We just ordered a super Hawaiian pizza there was hardly no ham and no pineapple very very little pineapple the wings were horrible I had this little tiny piece of a miniature Wing that the bones were broken and I literally almost threw up there quality of food has been going downhill for a long time I used to eat the pomodillas before but now it's like I don't want to eat there no more what happened to me today was horrible so I will give them a very bad rating because no food should make you want you throw up and if you're going to say you have a super Hawaiian then it should be a lot of pineapple fresh ham the ham was so overcooked I thought it was bacon very disappointed I have been for a while I don't know why I decided to get food from there today probably because my fiance are sick and it was the closest thing to us and I figured I'd give them a try again but wrong decision. read more

Honestly, I couldn't believe my eyes that there was a LIVE COCKROACH. When I called to speak to management, the lady would not provide her name "due to past issues"... and wouldn't give a refund but insistent on providing a credit that I had to physically call back to put my order in next time? So I'm terribly disappointed because this is about the only pizza place that I would like to eat. We usually order our pizza but today I went in to pick it up. It's an open concept and you can see the cooks about 12 feet away. I never knew they didn't wear gloves! This is definitely a deal breaker for me! I don't know where that 19 year old boys hands have been, up his nose, down his paints etc. I just will not eat somewhere where they don't use gloves or make customs 100% certain that Employees are washing their hands between making each pizza. Andy is an excellent manager and goes above and beyond to make customers happy and has come through for us on multiple occasions. This store was one of the only to open the day after Hurricane Irma, quickly filling hundreds of orders. This Papa John's is AMAZING! I would consider myself a take-out pizza connoisseur of some sorts. I have had Papa John's at pretty much all of the ones in the Tampa Bay Area and this BY FAR is my favorite one. Its quick service, the dough is delicious, the sauce is amazing, when you order through the app for pick-up it actually is EXACTLY what you ask for. Although, I haven't had much experience with the friendliness of the staff, they always hand my pizza to me with a smile and seem to really enjoy the other employees that they work with providing a positive environment to walk into. I am new to the Spring Hill but I will definitely come here a few times a month. Also, if you love Papa John's like me, DEFINITELY download the app. I would have to say I have saved so much money and received so many coupons and free items, the amount of money I spend here is SERIOUSLY worth it! I attempted to place an online delivery order. I received an error message that advised me I'm out of the delivery area and to change my order to carry out. I have ordered delivery from this location before and it was not an issue. I'm 4.5 miles from the store. It takes 6 minutes to drive there. The person on the phone said "It's a liability issue. If the driver got in an accident, the driver, manager on duty, and store manager could lose there jobs." Sales must be outstanding if you deliver pizza and can only deliver in the neighborhood. Trust me, we have tried to give them a chance. Our favorite pizza place does not deliver and we found Papa John's to be an acceptable choice when we don't want to go out. This means ALL our pizzas have been delivered. When I ordered the last pizza I received a return email saying it would arrive in 115 to 125 minutes. I honestly thought it was a mistake! We usually get our pizza delivered in 30 to 45 minutes. After the first hour passed I called the store and was told it was because it was raining. This was not our first rainy day pizza! Past pizzas have been cold, missing ingredients, been flipped upside down and generally not what was ordered. This one took exactly 115 minutes because it was raining. We give up . . . read more

Very disappointed with this location. I ordered online around 930, they showed up around 1030 1045. Opened the pizza box to find a pizza that looked old and was cold.
