update because we've gone back over and over since my first review. this restaurant is still everything you want in a local place. the food is quick, super hot, the ambience is great, and the orders are always right. the prices are affordable, and every time i go i get something different and leave happy. i've tried burgers, sandwiches, wings, salads, etc. and its always delicious. the fries are my favorite though, cant miss them if you come. keep doing your thing and i'll keep coming back Drew's! read more

I was excited to try Drew's as I love giving reviews. Especially, when I receive messages thanking me for giving my honest feedback. How my reviews have helped hundreds of people. We thought it would be wonderful to try their special where we bought bone in wings and got some boneless wings for free because that was their special. It was not packed when we arrived just a couple of tables. Getting our appetizers, the waitress was friendly when the mushrooms came out. We were excited to get our food because the mushrooms were good there was a lot of fried mushrooms in the basket we thought the portion size was wonderful.. The cheese curds I was not impressed with like the mushrooms it was skimpy and hardly any curds in the basket. At this point, we were knew not to order the cheese but would order the mushrooms again . After our appetizer we sat there for a very long time waiting for our wings, which was the special. It felt like we were sitting in one of those slow motion movies where are you watching people just walk right past you as if they don't see you. Even when you're trying to get their attention. We shouldn't wait for over an hour to get our wings in an unpacked restaurant. We seen people that came in after us receiving food. Our waitress would walk past us and just ignore us as if we weren't there because she knew our wings did not come out yet. She was trying to ignore us until the wings came out. We were charged $.50 per cup of extra sauces that is fine but after making us wait so long, you would think they would've taken at least that little things like sauce off the bill or something. We truly asked a few times if it was going to be coming out anytime soon. They did not take any accountability for the extremely long wait. I definitely would NOT recommend this place to any of my friends or family. It was one of the worst dining experiences that I had in a very long time not to mention that my wings were basically tasteless oil butter, with a little bit of Parmesan & no garlic taste. The boneless ones were dried out. My husband and I just took it to go because they did not taste good and it took extremely long to come out. We just wanted to get home at that point. I told them I was going to write a review and they did not care so if you feel like dining in a place like that, feel free to do so. I hope your dining experience is way better than mine was.. I told my husband maybe we will try it again down the road and try to give it another chance he said absolutely not. He stated that he would never go back there again. The atmosphere was OK on the inside. The outside looked cute. I was truly hoping to be able to give this place a 5 star review but when the wait staff did not care about the review after I told her that I would be writing one because that's what I do on the side and she did not even get a manager for us. The wait the staff didn't even say they were sorry for how long we had to wait. Well I'd give them one star because the mushrooms were good. Again, I truly wanted to give this place a positive review like I did for some other businesses. I love to support our local restaurants. I have to write an honest review, because if I wouldn't want my family to waste money on a bed, do I need an experience I wouldn't want another family to do so either. Who knows maybe one day I will stop in by myself and try it again and update my review. I can only hope that this review will reach the manager and they will try to address these issues for other others. Because our waitress showed up to work and was friendly when she gave us our appetizers. We did tip her 20% because everybody sometimes has a bad day. The boneless wings were very dried out no moistness on the inside. So I would definitely say there was a mess up in the kitchen somewhere with no garlic on the wings and pure oil. Also, being deliberately ignored until the food came out was a highly annoying. I truly feel that local businesses deserve a second chance maybe one day I will try it again. So wherever you may choose to go, may you have a happy dining experience. If you do choose this place, I can only hope that these issues were resolved and that your experience will be a phenomenal one. Have a blessed day. read more

Hubby and I stopped in for a late lunch on a bright sunny afternoon but decided to eat indoors. There is a very nice patio area that many people were enjoying. Hubby's order was the roast beef (regular) with fries, and I ordered the special soup which was stuffed pepper together with a cheese quesadilla. Our waitress was very cheerful and provided our orders quickly. The stuffed pepper soup was meaty and delicious, and my husband enjoyed his roast beef sandwich with a draft beer. I'm sure we will continue to come to this restaurant for a bite to eat when we're in the area. read more

Standard pub type place. All the favs Started with fried mushrooms. Crispy and delicious BLT really good. The Texas toast was nice and lite. Very fresh. Buffalo chicken wrap. Very tasty. The food was actually truly delicious, fresh and on point to what I like to taste. The service is really friendly, especially the blonde waitress who seemingly knew what I wanted to have in terms of side dishes. The ambiance is of course a sports bar with racing themes in it. So it's fine for what it is. Highly recommend the place entirely, just know the place is relatively small meaning on some days you may have to wait 10-15 minutes for a seat in a heavily crowded place. Drew's Friday Fish N Chips is worth the drive. This little restaurant was first I found in the area while doing a return at Kohl's (sits on outparcel). I have never been disappointed. I'd been meaning to get to Drew's for a while, but always talked myself into going somewhere else instead. Finally, I went there earlier this month (February 13th). It's smaller than I expected; other reviews talking about the eighties memorabilia gave me the impression it would be like stepping into a TGI Friday's circa 1989, but it's actually a little spartan. It's still comfortable enough, and at least on that Thursday, it was *very* crowded--all the tables were taken, and I was lucky to get a barstool. I'd come there from a visit to Marker 48, so didn't get any beers, instead getting buffalo style chicken tenders and fries. They were both good, although the mild buffalo sauce is *very* mild -- next time I'm going for the hot, I suspect. Or something else entirely. Despite the crowds, the service was quick and friendly. So the TL;DR: It may not be full of fern bar flair, but it's classic American pub food done pretty well. Worth a return visit. read more

