Additionally, Steve's response to the situation felt unprofessional and lacked accountability, which made the experience even more disappointing. I understand that transitions between breakfast and lunch can be busy, but orders placed within the allowed timeframe should still be honored. Better communication, organization, and customer service--especially from management--would greatly improve the experience.
