you might add to improve the end result.

The candle making process is quick, but could take a while to decide which scents, colors, and logos you want. The great thing about this place is you not only get the cool items but also the fun experience of learning how to make them. The staff took all of the worries out of it as they helped us throughout the process so we would have a good result. I have several gift ideas lined up and there's just something incredibly satisfying about being able to present a gift and say "I made this!". There's a lot of customization options too, so you can use your own names, phrases, etc. when you plan to make some of the items that have painted, stenciled artwork on them. I'm looking forward to making a little party out of this on our next visit, and apparently we can bring our own wine and beer. This place has a cheerful atmosphere with soothing colors and everything we need was already prepared for us. No stress involved, and no clean up as well. I found this place behind The Cotton Patch on Preston Road in Frisco. It's in the little courtyard there between Cotton Patch and Genghis Grill. Plenty of parking.

We all booked online and were able to pick which lamp we wanted to design. I chose the swan lamp. We arrived on a Sunday afternoon and once checked in we got situated at a table with a few other guests. I am in love with the space. First off, it's in a business area, and on a Sunday, there was no one else around. My GPS had difficulty finding the exact spot but once I had the suite number it was easy to find. When we walked in you could see how bright and airy this space is. Before the start of class, we had time to chit chat and walk around to get ideas for our lamps. Our teacher (I think her name was Oun?) was super sweet and walked us through each step. The first step is laying out your design. We were served Turkish coffee and a Turkish treat, (for an extra charge) during this step. During the step where we glue on the tiles we were served the pomegranate tea that came with the price of the class. At the end of our 2+ hours we were given instructions on how to make the cement to seal all the mosaic tiles in and once I do that, I will post photos of my finished product. We all had a blast and would 100000% recommend coming here to get artsy.
