I was surrounded by many other highly irritated delivery drivers and diners who were not happy watching dine in customers get their food while our pickup time had passed by over 20/30 min. The owner clearly DGAF about this business, and corporate doesnt seem to care if the owners are absent and it ruins their brand reputation.
