Quattro cheesy pizza
Sierra D.

4.5/5 experience for vibes, service, taste, and overall experience. My husband and I shared the Quattro cheesy pizza with a side of ranch and their hot sauce. It was deliciously cheesy and gooey with super crispy edges. Also some of the better ranch I've had. To drink I got this super unique blueberry ale that tasted like a blueberry smoothie and my husband got an IPA. I don't even like IPAs and I liked his which is saying a lot!

No picture is good enough!!!!

Best gluten free pizza EVER!!! I'm so excited to have found this spot!! Great service, nice spot with a view! I will definitely be back for the gluten free crust!!!

Chop Shop Sandwich

I was curious about Crust collective's lunch offering of sandwiches and am happy to report they are 100% worth the $17+ price tag. I got the Chop shop sandwich for pick up and it was ready almost immediately after placing the order. The sandwich is pretty hefty so it definitely can be made into two meals, which I appreciate. The impossible beef was perfectly seasoned and had a great peppery flavor. The bread to filling ratio was spot on and the overall sandwich had just the right amount of sauce and mayo to not make the sandwich too dry or soggy. I was very impressed with the use of quality, flavorful vegan ingredients, as you could not tell there was no animal products at all.

Something Marvelous Pizza

One word! Delicious! Been wanting to try Ruse for awhile now and finally stopped in. And dang was it delicious! We ordered the Cadillac Margherita Pizza with Heirloom tomatoes and the Something Marvelous Pizza which is basically a bbq chicken. Both were awesome! The crust is crispy yet soft inside. The flavors are great. The servers were super friendly too! They have plenty of indoor and outdoor seating and we got a great table outside to enjoy our Pizza in the sun with a great river view and a bit of people watching. Will definitely be back to try more flavors!

Good lighting and clean atmosphere. We smell the pizza

Stopped in with my family while walking around the waterfront we were craving pizza and decided to give this place a try. The restaurant had a nice atmosphere with lots of plants and great natural lighting, plus a lovely view of the river. We were seated right away, and our server was friendly and attentive. We did end up waiting close to an hour for our pizza, which felt a bit long considering it wasn't very busy and we ordered soon after sitting down. Not sure if it was a staffing issue or something else, but the wait stood out. When the pizza arrived, it was pretty good but not the best. I'd be open to coming back for a second try and will update my review if the experience is different next time.

Came on a sunny day. The place was poppin. Very busy. I paid $30 for the psychic pizza and 4oz of their ranch. Honestly I wasn't that impressed. It was good. But i didnt love it. The pizzas are more personal sized pizzas then something to share. Unless your looking for more of an appetizer type thing. They also only serve tap water. Would possibly come back. But wouldn't consider it a place I'm like ooooo this is the pizza joint. Great views though on the waterfront.

The decor is cute, ambiance less so, mainly because of the obscure country music they were playing. Doesn't look much different from the pizza place that was previously here. Pizza was okay - definitely too much cheese and I thought the red sauce was too sweet, crust could've been crispier. Very attentive about taking the order, less so about checking in. The untitled art prickly pear guava seltzer was great so I'd say they have good taste in seltzers ...also liked a sample of a smoothie ale (fluorescent farm). Overall, I feel no need to return.

Taplist 09/06/25 - disappointed because although there's dozen of their own beers on tap, 10 of them are IPAs.

Our server was wonderful and the food came out quick. Because of the good service, and the food was really good, I'm giving them 3-stars, which means A-okay. But if I was basing it on food price & beer selection, I'd only give them 2-stars. Their Detroit-style pizzas are quite good, but expect to pay more for your food given their prime location on the Vancouver waterfront. On average, one of their pizzas which is the size of standard sheet of paper, is $25, and is 6 square-slices. We wanted to bring leftovers home, so we ordered 2 pizzas and got one with a gluten-free crust just to try it and compare. Their gluten-free crust was quite good, and still the right texture for the Detroit-style. The gluten-free crust, along with Vegan cheese, if you want it, are available for an up-charge. We also tried their seasonal salad, which was a hefty $18 so we expected something bigger, but it's currently just 7 slices of fresh peach (1/4" thick peach slices, not the bigger wedge-style slices), and a small pile of heirloom tomato chunks on top of some ricotta and topped with drizzle of hot honey & olive oil and a sprinkling of fresh basil & dill. Delicious, yes, but for $18? Ouch. Aside from price, the other disappointment, given they are their own brewery, was although there's a dozen of their own beers on tap, 10 of them are IPAs. I know some folks love IPAs, but geesh, maybe offer a little more variety of styles.

This review is for their sandwiches. Their pizza is so good but I didn't see much about heir sandwiches. I ordered the Monty. It was $17 and then I added chips and a pickle, so $19, which is definitely a little spendy. The sandwich is good though, the bread was very fresh and plenty of fillings. This particular sandwich had a maple Dijon, which is one the sweet side for me. If I ordered again, I would forgo this. But if you are on the waterfront and want a good sandwich it's a good option. I would say their pizza is better, and their sandwiches are more a 4/5.

This pizza was good and I would come back. Fresh, crispy, and perfect crust. One feeds a lot of people. We literally only have two people and 4 kids and could not eat this all. 10/10 - may be the best pizza place in Vancouver!