We started with the fried mushrooms which had no seasoning. I ordered the bacon cheeseburger with no bun and coleslaw. My wife and I made a quick unplanned stop at Drew's American Grill yesterday afternoon and it turned out to be a great choice. The place had a relaxed atmosphere and the service was excellent from the moment we walked in. I ordered the Buffalo chicken wrap and it was absolutely amazing. It had the right amount of spice and was packed with flavor. My wife had the burger and she was very impressed. She said it was one of the better burgers she has had in a while. My first time. My Fav Fab One had been several times and was relentless about me trying Drew's. I'd also read a LOT of great reviews. So, game on! Arriving on a Friday night around 7-ish, the place was busy, but we got seated almost immediately. Awesome! Service stands out at Drew's. Almost every review gives high points and now I do, too. Our server was the bubbly Ms Crystal. She zoomed about the place with such enthusiasm that it was very uplifting. If you're not in the best mood when you walk in, you will be when you leave. We noted when anyone walked in the door, someone would welcome them, or ask if they could help. First impressions. Priceless. My eyes caught sight of a tempting tease. A menu board boldly announcing the Soup du Jour was Broccoli Cheddar. I get weak in the knees for Broccoli Cheese. I ordered a bowlful of that veggie-moo goo. It was FULL of big chunks of broccoli and lots of cheese. No skimping. YUM! Fab One ordered a Caprese Salad. That's sliced tomatoes, big slices of mozzarella, sprinkled with fresh basil and oiled up with a nice Balsamic glaze. A tasty appetizer, for sure. Next, Crystal flew in with an order of wings. Buffalo style. These things sing. We both know good wings, and these certainly qualify. Meaty, perfectly cooked with a wonderful sauce. These babies were going out on the town, so we dressed them in Ranch! I had so many choices, everything looked tempting, but I ended up getting the Philly Style Roast Beef sandwich. The succulent, juicy ROAST BEEF is to die for. Freakin amazing. I must say I was NOT bowled over by the Philly treatment. First of all, it was served on a Kaiser Roll, think fancy hamburger bun. I'd prefer a nice big traditional Hoagie roll. And it could have used more peppers, onions and cheese please! The taste was good, it just didn't scream Philly at me. Especially at a $15 price point. Locally, I've had true Philly representation, for a bit less. Overall, Drew's kicked big butt! It's a fun and lively place. Clean and bright. Outside seating if desired. Great food. STELLAR SERVICE! BEST Roast beef sandwich EVER!!! And that's not even what I ordered. Found this gem of a place today in Spring Hill, which I will probably be back to at least a few times a month. We walked in and was immediately greeted and sat by the friendly hostess. The place was very clean and nicely decorated. There was indoor and outdoor seating available. We sat near the bar, so our waiter was also the bartender. Service was prompt and friendly. He said they had been open about 5 months when we asked. We asked for recommendations and he recommended the Roast Beef sandwich (they slow cook it in house) and the wings. My boyfriend got the Roast Beef with french fries, and the Golden Chicken sandwich caught my eye and I opted for coleslaw. The food came quickly and looked amazing. The Golden chicken sandwich was grilled chicken breast with bacon, cheese and a delicious honey mustard dressing with lettuce, tomato, red onion and pickle on the side. The bun was so soft and fresh. It was cooked perfectly, juicy and delicious! The coleslaw was great as well. But the roast beef...OMG! My boyfriend let me try his sandwich and it was delicious. The hot roast beef was SOOOOO tender and flavorful and not dry at all. He said it was the best roast beef sandwich he has had in his entire life. After tasting it, I had to agree with him. This place opened not too long ago, and they're doing pretty well for themselves already. I ordered the Entree Tuna Salad and it was pretty good. They give you a lot of food for the money. My mother was with me and she got the macaroni and cheese with salad and she had to send the Mac and cheese back, because it was very dry. She wasn't happy with it and since it's made to order, she decided to just stick with the salad only. The bartender "Roxanne" was nice and personable. I think my mom may have upset her at one point because of the Mac and cheese deal, and then asked her if one of the servers was her daughter (in her defense she thought the server called her mom), so I think they got off onto the wrong foot there, but Roxanne was sweet to me. Lol. Drew himself was there and said hi to me, but he was focused on his business and it was really great to see that. The place is small, but nice and clean. They're soon planning on having a band there outside, so I'll be coming back when that happens. The decor is tasteful, and I especially loved the bathroom decor. Lol. Went here this afternoon. The place was cute and your typical eatery. We got the roast beef sandwich and fries and it was just okay. I wanted to like this place and probably would have been back but unfortunately our service was terrible. We had Samantha B and she took our order and said I will be right back but took forever to come back. We asked for straws and she said she would be right back but she must have stopped at 4 other tables, the kitchen, the bar before we got our straws. Then she was supposed to bring us plates for our jalapeño appetizer, she finally brought them back after taking 10 minutes and by that It was cold. At first I thought well maybe she's busy but she seemed to do it to other tables too. We asked for refills but never got them. read more

We really like Drews. We're new to Florida. We find the staff to be friendly and attentive. I wish they would have more gluten free options other than a GF bun. Sides are lacking. For lunch I get the coleslaw. Potato salad is mushy and other veggie option is Broccoli. We usually visit once a week for lunch. Fingers crossed they expand their menu a bit. read more
