Wade set me up with some fittings for my 75 gallon water tank. Thanks Wade
Ben A.

Was across the street at Camping World trying to find a plumbing fitting to fit into the hole of my new grey water tank. The guys there said they didn't have anything for plumbing tanks there but to check across the street at RV Renovators. I cruised across the street & had to park in the gravel since their lot was full. I must have looked lost cause a guy that had just parked as well walked up to me & asked if he could help me find something. I asked him if they had a parts store & he replied that they didn't but asked what I was looking for. I let him know that I was looking a water tank fitting so I could Plumb my 75 gallon grey water tank. He asked me to follow him & that he may be able to help me out, we walked in to their storage room full of parts & started putting plumbing fittings together to try to fit my pipe hose that I brought it. After a few tries he set me up with the perfect set of fittings. Thanks so much Wade, I really appreciate your help & great customer service

This shop remodeled the interior of our 2002 Alpine Coach. It looked dated and needed an uplift. Monty and his team did an outstanding job and completed it ahead of schedule. While we knew what we wanted they had great ideas that helped us refine the upgrade. The attention to detail and overall quality is great! We are extremely happy! Plus, they're honest! We had lost a wedding band 10+ years ago and frankly forgot about it. When we picked up our beautifully renovated Coach - they handed us the ring! It's hard to find complete honesty in business like that! Love this shop!!

After 8+ years now, the work the Renovators did on my 26' 2000 Prowler full slider trailer is just like new. They removed the slide, seats, couch and installed new carpet. They installed 5 seals so there are 3 full seals when the slider is extended and retracted. They also replaced the front fiberglass piece. Have been in heavy rain/wind and the slider seals are like new and remain in place. Very happy every time we use it. The trailer interior is plush and solid wood; it's a keeper thanks to their work.

RV Renovators is the worst! Horrible customer service! They had my trailer for four weeks to do PDI/systems check and give me a quote to fix the master bedroom slide. This is what they provided me for $390. When I asked the technician questions about the sink he said "I don't remember, I did that like three weeks ago." I just bought this used trailer through a private seller and wanted to have it looked at before I took the family camping. I knew it needed tires and the master slide repaired. So for $390 I got a check box on the faucet/kitchen with no detail on what the problem is. The technician also said he wasn't even half way done with the inspection. Then when I go to hook up my brand new Anderson ultimate coupler wasn't installed, no big deal. I install it and land it in my hitch now the latch pin won't go in to couple around my ball. I take it back off the truck and remove the coupler to find the pin guide all gouged up. The technician finds a file so I can file it smooth so the pin operates enough to get the trailer home. This place is a joke! I wasted my time and money and will not be back. At one point Jim told me I know you don't want to hear excuses but we are really busy and some staff have been on vacation. If that's the case Jim, don't have me drop off my trailer until you are staffed and ready to do the work.

Great Job! RV Renovators repaired collision damage on my motorhome and the results are like-new! Not like-new as in almost like new, but it's just like it was when it was new. The before/after pictures are amazing. They completed other miscellaneous repairs and all were completed with the same great results. I highly recommend RV Renovators.

I don't usually take the time to write long reviews, but this experience absolutely deserves it…read more I recently visited Wheel Specialists, Inc., and had the opportunity to work with Gary, the General Manager. What stood out to me was the level of professionalism, character, and leadership Gary demonstrated throughout the entire interaction. There was a very slight misunderstanding regarding the services believed to have been paid for. Now, let's be honest--situations like that can go sideways very quickly. Most places get defensive, frustrated, or even confrontational when a customer believes they're right (even if they might not be entirely correct). I've seen it happen many times. Gary was the complete opposite. Instead of reacting emotionally or becoming demanding, Gary handled the situation with an incredible level of humility and grace. He calmly asked thoughtful questions, took the time to truly understand where I was coming from, and created an environment where the conversation felt respectful and productive--not tense or uncomfortable. That alone is rare. What impressed me even more was his patience and kindness throughout the entire process. There was zero ego involved--just a genuine desire to get clarity and make things right. You can't train that. That's character. Because of the way Gary handled this situation, it completely changed my perspective--not just about the business, but about how powerful it is when someone leads with professionalism, respect, and emotional intelligence. I actually walked away learning something from him. That says a lot. It's very clear why Wheel Specialists, Inc. has Gary in a leadership role. People like him are incredibly valuable to any organization. He represents the company at a very high level, and his approach to customer service is something more businesses should strive for. If you're looking for a place that does high-quality, scratch-free wheel work AND treats customers with respect and professionalism, this is it. And if you get the chance to work with Gary, you'll understand exactly what I'm talking about.

Discount Tire said there was nothing they could do, leaving me without a resolution on how to get the wheel off. The Lincoln dealership also couldn't assist, and I was sent to four different locations across the valley, including some specialists, but none were successful. Some attempted unsuccessfully, while others suggested welding off the bolts, with no guarantee of the cost or damage. After exhausting every resource in the area over a week, I contacted a friend who owns CMH Auto in Niagara. Phil found the situation ridiculous and offered to help, but it meant driving four days with three worn tires with 55,000 miles on them, a risk I couldn't take. As a last resort, teary-eyed, I pleaded with the service manager, Dave Sleater, at Wheel Specialists to see what he could do. He asked me to leave it with him, and my wife and I took an Uber home. Within the hour, he called to say it was done, and the relief I felt was incredible. After a week of frustration, I finally found my savior. When I went to pick up the vehicle and expressed my gratitude to Dave, I noticed his two cut knuckles. He said he did the work himself--it wasn't easy, going through four sockets and scraping his knuckles a few times. I've never experienced such incredible service and felt such elation because someone had the heart to help someone in dire straits. I am forever grateful.

Michael, the owner is a very nice guy. Initially when he looked at my rim, he estimated it would…read moretake about an hour which would've been around $90 but if it took up to two hours it would be $180. Overall, I figured that was fine because I certainly love my car and I've had rim repair's in the past two other vehicles and the work has been great but I had done the work through a dealer. Michael came out and work hard in the sun but because the paint needed more time to dry despite being in the sun he had to come back another day. He came back the following week and work on the vehicle in my guess is all any probably spent as much as four hours doing the work. The challenge was that in the end I now have a rim with paint that doesn't match the rest of the rim and so it stands out almost more so than it did with the damage that was on it initially. I know he worked hard, and was very gracious about doing so, but in the end, I was disappointed with the result, and will now have to probably go to the dealer and pay more to get it painted. I feel bad because I know Michael worked hard and trying to make this work, but he said that it's almost impossible to get the paint that matches this rim. I just wish you would've told me that initially because I probably would've stopped it and have it done by the dealer rather than now having to have done both and paid twice . It is what it is, but I applaud him working hard. I just wish he would've informed me that it wasn't going to be what I thought it was. Perhaps if your car is not a high-end car, it may work out fine or what I would suggest is that you ensure that whatever is used is the same paint and that it will match .
