The space is nicely decorated and has a comfortable vibe. There is a bar and tables. Looks like a great spot for a romantic sip. The weather was nice, so we chose to sit out back under the lovely umbrellas and look over the water. They also have adirondack chairs set out, so I imagine it would be a lovely spot for a cocktail and a chat with friends! Our server, Lena, was a DREAM and helped us make our choices. I got a seasonal latte while my partner got the medium-roast pourover coffee. Having had a hard time finding really great coffee recently, we were soooo impressed. They clearly take their coffee program seriously (and now I realize the name should have tipped me off!). The food was equally impressive. It legitimately didn't have to be as good as it was (lol). The yogurt bowl on any menu is usually "meh," but we gave it a try since we wanted some non-meat protein and I am SO glad we did. It was the best yogurt bowl I've ever had- no contest. The whole milk yogurt was creamy; the strawberries, raspberries, and blueberries were ripe; the honey and granola added crunch and some floral sweetness; and the best part was the raspberry preserves they pipe on top. I wish I could recreate this at home! We also loved the lemon poppyseed loaf with blueberry preserves and cream. Another quick brunch addition that could have been simple, but had so much thought put into the flavors. Overall, a big fan and I'll be back!

We kicked things off with a few craft beers, the variety was impressive, and it was fun sampling different styles I hadn't tried before. While sipping, we jumped into their trivia night, which was such a blast. It had just the right mix of fun and competition (and maybe a little friendly arguing over answers!). Dinner came from a Mexican food truck parked right outside, tacos and beer are a combo I'll never say no to. Once trivia wrapped up, we stuck around and played some board games they had available. It turned into one of those unexpectedly awesome nights where time just flies. What really stood out was the vibe, dog friendly, super chill, and filled with people just enjoying good drinks, food, and company. I'm already thinking about when I can make the trip again.

The menu had a nice variety, but overall, I wasn't very impressed. It seemed like our large group may have put some stress on the kitchen. One friend ordered wine that didn't smell or taste fresh -- the staff did open a new bottle and replace it, which was handled well. However, our meals took over 30 minutes to arrive, and when they did, they were warm at best. I ordered the steak frites with a side of spinach. The steak was undercooked, the fries seemed like leftovers, and the spinach was drenched in oil to the point that I couldn't eat it. Overall, it's an okay spot, but the experience felt off. Maybe it was just an off night for them.

It had an outdoor bar, fire pits, TVs, and even a live band the night we were there. The problem was they seemed to be severely understaffed. Our waitress was not only serving all the people on the patio but it seemed like she was also working inside and behind the bar. As you can imagine this delayed pretty much everything we ordered. And when some items came out incorrect, it meant even longer wait times. My wife ordered steak tips (or something like that) and ordered it medium. Most pieces were RARE so instead of asking to have it warmed up we took it home to cook because we knew everyone else would be done w dinner by the time it came back out. Overall, everything I tried was just ok. Nothing really stood out as far as the food went. The barrel aged mezcal Negroni was delicious tho!! Would come for a game to hang out on the patio and have drinks if I was in the area. Overall it was just ok, nothing exceptional and nothing that has me want to recommend this resturant to others.
