No problems with the food. Food is good. This location the staff is rude. But if you speak Spanish your good. The man at the register spoke English but did not comprehend my request. The location is bland and a little boring. Downtown location better. read more

Had a meatball sub from here a long time ago. Remember that it was really great! Stopped by today hoping for that same meatball sub I had about 6-8 months ago. The sandwich itself is tasty don't get me wrong but where are the meatballs?? Seems like they sliced up about 2-3 meatballs. Slices of meatballs on a meatball sub?? Where I come from you use whole meatballs on a sub. Tasty but wasn't what I expected. Please go back to whole meatballs on a sub. Maybe stick to slices of meatballs for the pizzas. I can see how it would cut cost for you. Can you see how it would upset your customers and leave them feeling well skimped? read more

If you're a Santa Barbara local, you know that Rusty's is where it's at. I've enjoyed Rusty's fare as long as I can remember. I have fond memories of coming here after high school football games and crowding the booths - they were (and are) open late. The restaurant has since moved locations to a bigger and better venue. The new venue is remarkable and is supposed to resemble an old train station to my knowledge. It's gigantic inside with plenty of seating, a huge separate party room, and the best of salad bars. Seriously, their salad bar is impressive for the price point. Consistently fresh and clean. The pizzas are downright delicious and you cannot go wrong with any combination. I stick with my pepperoni on thin crust, it's a classic. The pizzas are on the pricey side for a takeout-style place so I normally come in when I have a coupon handy, whether from the mail or via text message. Either way, completely worth it. I will be back in soon. read more

There are so many Rusty's in town and thankfully I haven't had a bad experience in any of them. This location is rarely jam packed so it's a nice spot to grab lunch or dinner. Salad bar has a great selection and the pizza is always piping hot...what more could you ask for! I got the lunch special this time around: personal pizza, one round of the salad bar and a small drink. Great portion for a child or a light lunch. Love their wings and the small arcade is a nice atmosphere plus. read more

Rusty's Pizza Parlor - Pepperoni & Garlic personal pizza...side salad of course - Pizza Near Me - Goleta, California

Me and my friends went to eat there last night and shortly after that we all felt sick and now all three of us have bad food poisoning and had to call off work because it's really that bad. Note we ate rustys and haven't had breakfast or lunch because we literally can't even eat anything so we know the food poisoning came from rustys. read more

I usually go a couple times a week and order to eat there. The last couple times my food never showed up, a couple weeks ago they forgot to make garlic bread, tonight they didn't make my pizza, after waiting over 30+ min I end up asking for my money back. read more

This place has great pizza, sandwiches, and wings! We were pleasantly surprised! The place in Goleta was also clean.

I picked up a large pizza today and I was so disappointed. They told me twenty minutes, I was there exactly in 20 minutes. The pizza was over cooked, dried out and the olives were shriveled up, it was horrible. I could not get over how dried out it was. I don't know if there is a new owner at the Goleta location on Calle Real, but it used to be good. I paid $26.00 too, rip off. read more

Fun little pizza spot with an exceptionally high ceiling (physically, it's like 3 stories up). The pizza is good, the kids' individual pizzas were better than expected (flat/crispy/tasty) and the salad bar even had decent offerings of relatively fresh ingredients. The service was on point and it was clean. If you're going to go out for pizza with the kids, take 'em here. It's good. read more

We were staying close by at the campground with family members. We placed our order at 2PM for 3 pizzas to be picked up at 6PM. All three pizzas were to be the same large combinations. Upon arriving at 6:10 PM they hadn't even been started, in fact they looked all over for the order, and the cashier lady even started helping the 4 others in the kitchen. Also they are limited in their selections and sauces. We wanted a white sauce and were told they didn't have it. read more

Tried to call, only hung up after several minutes. They texted me and gave me a link which I tried and would not work. So I gave up and ordered Domino's instead. As it turns out Domino's delivery was three times faster than the last time I used these guys. Guess who I'm going to call next time. read more

The guy who takes the phone orders is either high or so stupid. He can never get a simple order right. Every time this moron answers the phone, he gets the order wrong. Wont be ordering from them anymore! read more

The man by the name Roy is always rude when taking my order today was the last straw I won't be going here anymore. Food and building is 5 stars but the cashier is not. He plays around too much and rushes me to order I speak to him in English and he responds in Spanish, fine. He's very inconsiderate of the client. He even questions my order each time and gives his personal opinion. He is UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE. You need to remove him from the register and dealing with people. He's a nightmare to order from and I dread it each time my family wants Rusty's on Calle real. read more

