There aren't many other Thai food options in the area so Thai Riverside is a delicious choice. If you are not familiar with Chester Center, there are designated public parking lots everywhere, but since Thai Riverside resides in the Water Street building (backside) there is a parking lot for those businesses only. Tone of voice matters, and I will look you straight in the eye and put my hand on a stack of bibles and tell you his tone was beligerant and angry (to the point of aggressive). It was beyond rude.
