this is by far the best Taco Bell location. I'd say in the area or even in Florida but no this is the best location all around, the staff are extremely friendly and helpful and my order is always made fresh and correctly, they'll forever have my service. the lobby is always kept clean and well read more

Literally the best Taco Bell I've ever been to. The food was almost too hot. Food was ready fast and the order was perfect.

I just want to say a few things about my experience. We ordered online and we've been waiting for 15 minutes. My mom and I were asking the staff where's our food with her phone showing the order info. Turns out a person stole our food with fake order info given to the staff. They gave us drinks to have to wait but still messed up our orders. I'm allergic to dairy and specifically asked them to put no dairy products in the food. They still put dairy food in my food. read more

My husband and I visited the drive thru tonight at about 7:10 pm. We ordered a taco supreme combo (1), a Cantina Chicken quesadilla meal (7) and a separate chicken quesadilla. We drove to the window to pay and received our drinks and a single bag of food. My husband said he didn't think all of our food was in the bag. A female employee who had joined the male employee who took our order asked if we had received our drinks. My husband said yes but he didn't think all of our food was there. She never acknowledged his concern and both the male and female employee turned their backs to us. By this point a line of cars was behind us so we drove off since the staff was ignoring us. We figured we'd resolved any issues once we got home and could review our receipt. Upon inspection, we found we did not receive our cantina meal. We did not receive any sauces. We did not receive any napkins. And we received NO RECEIPT!!! We spent $24.25, paid cash and were missing 1/2 our food. This level of service is surprising for Taco Bell. It was our first visit to this location and will also be our last. Fast food competition is strong on Cortez Blvd and there are plenty of places who value our business. read more

The lady at the drive-through window was extremely friendly and fast with my order. I ordered a diet Mountain Dew and sampled the newest $5 box, thus offering was a nacho (too spicy for my tastes) box. Cheap, fast and decent, just like I've come to expect from one of my favorite fast-food establishments. My only suggestion is that TB as a conglomerate would begin to offer more low-carb and keto type fare. So far the only things I can really eat and stay on my healthy eating plans are the bean burritos (vegan, thankfully no lard in the refried beans), and the power bowls (just ask for more lettuce and less beans, no rice). read more

Terrible experience. I ordered 2 veggie burritos and after i finished one, i saw a piece of beef in the wrapper. The 2d still uneaten burrito shows beef in it as well. I have not purposely eaten beef since 1989 and don't remember what it tastes like. I do know that I get violently ill when I do accidentally eat some, as my digestive system forgot how to handle it. I always enjoy the veg power bowl from taco bell......but NOT this one. It was the worst one I have ever gotten. They were skimpy on the ingredients and barely any tomatoes on it. I also ordered a side of fiesta potatoes and they were all burnt. Literally inedible. I have never had a problem with fiesta potatoes at ANY other taco bell, except this one. 6:30 am and no taco bell for me. Two cars in the parking lot but the lobby is dark, and no one at the drive thru. I guess burger king will have to do again. I used to eat here almost every morning. After a couple times of them not being open during business hours I just started eating at bk or mcdonalds. read more

Never had a problem with Taco Bell or this location. Great Deals on ok food for ok prices. If you're eating lunch everyday those $5 meals add up quick, but Taco Bell has a whole meal for $3. I've been to this new location about 5 or 6 times since they opened and the service has been great each time. I even remember saying to my wife that this is the first Taco Bell that I ever received "Hot" food from! The staff is pleasant and the food id good! read more

Not very good. The line moves very slow. Every time we go they mess up my order or forget things. Plus they give you an attitude if you ask for extra sauces. It's hot sauce not blood just give the people a few extra. read more

Went to this location quit a few times and everytime I go it's late night knowing my food will be wrong. Just hoping someone cares enough to get my order right. Tonight I got the triple layer nacho's. Let me start by saying it looked nothing like taco bell's advertisements . Also the nacho's had a blob (mond) of brown crap on the right side of the PILE of nacho's and the sauce and cheese was on the left side. 11/17/2016 , 7:26 ordered food, place not busy, staff seems slow. 26 minutes later, still no food, just a couple burritos and tocos. Whated as endless people came after us ordered and served their food. When to counter, said was done waiting and asked for a refund. Was told they have a no refund policy, I told them sure, if you provided the food we bought, but almost 1/2 later and no food, wanted refund, then the manager knocks out the order, watched him and just through it together. Told him where to shove it and demanded a refund.. again was told no. Let him know will dispute charge & called card company, they will fix it. As for this place, save your money, Mc Donald's 1/4 mile down the road. While Mc's not perfect, at least they try. Overall this Toco Bell is the worse. Had issues before but this time was total joke. read more
