I'm updating the review because I hadn't been here in quite a while. I have a friend that goes to Dunkin and she was telling me about a special that they had but it just ended. You paid $50 and you could have their salad bar every night for $50. Try to beat that when the salad bar by itself is $16.99. That promotion just ended. They have a good promotion right now on certain days buy one entrée and get the second entrée free. You have to spend a specific amount of money and it has to be after 4 PM and they don't do it every day you have to watch for it. The food is still good here I have never had bad food here, my shrimp and scallops and the salad bar were all delicious. That's all I gotta say about that. read more

Well, my biggest complaint is their prices! Ridiculously too high..... For example, a regular entree is say close to $20.00, if you want a salad bar you have to tac on another $7.00. That is a very high price for a not so popular place to eat! read more

Have not been to a Ruby Tuesdays in years and now I remember why... Ribs were dry and overcooked, scallops were fishy, rubbery and overcooked, chicken tenders were, dry and overcooked had do drown them in blue cheese to choke them down. I guess the fried shrimp were ok for something that comes out of the bag and into the fryer The waiter, Scott or bartender? Was the worst, not sure why they sat us in the bar when there was 5 cars in the parking lot at 3pm on a sunday. We were having trouble with the APP and he said I don't have it so don't know anything about it. We should have got up and left. Sunday afternoon and so surprised to see so few customers. Ordered the chicken fingers and they were the size of a hot dog cut in half and half of the thickness. There was more breading than chicken. I shared my concerns with the waiter and her response was that corporate supplies the chicken and there is nothing they can do about it. We were so surprised by the lack of customer support! Wednesday afternoon lunch stop because it was close and convenient with about an hour to waste before my next appointment. Restaurant is nearly empty except for about 12 people. Greeted at the door and immediately seated in our choice of booth or table. Slip the apps and straight to ordering our meals. Fried Shrimp and Catfish for me, Garlic Parmesan wings and salad bar for my girlfriend. Girlfriend enjoys the salad bar, pretty much whatever you want to add to a salad. Pumpernickel croutons were really good. Entrees arrive...my shrimp are nice and crispy, catfish not so much. Catfish has good flavor but the lack of crispness definitely was disappointing. Boneless wings were good, crispy but still juicy on the inside. Service was outstanding given that there were few people dining. Overall a good visit, not my first choice but if in the area and pressed for time...you'll probably have a descent experience. read more

Stopped at this Ruby Tuesday location while in Spring Hill for a late lunch. Located on Cortez Blvd it was a convenient spot to stop for a bite to eat before an appointment. Outside area around building was clean but non descript. Inside we had to walk by the salad bar to get to the dining room. Salad bar fixings looked fresh and yummy. We were seated at a table per our request - only negative about the dining room is that the tables are too close together in my opinion which made it a little difficult to navigate to our table. Our waitress was Shelby. She was a very good server and tended to our needs very well even though she had a lot of tables. Only negative about Shelby was that she had very long fingernails. It's just my quirk but I prefer short nails when handling/serving food because longer nails can harbor dirt and bacteria. Other than that we were pleased with her service. We decided on their queso dip with unlimited tortilla chips. The queso dip came out nice and warm with a sprinkling of pico de gallo on top. Very delicious especially their chips because they sprinkle a spice on them to make them really really good! For my entree I ordered a Jalapeno Bacon Queso Burger with fries. Shelby asked how I wanted my burger cooked and I stated medium rare. I was really looking forward to getting a burger just the way I liked - most places just cook them well done. My burger came out and it was overcooked and not just only that mistake but I was missing one of the toppings (the pico) off my sandwich! Very disappointing!! Fries were decent though. The manager did come over to check on us and I explained about the mistakes made on my sandwich. He offered to remake it which was very thoughtful but I turned him down because my hubby was almost completely finished with his sandwich and he had a doctor's appointment we needed to go to hence the burgers for a quick meal. A decent meal - flavors were good but the highlight of our meal had to be the spiced tortilla chips. Everything else was just okay. The one in Brooksville is really in need of a makeover. Carpets very dirty and old. Seats old and sunken in. The one in Riverview is nicer. Also New Port Richey isn't so bad. The food is decent, like an Applebee's but a little more steak and seafood on the menu. The salad bar isn't really worth it, since they don't over too many items. The seafood is okay, but they only give you a tiny bit of rice and the vegetables are kind of undercooked. read more