Absolutely amazing pizza. One of my top 5 ever for sure. Flavor was amazing, not too bready, good quality cheese. And not too salty which is a big one for me. Just sad I didn't find the place sooner! The vibe is nice and right on the waterfront. Everyone was really friendly there too. Now my humble request because the saddest thing happened. I came back within a week and the beloved hummus was gone. This was the best looking hummus plate I've ever had/laid eyes on. Please please please bring back the hummus. I'd order it every day.

Great weather equals a great night on the water front at the Crust collective. Pizza was great, service was even better and the atmosphere was perfect. Can't wait to come here again and try a pizza pie.

Quattro Cheesy with Pepperoni
Brandon L.

If you are looking for a fun spot with a Detroit style pizza, this is your spot. Crispy pizza edges add a good texture and amazing flavor. I couldn't decide between Quattro Cheesy or Dial 'P' for Pepperoni, so my amazing waitress suggested adding Pepperoni to the Quattro Cheesy. So good! Look forward to trying other options. Can't wait to come back!

It was very crowded but our wait time was acceptable. Deep dish pizza was great, as was the cider on tap.

Do they sell pizza by the slice? How much $$ for a slice of pepperoni?

To the best of my knowledge they do not ... their pizza is excellent if you choose the whole option !

If you're on a date, i think sitting at the bar is fun. You can get a drink and drool and commentate on the pizzas coming out (and hope it's yours). We got the mushroom and sausage with red sauce and then the pistachio clam pasta. Oh my goodness! That pizza! Light as air crust. Not overly loaded with stuff but enough to be yummy. I could prob eat a whole pizza solo. And that pasta! It's so different than the light pizza. Decadent and unctuous with fresh but de-shelled manilla clams, the pasta was mind-blowing. We can't wait to come back to try more options. Ps: happy anniversary!

They have a combination of two and four top tables in the dining area. They offer a nice variety of pizza, salad and dessert options. Pricing is comparable to other wood fire Italian pizza restaurants in the area. We ordered the Margherita and Honey Formaggi. Both were excellent. The pizza crust was so pillowy on the inside and had a nice crisp on the outside. Toppings tasted fresh and high quality. We also ordered the Burrata Scapece to try while we waited for our pizzas. It was fresh and delicious. A wonderful combination of cheese, arugula tomatoes and zucchini. We only wished it came with more crostini. For dessert we tried the Torta Caprese and Cannolo. Both were delicious. The torta tasted like it had amaretto in it, so yummy! The cannolo was so creamy and had a perfect combination of sweet. We loved the chopped pistachios and mini chocolate chips on the ends. My husband enjoyed the candied ginger as well. Overall we were very happy with our first visit here. Everyone was warm and welcoming...just the way a restaurant should be. We will definitely return to try their other offerings. Would highly recommend.

We both agreed this is the last time we'll come here. We came in and were greeted and immediately seated by the host. He was friendly and welcoming. They weren't super busy, but busy enough for a Saturday lunch crowd. It took him awhile to get our drink order, so when he finally came to take it, we went ahead and ordered our food as well. We decided on the bacon cheeseburger with chips, and the reuben with fries ($3.50 extra for fries). I've never understood the extra cost for fries vs homemade potato chips?! The chips have been hit or miss in the past, so we usually order fries for one entree just in case. Our food took about 45 minutes. Seemed way too long. Our server never came back and asked for refills on beverages during our visit either, which was disappointing. My burger looked good, but super greasy, even the bun was greasy on top. Maybe it was brushed with butter?! The burger dripped with grease while eating it. The chips were saturated in grease as well. Some of them so much they weren't crispy at all. Our server was nowhere to be found or I would have complained. They were left on the plate. My husband didn't like them either. He ended up sharing his fries with me. My husband liked his reuben, but the bread was burnt on the bottom. You couldn't tell at first look, only once it was picked up to eat. It had plenty of meat, cheese, peppers and onions. He enjoyed it overall. The fries were good too. Much better than the chips. The restaurant was clean when we walked in, but during our visit many tables were left dirty for far too long. Not sure if they were in the middle of a shift change, but it seemed like no one was around to clear plates or refill beverages. Someone from the kitchen eventually came out to get us our bill. Our plates were still on the table when we left. Overall a disappointing experience. There are far too many restaurant options in this area to spend $65 on lunch for mediocre, at best, food and service. We will not be returning.

There are more tables too, both normal height and high tops. They've also added a pool table and cornhole, in addition to the original ping pong table. Their menu has evolved as well. In addition to pizzas, sandwiches and appetizers, they've added a Bavarian pretzel with beer cheese, spinach artichoke dip and ice cream floats. They have a nice variety of beers and ciders. Staff is always friendly and helpful. We love their QR code ordering system. It helps you get your food faster and you can just pay your tab on your phone. Such a convenience! You can also make reservations online, which is great for large parties. As others have mentioned, it is located in an odd industrial area set back from the main road. It's easy to miss if you're not watching for their sign. There's plenty of parking and a large outdoor seating area during the summer. Their food prices have gone up, and some items seem a little steep now, but that seems to be happening everywhere nowadays.
