I placed a breakfast pickup order through the Chick-fil-A App before the breakfast cutoff time and arrived at the store prior to 10:30 AM. The drive-thru line was extremely long, so I went inside to pick up my order. After checking in and marking myself as arrived in the app, I waited about 20 minutes. At that point, the manager, Steve, informed me that breakfast was no longer being served and they were unable to fulfill my order. This was extremely frustrating since my order was placed on time and should have been prepared accordingly. Additionally, Steve's response to the situation felt unprofessional and lacked accountability, which made the experience even more disappointing. I understand that transitions between breakfast and lunch can be busy, but orders placed within the allowed timeframe should still be honored. Better communication, organization, and customer service--especially from management--would greatly improve the experience. read more

Me and my family have been going here nearly weekly for years now, and i've never had a bad experience. unlike the typical fast food joint, they always get our order correct, the place is clean and orderly, and the workers are friendly and pleasant everytime. they only consider veterans if they are on active duty, when we all served this country and i happened to be retired with 27 years. in tampa they give all a military discount and this community has a lot of veterans, disabked veterans and retired veterans. it us a shame they take freedom for granted! the corporation should make the franchises give all veterans a discount, as well as the police, the nurses and the fire department and i also happened to be a nurse from the army too. shamed on them! read more

They remodeled and it's a plus. A little smaller inside but barely noticeable. Food is the same. It's good eats and that's well known. The huge improvement is this. They listened to me and others. They narrowed the drive thru to one lane that turns in to more. Now the have plenty of disable spots. No more walking through drive thru traffic. Great job Chick-fil-A!!! I only came in for free hot waffle fries. They weren't hot but they were adequate and very warm hence four stars. read more

While in Brooksville shopping we decided to stop at Chic fil A for a quick bite to eat avoiding the wait going through their drive through line. It was around lunch time and the drive through was packed solid but with excellent customer service they were moving along steadily. Too hungry to wait - in we went! There was a short line for counter service and when it was our turn, we were greeted with friendly and efficient service. Some fast food places have workers who don't smile and act like they rather be somewhere else than work. It's refreshing to be treated like you are welcome in their restaurant and they want you to have a great dining experience. The inside of the restaurant was clean - no dirty tables and there were plenty of workers to give people the fast and efficient service that we love when we're on time constraints during shopping days! I chose one of their salads - a market place salad. Made with mixed salad greens, blue cheese crumbles, chunks of red and green apples, strawberries and blueberries. It's served with packs of roasted almonds and a crunchy harvest granola. I opted for their Apple Cider vinaigrette which complimented my salad perfectly. I also wanted to try their grilled chicken nuggets and I have to say they're absolutely scrumptious. Grilled nicely and seasoned well - they're juicy and a wonderful change from the same old breaded nuggets we see at every fast food place. The salad and nuggets were a healthy substantial lunch and is something I will definitely be ordering again when I visit Brooksville and Chic fil A! read more

I used to stop here regularly but my order was always wrong. I got tired of it so I stopped going. The drive thru can be insane. I went back today and got a totally different order and it was wrong again. It was a simple order 12 grilled nuggets, kale salad and Diet Coke and I wanted avocado ranch as my dipping sauce. Their gallon of lemonade (both diet and regular) is expensive but worth it...it's real and fresh squeezed. The salads and fries are my favorite. The kale side is a hidden gem and is best with the grilled nuggets added in for a healthy meal. There's nothing here I don't like. read more

It's been years since I've been to a chick fil a but...hunger is a powerful thing, right!...the line was long in drive through and I thought ...oh no....but Ashley was very attentive and got my mom's special order correct and I was in and out in no time. Very nice, very efficient and since I still have to visit the patient in the hospital...I'll be back! Granted, they got the order right. The food was top notch. The place was clean. However, the place was packed due to the lunch rush. We took advantage of using the mobile app to order our meal and have it delivered to our table. As a result, we were able to get our order in, pay for it and secure a table before the people in front of us got to the register to place their order. The two star is due to the fact our mobile order took longer than the people in front of us. We had to ask two team members about the status of our order. Perhaps the fault lies in the system that did not display our order in a chronological order to be fulfilled. Regardless of the reason, the lengthy delay in our order knocked this place down to two stars instead of three or four. Maybe next time, if I return, it will be a shorter wait time. read more

This place is always super busy but they are very efficient. They have outdoor order takers to expedite your service. They have a portable menu so that you don't have to wait to get to the board to order. They also ask if you are paying with cash or credit and they will direct you where to pull up based on that. Every stop you make every single person knows your name. It's unfortunate that I don't have this restaurant near where I live, so when I have the opportunity I always stop here. The food is consistent, fresh and delicious and I have never been disappointed. My favorite of course, is the original chicken sandwich. When I asked for mayonnaise they always give me two packets and they do it with a smile. Not the healthiest, I understand, but I don't eat this way all the time. This franchise is also super philanthropic so I don't mind paying a little extra for their food. The only downside to this particular restaurant is maneuvering the parking lot. They have done their best to direct you the best way to get in and out, but if you're parked in the line of fire from the drive-in you are stuck until someone lets you out. My review will be as generic as any fast food review should be. Chick-fil-A is always consistently good, but I do hate the crowds sometimes. I guess that comes with being one of the better fast food places. I like to eat the chicken sandwich combo most of the time. Some times I order the chicken salad. I am happy they now have a spicy chicken biscuit as well. Sometimes I would search out a Bojangles for that craving, but I no longer have to. It is fast food. I haven't been to this place for about a year. Food was great as expected. What gravely concerned me was the men's bathroom. There was no soap and no paper towels by the sink in the toilet section. I had to go out to the sink by the urinal to find soap & paper towels. The overall condition of the men's bathroom was messy. There was debris on the floor & the room did not smell clean. This is not what it was like a year ago. Hopefully this Chick-fil-A can get back to it's winning ways. read more
