I ordered a new washer and dryer from Sam's Club, and Rxo was scheduled to deliver them. I could not have been more pleased with the level of customer service I received. Rxo reached out to me from the very beginning and kept me updated regarding the status of my delivery schedule. I was actually able to schedule delivery of the appliance a couple of days earlier than estimated by Sam's, which was great. Once I scheduled the delivery, Rxo reached out to me to confirm my scheduled delivery, and reached out again the day before to provide my delivery window. On the day of scheduled delivery, their delivery folks contacted me when they were in-route, and they arrived well within the estimated delivery window and the time they said they would arrive when they called. They were very careful with both hauling away the old appliances and installing the new appliances. Before they left, they made sure both appliances were working properly, and they cleaned up after themselves. The installation was quick and seamless, and Rxo contacted me after the delivery was completed to ensure I was satisfied with the delivery. Horrible, absolutely horrible! I am an executive (own/run a company) and due to my travel I'm a top tier Marriott Ambassador member and decided to 'cash-in' on some points, etc for a Westin Heavenly Bed, so I ordered a mattress set for my parents. For 8 straight days my parents waited for this delivery, and every day - or should I say evening around 7pm there was notification that the delivery was NOT going to happen the next day (and then the next day, and next day, and next day, and next day, etc, etc, etc). So for a week my parents had all plans on hold/cancelled/other, while waiting for these clowns to get their act together. Finally, after filing a formal complaint with Marriott Sr. Leadership (as this makes Marriott look bad as well), there was traction and finally delivery. My parents were so angry- and of course then they started looking at a gift from me as something that was no longer welcomed, proving yet again that no good deed goes unpunished. I am urging Marriott to contract with another group for such services as this was just unacceptable, and if I ran my business like this then I would not have a business because my customers would go elsewhere for their needs. Unfortunately, I didn't have that choice, so hoping my review lights a fire under someone. read more

This company is completely lack of respect for customers time. I had my appliances delivery scheduled for last Saturday so I took day off from work to wait for them, then they said they had to reschedule my delivery for today between 8 am and 12 pm, so I took the day off again, so less than one hour before 12 they called to say that the truck had a problem so they will need to re schedule for next Monday, so I have to wait another week when I made this purchase two weeks ago. Don't even think on using them for anything because they will waste your time. read more

I scheduled a delivery for the 8-12 window. My delivery team was Ray and Desmond and they contacted me about 30 minutes before they were to arrive and confirmed the address. I did have to let them know where the loading dock for my building was and they found the spot no problem. Then we discussed the best route to my apartment. They handled it with easy even though it was on the other side of the building. I would highly recommend this team and hope if I use RXO again that they are the delivery team. Don't order items from this logistics company. They will not work with your schedule to have your items delivered when you need them. I ordered a Floyd Bed online with a scheduled delivery date of 6/29. The bed came in and they can't deliver the bed to me until a week later. I told the customer service representative that I'm moving into a new home and I'm going to have to sleep on the floor and she didn't even care. On top of that, I can't even go to the warehouse and pick up the bed from the storage location. Needless to say, I'm returning the bed and just going out to buy a new one today. UPDATE: I told the representative that I would be sending the bed back because I don't want to sleep on the floor and she goes ahead and schedules the delivery for 7/7/20 even though I specifically told her that I would call back. Zero stars. My delivery person said he'll arrive in 30 minutes with my fridge. I showed up to my house in that window and when I refresh the app, there was a delivery attempt and they left. I never received a call that they arrived. I never received a note on my door that delivery was attempted. I called the delivery guy 10x on my phone, he blocked me. Called him from my dads phone and it rings where for mine it seemed like I was blocked because it stopped ringing. I called the company, I was on hold for over an hour and half (there were 0 people ahead of me on hold) and I was able to receive no kind of help. I heavily suggest not buying from these scammers. I don't know when I'm going to receive my fridge or when I'm about to get a hold of anyone on this phone line. read more
