New design inside.

Something went wrong. Used to love this place. Ordered the Crispy Chicken Basil for the first time here, but it was chicken jerky. I told the waitress, who took the plate and still charged me for the inedible dish. Won't fool me twice.

Great option for Asian food in woodland. Super fast and food is really good. Takeout is an option. A dining in is an option.

Went inside with my friend. We havent found a thai restaurant we like yet. The place is cute and clean. Friendly staff. All the food we ordered was good. We both liked the food here.

First time in a long time giving Mali Thai a try and we are so glad. Prices were reasonable with most appetizers $10 or less. Our full meal with two entrees and two appetizers was $55. Quite a great price for Thai and conveniently located in Ace parking area in Woodland. Shrimp was perfectly cooked, breading wasn't too heavy on coconut shrimp, excellent flavor on our entrees, potstickers with crispy how we love them. We sat at a booth and it had chairs on opposite side. Staff was friendly and food came out fast! We for sure will be back.

They sell a variety of Kalama sourdough bread products and their pizza is made on Kalama sourdough pizza crust. It's very good pizza. They have gourmet sandwiches that are quite large and delicious. My recommendation is to order pizza and sandwiches online so as to not have to wait for their preparation. The recently opened upstairs area is much larger than I had anticipated, with dozens of tables and chairs, and areas where small groups can eat together and talk, and I believe large groups are able to reserve the area as well. In addition to this upstairs, space, there are tables downstairs and now quite a few tables outside as well. You can buy and consume beer on the premises, but I believe that their licensing requires the consumption to be indoors and to be opened by store personnel.

I told one of the employees in the back my name and that it was an online order. She said she would check on it. I ended up having to wait another 40 minutes and checked with employees twice during that time. Turns out that my sandwich was ready the entire time and was just in the heated holding cabinet. I ended up actually getting my food around 6:05pm. I get that they were busy but it was frustrating because if an employee could've just taken 15 seconds to check and give me my order, I could've been on my way 40 minutes earlier. The sandwich was good, but not worth waiting an hour for. They need an employee in the back to provide customer service and hand out orders. Or possibly a designated area for online pick ups? Regardless, I left frustrated.

Exceptional service: Izzy was warm, helpful and very efficient!…read moreThis place is huge and we were the only people there for nearly a half hour. They opened at 8:00 am on the dot. The menu is fairly extensive and they serve everything (breakfast, lunch and dinner entrees) in the morning. We went to fairly traditional breakfast food: my grandson chose an à la carte waffle and then we asked to have whipped cream and strawberries added. He adored his choice. I went with a Country Biscuit which was truly ginormous! The biscuit itself was H U G E and had two eggs, cheddar cheese, bacon and chicken fried chicken all covered in creamy gravy. Wow is the only word that comes to mind. It will end up being three meals for me, at least. The prices seem pretty steep, but considering the huge portions, the prices are probably similar to other places (ounce per ounce). Oh, and the last thing I wanted to add is that your plates are delivered to your table by a robot, which was pretty entertaining for me, but even more so for my grandson. Izzy came over to actually place the plates in front of us, but it was pretty cute having the robot, they named Bella, deliver our food to the table.

NOPE! We had to inquire if they were open because it was dark and empty when we walked in....(Warning) We were seated and our server was very pleasant and promptly offered beverages- we ordered a soda. We examined the menu that was Extensive. Maybe Too Extensive (Warning) - seems like places that go overboard on menu options and have low volume have more opportunities for food spoilage. We took the SAFE route and went with Breakfast options....Wise Move!! Both our breakfasts were delicious!! Hot, tasty and just what we were hoping for!! We were especially Shocked that this Dated little spot was forging ahead with Technology....with a Robot Waiter!! We're from Arizona where trends are the Rage. I hadn't seen one in person before!! Kudos for trying to stay cutting edge!! Here's my suggestion...use some funds to upgrade/update to ambiance, simplify the menu to focus on What your Specialties are...and, try to recapture the energy/community it used to have. Three stars cause it was delicious and staff was sweet- otherwise, we won't be back due to the unpleasant atmosphere and stale odor of the establishment. Needs a facelift.

**Food: 7-8/10 | Service: 3/10 | Overall: 3/5**…read more My experience here could have been better. I'm not sure if our server was having a bad day or if something else was going on, but the service was easily the biggest disappointment of our visit. I came in on a Saturday with just my nine-year-old daughter. We weren't starving, and since she doesn't eat a lot, we decided to share a plate. After looking through the menu, which had several great-looking options, we settled on the fajitas. My daughter hadn't really tried them before, and since she usually orders from a kids' menu, the fajitas seemed like a great option for us to share because they offered a little bit of everything. We also decided to share a fountain soda. This is where the experience started to go downhill. Our server seemed noticeably unfriendly about us sharing a drink and explained that refills were only included if we each ordered our own soda. She mentioned that drinks were only a couple of dollars, but ordering two would have cost around $6. For a meal we were sharing, that seemed a bit excessive, especially since I didn't expect us to need more than one drink, possibly with a refill. I explained that one soda would be enough for us and that we didn't need a refill. The issue wasn't necessarily the restaurant's drink policy; it was the way it was communicated. The tone felt rude and dismissive, and the response came across as unnecessarily unwelcoming. Honestly, the interaction left such a bad impression that we wanted to leave shortly after placing our food order. I even intentionally left about a quarter of the soda unfinished. It wasn't about needing more to drink; the experience had already made us uncomfortable and less interested in staying. When a simple interaction over sharing a drink can make customers feel unwelcome, that says a lot about the service. As for the food, it was decent overall: - **Beans: 7/10** - **Rice: 8/10** - **Steak: 8/10** - **Veggies: 8/10** The steak in the fajitas was pretty good, and the rest of the food was fine. Nothing was particularly bad, but the meal wasn't enough to make up for the service experience. As far as the environment goes, the restaurant itself was clean, although the bathrooms could have used some attention. At the end of the day, service matters. The food may be what brings people through the door, but how customers are treated is what encourages them to come back. A little friendliness and a welcoming attitude can go a long way, especially when dining with a child. There's a difference between explaining a policy and making a customer feel uncomfortable for a simple request. Overall, I'd give this place **3 out of 5 stars**. The food was okay, but the service significantly took away from the experience. Unfortunately, I probably won't be returning.
