Fantastic deli sandwiches for a great price. They also, have freshly made cakes for purchase, and I even bought some fresh tomatoes that were so delicious. They only except cash. Make sure you head to the ATM before heading over there. My favorite sandwich is called the beast no mustard add red hot peppers. THE RED PEPPERS ARE FRESH. Flew all the way from New Jersey. We were heading to Crystal River, FL, and we needed to stop for some hoagies. I highly recommend this place. Not only was the customer service outstanding, the hoagie was fantastic! If you're on a road trip or just living in town, please stop by and give this locally-owned place a try! They have the best Italian subs around or any other sub they make them fresh with fresh bread and they use Boris head meats. Couldn't ask for a better place to get a sandwich from Plus. This place has the best sandwiches hands down in Springhill. They go out of their way to accommodate you and when I got a tray because we had a death in the family, they expressed such condolences that were obviously heartfelt. They insisted on carrying the tray out to my car and they were so supportive and made sure that my order was absolutely perfect. If you want a delicious sandwich look no further. They can have a tray ready for you same day if you call early enough. They will even make suggestions based on what it is you tell them you want. Every time I mention Donnelys to my family, everyone gets excited and gives a solid thumbs up. They have other things to other than sandwiches but you have to go in to see what they have that day like potato salad, chips etc. read more

The bread was toasted perfectly while the cheese was melted enough that the pickles were still chilled. Decent sized sandwich and the pork was definitely cooked with love; it was the star in the Cuban. The Italian sub was equally good even though they were out of the one meat but quickly subbed with pepperoni. The gals in the deli were friendly, efficient and busy! Not only were they preparing our lunch, many to-go orders were being made in between. This definitely is a local favorite and now ours when we pass thru again.

The fresh baked goods they carry are good - but I wish they still carried the items brought in by The Village Bakers in Jacksonville, a renowned bakery in northeast Florida. We alway get fresh rolls from them to make our sandwiches. The crumb cake slices are amazingly delicious - just like back in NJ where I grew up. The quality of the meats they carry is top shelf - we have never gotten anything that wasn't terrific. Hubby prefers Boar's Head brand, and they are cheaper than the grocery store that carries it nearby. I will always recommend them and return for my grocery shopping. Cashiers on the way out are always pleasant.

I didn't give it 5 stars because it isn't a traditional Cuban with the shredded pork as they use ham slices, but would definitely order again.
