We just ordered a super Hawaiian pizza there was hardly no ham and no pineapple very very little pineapple the wings were horrible I had this little tiny piece of a miniature Wing that the bones were broken and I literally almost threw up there quality of food has been going downhill for a long time I used to eat the pomodillas before but now it's like I don't want to eat there no more what happened to me today was horrible so I will give them a very bad rating because no food should make you want you throw up and if you're going to say you have a super Hawaiian then it should be a lot of pineapple fresh ham the ham was so overcooked I thought it was bacon very disappointed I have been for a while I don't know why I decided to get food from there today probably because my fiance are sick and it was the closest thing to us and I figured I'd give them a try again but wrong decision. read more

Found a huge hair in my pizza, under the cheese. When I pulled on it, all the cheese came off the slice. I threw the rest of the pizza away. They clearly don't wear hair nets so I'm never ordering from them again. Disgusted and appalled. read more

I ordered a pizza with a few simple toppings and a side of breadsticks. My pizza showed up without pepperoni but with something extra special! Honestly, I couldn't believe my eyes that there was a LIVE COCKROACH. When I called to speak to management, the lady would not provide her name "due to past issues"... and wouldn't give a refund but insistent on providing a credit that I had to physically call back to put my order in next time? Will happily call the Florida department of health for a check in with this establishment. read more

I love Papa Johns. We used to order this for my office and will be ordering soon. Their customer service is very kind and I LOVE their food. Their pizza is actually so amazing. I never actually have been inside the place but I would love to try sometime. The pizza comes pretty quick within 30-45 minutes or so. read more

Called to ask that the pizza be made well done extra crispy and was told that the pizza will be made as well done as they decide!!! because they have had issues in the past? Like what???So don't make the pizza how I like!? How crazy is that! I canceled the order and Papa John's just lost a customer for life. Now you have one less customer to worry about having issues. #papajohnblows read more

Pizza was good, thin crust and very tasty. It's a bit pricey , was ready in twenty minutes cooked perfect ans the salesperson was very nice

No sorry I'm a first generation Italian and I would never eat there again, I guess for people that don't know any better it's OK but not for me. And it's an expensive so if you want to budget it's OK. read more

Called to complain about the lack of bacon and pepperoni but was told it had been too long since the order for a refund. I told them that the pie was ordered before work for a lunch break and they said "there is nothing we can do". I then spoke with the manager who said that he was on ovens all day and there was not a pizza sent out like that (suggesting that I'm lying). Terrible fucking service for mediocre pizza. read more

Papa Johns Pizza - "Bacon and pepperoni" pie. - Pizza Near Me - Spring Hill, Florida

I'd give a negative 30 if I could. Asked to pay for additional toppings on my pizza order and was told they aren't allowed. Really? A business that doesn't want to make more money... This explains why their ratings are so low across all review sites. Asked for a manager and was told none on site. Must be nice to have a business that runs all by itself. Now you know why they're a bunch of fly by night stores in a shopping center. They'd never make it past month 2 in a real setting. Take your own chances, I'll never order from them or recommend to anyone. You've been warned. read more

So I'm terribly disappointed because this is about the only pizza place that I would like to eat. We usually order our pizza but today I went in to pick it up. It's an open concept and you can see the cooks about 12 feet away. I never knew they didn't wear gloves! This is definitely a deal breaker for me! I don't know where that 19 year old boys hands have been, up his nose, down his paints etc. I just will not eat somewhere where they don't use gloves or make customs 100% certain that Employees are washing their hands between making each pizza. I sat there and watched him stick his fingers is the sauce on the pizza, maneuvering the pepperoni and mushrooms around and sprinkling cheese on tops and whipping his hands on his pants! I'm sorry but I would never be able to swallow the first bite thinking about this. This company would probably be booming with sales like crazy if they made their employees wear gloves, hair nets, and maybe even a mask. Sucks because papa johns was the only pizza I would eat. Guess I gotta start making my own pizza read more

Papa Johns always is the best! Fresh mozzarella tastes so much better than the fake stuff.

Hadn't had Papa John's in years. Still have the hot peppers. I had the sausage puzza half off with a promo. Yhe pie was good. Only problem is the sausage had to muchnof a sage taste. I was happy and had leftovers, yum. read more

Sometimes pizza is not fully cooked. Lately it's been better though, they said there was an oven issue and that may have been true. Just make sure to ask for it well done. Manager berated staff in front of me for not greeting me, and made himself look like a petulant child. read more

This Papa John's is the best around by far. My family and I have dietary restrictions, and every time our order is prepared with care and accuracy. Andy is an excellent manager and goes above and beyond to make customers happy and has come through for us on multiple occasions. This store was one of the only to open the day after Hurricane Irma, quickly filling hundreds of orders. Even though Papa John's is a chain, this one really has the feeling of a local pizzeria! read more

This Papa John's is AMAZING! I would consider myself a take-out pizza connoisseur of some sorts. I have had Papa John's at pretty much all of the ones in the Tampa Bay Area and this BY FAR is my favorite one. Its quick service, the dough is delicious, the sauce is amazing, when you order through the app for pick-up it actually is EXACTLY what you ask for. Although, I haven't had much experience with the friendliness of the staff, they always hand my pizza to me with a smile and seem to really enjoy the other employees that they work with providing a positive environment to walk into. I am new to the Spring Hill but I will definitely come here a few times a month. Also, if you love Papa John's like me, DEFINITELY download the app. I would have to say I have saved so much money and received so many coupons and free items, the amount of money I spend here is SERIOUSLY worth it! $3.20 for one 2 liter is outrageously expensive and not worth it!! Just for ONE! Pizza is good though. Keep up the good work

It had been a while since I had Papa John's. Did they change the recipe for the crust?? Cuz' I don't remember it being as bad as it was. It was like eating 3 day old bread. The toppings were good, and the sauce had a good flavor, but that crust!!! Ewww, it's the next day, & I'm still scruching my face over it! read more

I attempted to place an online delivery order. I received an error message that advised me I'm out of the delivery area and to change my order to carry out. I have ordered delivery from this location before and it was not an issue. I'm 4.5 miles from the store. It takes 6 minutes to drive there. The person on the phone said "It's a liability issue. If the driver got in an accident, the driver, manager on duty, and store manager could lose there jobs." Sales must be outstanding if you deliver pizza and can only deliver in the neighborhood. I'm done with that location. Good luck guys. read more

Very disappointed with this location. I ordered online around 930, they showed up around 1030 1045. Opened the pizza box to find a pizza that looked old and was cold. The cheese and toppings were hard and nasty. Tried to call the location, they close at 11. I am waiting for a call back from the manager. What a waste of $30.00. Do yourself a favor and save your money. Will never order anything from this location again. read more

Trust me, we have tried to give them a chance. Our favorite pizza place does not deliver and we found Papa John's to be an acceptable choice when we don't want to go out. This means ALL our pizzas have been delivered. When I ordered the last pizza I received a return email saying it would arrive in 115 to 125 minutes. I honestly thought it was a mistake! We usually get our pizza delivered in 30 to 45 minutes. After the first hour passed I called the store and was told it was because it was raining. This was not our first rainy day pizza! Past pizzas have been cold, missing ingredients, been flipped upside down and generally not what was ordered. This one took exactly 115 minutes because it was raining. We give up . . . read more

Have been eating Papa John's pizza for years! My family worked there, so I have a soft spot for them. Not this location- pizza came out wrong, when I called back, unpleasant customer service. I'm fearful of them putting something on my pie now. Will consider other pizza places from now on. Shame on your Papa John's! Your customers deserve better than how you're treating them. read more
