Surprisingly good and authentic experience here in Longview! Even got an "Irasshaimase" on the way in. We ordered a bento box and tonkatsu ramen for dinner tonight. Both were delicious, and came out pretty quickly after we ordered. The server was super polite and happy to explain anything we asked. This place also has some pretty amazing sounding specials! The restaurant itself is pretty quiet. The parking lot is kinda small, but there's street parking that doesn't require too much of a walk since it's on the corner and it's an empty lot next to it. Definitely want to return!

A few of my pickleball friends decided to try out this new sushi place! It is amazing! High quality fresh seafood here in Longview. Mel our server was so friendly and the interior is so beautifully redecorated! We look forward to frequenting this place. Chef's attention to detail and taste was greatly appreciated!!

First timer coming to this new restaurant! Food tasted great. The presentation was amazing. It came out on a dome plate that had "smoke" coming out of it. The wasabi was yummy! We had also ordered the mussels but were really disappointed by the size of it! The other sushi restaurant uses green mussels so they're big for the 4 you get. The ones at Ryoshi are the regular mussels so they are reallly small in size. Not worth the price for the 4 you get. We also ordered Gyozas and that were yummy as well. We gave them a 4 star because as they sat us for our table, we sat there for 15 mins with no menu and that was even after the waiter had came and checked in on us. It wasn't until another waitress notice we were without and she finally gave us a menu.

Rainbow roll, California roll - delicious

The best sushi I have had in Longview. The sushi rolls could be cut a tad smaller but the taste is there. I am very picky about sushi and although I can't say this is best I have ever had, it's pretty damn good for a smaller city. I will be back. The chef clearly takes pride in it, I appreciated the fun presentation as well. 7/10 on taste.

In a poorly thought out strip center in a crowded parking lot, this storefront is not super inviting. Once you walk in, however, you realize that this is a friendly family run restaurant which is devoted to bringing Korean food to an audience that might not be completely appreciative The menu was pretty vast. It was not super self-explanatory, but googling some of the menu items was incredibly helpful. You order at the counter, and the server brings the food to you at the table. Note: there is what looks like a self service freshwater dispenser. It is not. There is even a sign saying that it is not. And they're serious about that. I ordered the yang yum boneless chicken with rice, my partner ordered the soy-garlic boneless chicken with pickled radish and her daughter ordered the teok-bokki with mandu. The server promptly brought out our drinks and very shortly, our meal showed up. The portion size for the teok-bokki was just absolutely insane. Enough for any reasonable person to get three meals out of. The mandu were sort of like dumplings, which just added to the volume of the meal. The pickled radishes were cubes, served in a pickling sauce, in a cup. A very interesting presentation, but I understand traditional. Everything was incredibly tasty. I understand why people rave about Korean fried chicken now. This is absolutely going to be an addition to the rotation of restaurants we frequent. Highly recommended!

I came in today for lunch around noon and there was nobody in the entire place eating. I don't know…read morewhy because this place really has some really good chicken. I got the eight piece Yang Yumm chicken boneless and it was delicious. I was surprised to see that they actually gave me 10 pieces and not eight. I also got the corn slaw, which is a combination of corn and coleslaw. I remember getting it last time I was here and was looking forward to getting it again. The lady at the counter who took my order was really nice. The restrooms are really clean and the service was really fast. I can't wait to come back in again sometime soon. If you haven't been here, I would give it a try.

They require 4 types of meat to be ordered per round, so to get your money's worth it is soooo much food to be consuming with less people. The wine pork belly is awful. It was room temperature and tasted more rancid than anything else. No salt or flavor. The tripe was insanely tough and chewy, you could get the same experience from a rotting tire in Portland. The garlic, and lemon pepper chicken were both dry and flavorless. Not a very good variety of vegetables either. The Galbi was actually flavorful and juicy and I would personally recommend that if you decide to go. The server was polite and very respectful but I might as well have been mute and them blind with how easy it was to call them back to be able to order rounds of food following the first one. They were slow to clean up empty plates as well. The grill was not hot enough to cook things in a timely manner so I would also keep that in mind. We went on a Saturday night and had to wait around 25 minutes to be seated. I don't think I would go back but you can decide for yourself. ;))

The only banchan they give to go are kimchi and pickled daikon. Prices are quite high for their takeout items and it is more worth it to eat they ayce if you have the time.

Great Atmosphere and Excellent Soft Tofu Stew…read more I visited Hansik for dinner on a recommendation from a colleague, and I'm glad I did! The restaurant is very accessible with plenty of parking around the building and a wheelchair-friendly entrance. Upon entering, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. The interior is lovely--very clean and has a great vibe that makes you feel comfortable right away. The Meal I ordered the Oyster Soft Tofu Stew, which came with a side of rice, a fresh egg, and a variety of banchan (side dishes). The Stew: It had a nice spicy kick, but cracking the raw egg into the boiling pot mellowed the heat perfectly. It was delicious and paired wonderfully with the rice. The Banchan: While the variety was nice, I found most of the side dishes to be a bit too salty for my personal taste, so I didn't finish them all. To-Go: I also ordered a Seafood Scallion Pancake to take home, and the staff was happy to package it up for me. Overall, it was a very pleasant solo dining experience with great service. I'd definitely return for the stew!

Great flavors, great banchan, Had the Scallion Pancakes with seafood. fantastic. Brisket Salad appetizer was great, the iceberg lettuce was underwhelming greens choice for this salad though. Thin slice brisket was excellent. I can't wait to come back and try the other Stone Griddle bibimbaps. Clay Pot dishes look amazing too. This is one of there's places you come back and try something different every time and enjoy it.