We've come to this location several times before the holiday season, but unfortunately this visit was disappointing. The $9.99 ribeye special was grisly fatty and lacking in flavor - I really believed they switched it to a sirloin instead of a true ribeye. Quality of food was absolutely terrible! I had a ribeye steak that was over cooked, chewy and pure grizzly meat bad cut and super thin so bad I literally could not eat it. I let the waitress know and she said she would let the manager know and asked if I would like her to come talk to me? I do not feel I need to ask to talk to the manager she should do the right thing and come out in her own which she didn't I was charged full price for this terrible meal! Felicia the manager is awesome and if you want fantastic ribs make sure Felicia is there cooking them. I had the best fall off the bone ribs with Hickory Bourbon BBQ sauce and they are to die for. My guest and I had the worst hamburgers ever. We both ordered Smash burgers and each one was missing a topping and over all it tasted horrible. The meat was dry and had bone chips in it. It took forever to get water with lemons. After a very long time, our food arrived, we asked for ketchup and the waitress said they were low and yet we saw several bottles of ketchup across the room on the food station. Haven't been to a Ruby Tuesdays in years and wanted to try it out. Ordered the chicken sandwich and thank goodness I cut into it before biting. The ultimate chicken sandwich was COMPLETELY raw and uncooked in the middle. The waitress was nice, and offered to get us something instead. We went with a burger which was greasy and not great. Just left ruby Tuesday and we were totally disappointed. The salad bar was just about totally picked through. I asked when it will be restocked and was told the salad person wasn't working today. The server took our order and she never returned to check on us. I see why the place was almost empty. Sad to see we used to go quite often. We won't be back. I visited the Cortez Blvd. Location with my husband and daughter tonight. We were immediately greeted by the upbrat host. Our gracious server was prompt and kept our glasses filled which is very important to my husband. I ordered the garden bar and really loved the fact that they provided disposable gloves for safety. Everything was fresh and clean except the spinach which was browning and had seen better days. My husband had the chicken quesudilla which he enjoyed the flavor of. The smell of the caramelized onion was so good I almost took a bite. My daughter had the 6 oz Sirloin. The seasoning was a bit much for her and it was slightly over cooked. I tasted it and felt it was ok but a kettle salty. All in all a good local experience and we will go back. read more

We went and decided to give Ruby Tuesday's another try after eating there a couple of weeks earlier when our Philly cheesesteak sandwich that we ordered with the salad bar were served overcooked and close to being burnt. R.T. is a regular go to for us when go to lunch. Today I tried the NEW Tacodillos - steak - and I was very happy. The meal was 3 steak(or chicken) tacos, with a mexican type salad and lettuce, pico and sour cream on the side . Just perfect for lunch and a very reasonable price. If you drive by this Ruby Tuesday's and the parking lot seems lite and you're thinking "hey no wait time" there's a reason. Food is over priced, poorly prepared and taste no better than a home cooked meal. The six once steak dinner is $3 more than Long Horns six once sirloin. Tough steak with no taste. Cheese cake was supposed to come with fresh cut strawberries but came with an old strawberry sauce with no strawberries. Just keep driving to another restaurant. Ruby Tuesday, I appreciate the gesture on trying to get me back in the restaurant. I don't want any hand outs, I would rather you take control of the kitchen Quility and staff. If the kitchen doesn't care about the food they serve, then I don't care to show up and eat. Hope you get serious with fixing the problem, this was our go to place about 5 years ago and then everything from quality of food, price and service went down hill. read more

Had to be in town alone for a week and I'm Trying to eat healthier. That's very difficult to do in Brooksville as it turns out. So I figured I'd give the salad bar at Ruby Tuesday a try. I got in and seated pretty quickly. I noticed the restaurant was pretty run down and dirty. I let the server know I was only there for the salad bar when she sat me. It took another 10 minutes to get water and silverware so I could hit the bar. Okay so finally I got my chance to get food. The salad bar was underwhelming at best. Lots of things were out and there didn't seem to be anyone working to replenish them. Oh well. So I get done and I have to wait another 15 minutes before I see a server again (there were 3 other tables with people in the entire restaurant mind you). Finally I get my bill and I eventually pay. I needed to go to the bathroom once I was done. Their bathroom was absolutely the most disgusting bathroom I've been in in a long time. Gross! read more
