WORST INTERNET PROVIDER I'VE EVER DEALT WITH…read more I left Spectrum on October 8th, returned EVERY piece of equipment I had, and thought I was finally done with their terrible service. Fast forward to today--I check my account and find out they took $270 out WITHOUT my authorization, pushing my account into the negative. When I called, they had the nerve to tell me I "still have other equipment." Absolutely not. On October 8th, at the Spectrum store in Pinellas Park, FL, I explicitly told them I had nothing else. Not only did I live in my apartment for 3 years, but Spectrum techs came out multiple times and they themselves swapped equipment and took old boxes with them. Now suddenly they want to "investigate" -- but somehow they had ZERO hesitation taking my money instantly. Funny how the investigation only starts after they hit your bank account. And their answer? "We can't give it back." Spectrum is hands down the WORST provider in existence. Shaky service, constant outages, clueless customer support, and now apparently they just help themselves to people's bank accounts. Do yourself a favor: RUN from this company. They don't deserve a single customer. Everyone should throw away their business ASAP.

Nothing wrong with the cord. Apparently it just doesn't work with our plugs. She refused to take it back because there was a small tear in the bottom of the box. She even commented that she recognized me because I've been there many times before. Yes I told her I purchased two cell phones from you people and you won't take a $30 purchase that I have with a receipt. I would not recommend this location as they don't know how to treat clients specially that they would lose a client over a $30 purchase that is being returned in perfect condition with a small rip in the bottom of the box.
