I was told if I came back before the next month due date, I could reduce the plan to $30 a month and if I signed up for auto pay via cc I could get the bill down to $25. On April 4, 2023, per receipt, I returned to the store and gave the clerk my c card. I was notified that my card was charged $30. I went back to the store to ask why. The clerk with autopay the price is $30/ month! I said you had a sign out side 4 lines for $25/ month. She said get out of the store. I left when on line chat I was told because I didn't get to the store before 8 days the bill was due there was $5 charge. Apparently the bill is whatever they want it to be. Other than the receipt nothing is in writing because they make it up as they go along. I went to Spectrum got 5G unlimited data activation $10, and plan is $30 a month. Cricket is a ripoff.
