We hadn't been to a Culver's in about ten years, so this visit felt like trying a whole new restaurant. The burgers were cooked perfectly, and the broccoli was surprisingly good. My wife had the fish and chips and thoroughly enjoyed it -- "better than I expected." The coleslaw was great as well. Service was fast and friendly from the counter to the table, and the dining room was clean and comfortable. If we weren't 500 miles from home, we'd definitely be back. Probably next year. I come here with my parents everytime I visit Spring Hill, and we never have a bad experience. Staff is always friendly and attentive, the place is always clean and stocked, and the food is always fresh and hot. We love the patio :) and the concrete mixers are amazing! read more

Each visit this Brooksville location has been steadily going down hill on all categories such as cleanliness food quality etc. we have been to several locations in Florida and this location is not a good representation of all the others. This last visit was the last straw.. from employee walking in tucking in his shirt with hands dot his pants and going directly to the food pass without washing his hands to our food order being completely wrong after the 25 minute wait. Our 2nd ever visit to get the Fish Dinner, this time we added Onion Rings. What an excellent meal! The fish was cooked perfectly, great coating, tender flaky tasty meat. I'll give this place to five for how professional Amanda was taking care of the problem I ordered my food probably spent like $50 worth of food for my family. I live 20 minutes away from this place. I live 20 minutes away from anything. I always check my bag to make sure all my food is there the one time I don't check couple of my items were missing. I called And Amanda took care of it. She gave me two options. I can get store credit next time we come out here, those items will be for free or I can come back and they will take care of it. No cost. This locations I enjoy. Foods always correct and hot. Wish they had dairy free treats year round. Lemon ice is only available for a few months. The kids meal comes with a sundae and for those kiddos with allergies it makes it hard to bring them and tell them they can't have the dessert that comes with their meal. read more

So I came here today as I always do to get my lunch with my wife. I order a burger with lettuce tomato onion pickle mayonnaise ketchup as I always do. I get it it has no lettuce and the tomato is tiny. If I'm paying extra for tomato I expect it to cover the sandwich or at least close. So I go to the gentleman at the counter named Nelson and he replies if you want more tomato I'll have to charge it more and did nothing to replace my burger with one that had lettuce. He was a total jerk. I told him that was the size of a roma tomato not a regular tomato. He said well that's the size they are if you want more you'll have to pay for them. First off, they are expensive. At first the quality was very good and me and my husband could do with one sandwich each and fries. Not now though. We are not getting that was really good feeling and satisfied. For 2 people it is always around $30-$34 just for the 2 sandwiches and fries. Butter-Me-Up Culver's!!!! Exit the Arches! Quit the King! About 15 years ago while summer traveling with my kids in Wisconsin, we stumbled upon an interesting restaurant called Culver's ButterBurger. I believe we dined at two or three more locations before heading home, southward bound towards Florida, the land of NO CULVER'S!!! Present time, imagine our cheerful chats when I told my now young adult kids Culver's was coming to our area! That's a mouthful in so many ways! Now living in Brooksville, I was eagerly awaiting Culver's arrival at my doorstep. And now, the wait is OVER! Culver's restaurant designs are bright and airy with clean lines. A lot of thought has gone into every nook and granny. Whether eating inside or outside(which right now is a no-go in Florida's 100 degree solar sear).. I love hearing a cheerful greeting 'Welcome to Culver's!' upon entering the a/c'd retreat...sure makes ya feel good. My first visit to this new location, the Wonderful Miss Emily took my order. She answered a few questions as I settled on the North Atlantic Cod Filet Basket. I know what you're probably thinking. This guy RAVES about the ButterBurger then ends up ordering fish? Yeah, well let me explain. I KNOW how awesome Culver's ButterBurgers are. But, I love a good fish sandwich, too. I've had it with other fast food fish, 'their' fish sandwiches are 'floundering' and 'crappie' now. So I was testing the 'waters' by ordering the Culver's fish filet. And this filet WINS, FINS DOWN! My Cod filet sandwich was served to me HOT, with a crunchy crispy outside and beautiful white flaky inside. It looked like an actual filet! A nice sized piece of thick fish. Not something that was pressed out of a factory fish stamping machine. And the tartar sauce, even though it was in a single serve container, tasted pretty good. I noticed it was Culver's and not a food provisioned generic item. Instead of fries, I chose Onion Rings. They were delicious, nice oniony taste and plenty of them. I have to say we were regulars here since this place opened with a 40.00-50.00 order weekly..that has come to a screeching halt...the last 2 visits the food was cold, greasy and cheese not melted, dead fries...not sure what has happened here but we will not be coming back..called the owner to let him know about the quality of the food and how it has failed over the last few visits, I figured one bad visit but the next one was worst... he seemed genuinely interested in everything I told him and offered to send us some certificates,etc.for my family to win us back and was super apologetic, I did not expect to get anything when I called him and that is exactly what we received..nothing..you really cannot think very much of your customers to promise them something and then not follow through with providing it..I will not go to this Culver's or the one in Inverness again knowing that we are not important enough to follow up with from a promise you made. I was amazed last month how good Culver's in Brooksville was clean. Today, not so much. Floors are sticky, tables not clean, and no packages of salt. What a difference a month makes. Since this was my first visit I got a BOGO Basket. I had 2 butter burgers. I chose the french fries as one side and cheese curds as the other side. The burgers are slightly bigger than Steak n Shake and tastes a little better. Fries were good and hot. The cheese curds were good but were warm not hot but still tasty.