This is a no frills pizza shop with plenty of seating. This is actually the largest pizza restaurant I've ever been in. I guess they've designed it to have pizza parties. I had just had some food about 2 hours earlier before we visited and escape room a few miles away. So I decided to get a personal 7" pan pizza. It cost $5. I had the option of thin or thick crust and I opted for the thick crust. The sauce was tasty and I had a good amount of pepperoni and sausage on it. You can't go wrong here if you want a pizza. read more

Came in early with only 3 or 4 guest, ordered the lunch deal. Waited 40 min and then find out the messed up. Not impressed, feels like a lack of skill. Salad bar was good though but I won't be back. Recommend the Santa Barbara store on state st. read more

Great lunch special . $7.99 for a personal pizza, one trip salad bar, and a drink. The salad bar is awesome. It has fresh spinach, arugula, leaf lettuce, red bell peppers, garbanzo beans, cauliflower, and much more. Plus, the wooden bowls make the salad better in my eyes. The pizza is a two topping personal pizza. Also comes with a fountain drink of your choice. When in Santa Barbara I always try to have one lunch at a Rusty's Pizza. Fresh is the word. read more

Waited an hour and a half for delivery. Finally called to check on the order and was told the driver claimed he delivered it. Average pizza, average salad bar, average prices. Nice building with a couple of decent meeting rooms.

Was very pleased with this pizza stop. Being from Chicago & living in New York I think I know pizza. I tried a Chicken & Pineapple, Chicken & Onion, and plain cheese all on thin crust. I loved them. If I would criticize anything, I would have more sauce. But other than that great spot. read more

Really good pizza, some of the best I've had. The pan crust is perfect and they usually crisp their toppings just right. Worth the premium you have to pay. read more

Bottom Line: Rusty's is not what it used to be Im not sure what Rusty's is playing at with this new cathedral built for Pizza in the Calle Real center. It a huge kind of train station looking place which is very nice but certainly out of place. Im not sure what was wrong with their other location which has been there since I was a kid but this appears to be better for them. The problem that I have with Rustys is that every time we go, I end up spending $40 for a pizza and a couple drinks. Im trying to go to their website to check the menu for reference and it keeps asking me to sign in, like Im a web administrator. Rusty's just isnt as good as it used to be. Its never bad, the food is always pretty good but for the money, Im just not that into it anymore. read more

Worst service ever!! Ordered my lunch and waited almost 40 minutes. When I asked where my order was they said it would be another 15 minutes and that that my pizza wasn't even in the oven yet. No apologies for the long wait or explanation on why it was taking so long. The girl at the register even gave me attitude when I asked for money back. Don't go there, there's better service and pizza elsewhere. read more

Great pizza! I especially enjoy the chili verde with fresh cilantro. The delivery staff is very courteous but I have cannot say the same of the telephone answering services. Good pizza and good salad bar. Quick friendly service. Just wish they would sell an endless salad bar. That would be awesome.

If you like Round Table Pizza, then you'll like Rusty's. They are so identical. They bake their pizza on a conveyor belt type of contraption (whatever happened to old style pizza ovens?) with what seems like pre made crust, but I digress. All I know is that their pizza is pretty bomb. The crust has a slight crunch to it and just the right amount of sauce. I also love the blend of cheese they use and they are not too stingy on the toppings. Even delivery arrives promptly (about 25 minutes) and hot. Consistently pretty awesome! Solid 3 stars. read more

Order a pizza and it took nearly the hour. When we received it it was warm more cold than warm. Was going to leave a negative review but I waited for response. I called and spoke with Sergio. While staying at a local hotel, we called for delivery service. From our phone order to our door delivery the customer service was friendly, accommodating, and accurate. Being a busy Saturday night, eta was 45 mins-an hour. Our pizza & hot wings were delivered within 40 mins piping hot and fresh. It was nice to find they took in account we ordered from a hotel and provided plates, napkins, packets of Parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes to make our meal more enjoyable experience. We will definitely order from Rusty's Pizza Parlor again whenever we're in town. read more

Growing up in Santa Barbara i have had Rustys food numerous times. Today i decided to go and try their self proclaimed juiciest, meatiest, best chicken wings. They took awhile to come out but I figured atleast they will be fresh. I got them with the hottest sauce that they are marketing, which turned out to have zero heat and taste of vinegar. ..but that wasn't the worst of it. The wings had NO meat on them...all they had was fat and cartilage. Extremely small in size, in fact looking at the bones they didn't even seem to be chicken. Also, at one point i bit into ice. I really was trying not to vomit all day afterwards. SO in summary...not chicken, no meat, nasty sauce. Please stop selling these before someone gets seriously sick. read more
