Food decent, but missing protein we paid for Absolutely terrible experience with pickup. The pickup board was completely full of names and there was zero organization or communication from the staff. My order said it would be ready at 7:23 PM, and I didn't receive it until 8:10 PM. We live about 25 minutes away, and I even went in around 7:30 to give them extra time, but I was still left waiting and basically ignored. To make it worse, my girlfriend ordered shrimp, chicken, and steak, and the order was missing the shrimp entirely. The pickup area was a total mess, a mob of people crowded around the pickup area, not even dining in, and it honestly felt like a fire safety hazard. People trying to dine in couldn't even enjoy themselves because the whole front area was chaos. After a while. Same would drop off an would be left thinking, is my order done , did they finish it ? Is it just sitting in the shelf there . Nobody is actively manning the pick up orders. Seems like there are too many ways to place orders at this location and they can not handle the volume. The owner should lose this franchise. It's barely 2 months old and it's clear they have already fired the majority of well trained staff, they have not mopped or swept the floors since the day they opened, and it's longer wait than a sit down restaurant. Every single time it's been 45 to 60 minutes from the time I ordered till the time I get the food (takeout) The staff is nice and polite. But theres a serious disconnect. I was surrounded by many other highly irritated delivery drivers and diners who were not happy watching dine in customers get their food while our pickup time had passed by over 20/30 min. The owner clearly DGAF about this business, and corporate doesnt seem to care if the owners are absent and it ruins their brand reputation. Im sure it wont help but Im emailing corporate and tagging them with this recurring issue. Get an owner who wants to be present and will actually work, or close up. read more

Everyone was complaining about the food, I had a great experience, I got a "bowl" I got the chow mein and honey walnut shrimp with a drink "root beer" and a side of crab Rangoon's To be honest I've had better crab Rangoon's but they were okay. And only one downside that I had was not sure if they were short on help but the line took forever, it seemed like there was one person taking your order and that same person was doing the window so not sure about that part but food was good. read more

You would think that the service would improve from a newly opened restaurant but unfortunately, I honestly was very tempted to walk out. The counter help was not helpful. I wasn't even acknowledged or greeted, even with a cheerful, "Be right with you!". It was an off-time so can't imagine why the drive-thru was backed up. Decided to go inside, gave my order, and stood there...and stood there...I was the only person in line. Oh yeah, drive-thru. Food was lukewarm at best, though I will say the barbecue beef was tender and flavorful. I have never eaten Panda Express before, but the food was actually decent for what it is. My chicken was flavourful and the meal was filling. The only thing I would say is that the krab Rangoon does not taste like krab Rangoon. We ordered takeout, so not sure on the service level, however I'm sure it's great! Again didn't visit the restaurant, so I can't comment on ambiance, but I'm sure it fits the vibe check. read more

I know I did a review a couple months ago, but I had to update My Review. I came here on my birthday and there was a bit of confusion on how much I had to pay. Panda Express was kind enough to take care of the problem and they gave me a free voucher for the mistake. I'm glad I got it because it was delicious. Went here yesterday with my wife. 6-15-26. Took her here because she has never had it before. Went in and it was nice. Went to order and the kid Isiah was smug and very rude. Ordered our food and he said that it would be a couple of minutes on mine it was almost done. Ok no problem. Went and paid for them sat down and waited and waited and waited for mine. After 10 min the order was ready. There was a guy before me that was waiting for his and after me a woman came in for the same order I ordered. He gave them both theirs and looked and me and smiled and turned around and walked away. After wife was done with hers I walked over to the cashier and told her I would like a refund. She asked why and I told her because I never received my food. She looked and seen my container sitting there and she tried to get my food. Told her didn't want it now because my wife was already done with hers. Isiah said it wasn't his responsibility to make it and that's fine if I want a refund. Won't be going back to this place. We have been several times since they opened, since a new place needs to have time to work out kinks, but this is the most disorganized place I've ever been to. We were so excited to get a Panda here but we will not be back. Mobile orders get completely ignored. They just stack allll of the empty to go boxes but don't fill them. Waits are 45 - 60 minutes past promised pick up time. And they mark the orders "complete" When they aren't, to make it look like they were fulfilled when they weren't. We can lucked out! We were on line to order behind an employee who was at Panda Express on his day off to eat lunch. He was so knowledgeable of the menu. He had nothing but good to say about this new restaurant & loved working there. I ordered something different & was so pleased with my meal. We travel all the way to Westley Chapel for Panda Express or catch it at TPA when we travel. This Spring Hill restaurant has plenty of seating compared to the others plus an awesome fast drive thru. read more

Listen, the food is good. It's consistent and feeds the whole family. BUT - their wait time is atrocious. I waited in the drive-thru line for 55 minutes at 6pm on a Wednesday night, where only 1 of the 2 lanes were even open. I've been eating at this chain for years, at places all over the country, and this was the worst wait I have experienced. Have been to this location a few times now. Horrible experience from start to finish. Wait times are unreal for a "fast food" Chinese place. From drive thru - to go and dine in. They cater to the drive thru instead of people waiting in line in person. The place is mobbed with people waiting for their online orders which makes dining in uncomfortable. After waiting forever when you finally get up thebuffet to order you will notice everything is empty or out. They can't keep up have cook in the back staring at the empty fryers. Staff running around aimlessly no one to help. Place is a disaster. Go support your local Chinese place over this and save yourself some money and 1 hour of your life. read more

Ordered using the app. 1 hour later it still wasn't ready with the best case of another 15 minutes. In the meantime people are walking into the store , grabbing their food and going within minutes. So I went ahead and just picked up the food right there. And asked to cancel my online order, it was all that to do it with the app. Unfortunately since I'm not a member there's no mechanism to do that in the app. The manager was nice enough to say that he would handle it and I should get my money back within a couple days. The problem I see here is that online orders seem to be put like on the back burner instead of being worked on immediately. So if you want to go to Panda Express at least I want to Mariner and Cortez in Spring hill, walk into the store. The food was great! I had the honey sesame chicken and chow mein with a spring roll. My husband had the beef and broccoli with fried rice and chow mein with an egg roll. We both preferred the chow mein and egg roll over the fried rice and spring roll. The bowl (smaller) size was more than filling. We will be back. read more
