Got the fish sandwich and curly fries. The food was hot fries were crispy. Staff was very professional and polite.

I couldn't find anything wrong with Arby's. I could only find nice things like The Corned Beef reuben sandwich I had and the curly fries the manager gave me because it took a little while to make my sandwich. The staff is very courteous and nice and the restaurant is very clean and brand new and the food tastes great. I used a coupon so I got a great deal on my Reuben. When they first opened the place was amazing but as time went by plenty of meats nice and fresh but the first time I had a problem was about two months ago, the order I got though the drive though was someone else's order. I call complained and they made it right. The next two times was around dinner time 5:00 which you would think things are the freshest but both times It was a waste of money I brought 3 meals the 9 pc chicken was hard as a rock as was the cheese sticks. I spoke to a Mgr the first time it happened his name was rob or ron but with prices the way they are I will be taking my business somewhere else and not suggesting this place anymore. read more

I ordered through a delivery app. They must have a new person because even with reading it back she seemed confused. They also didn't have one of the sides that I ordered in the app. Just be careful if you use an app to order, as they seem new or easily confused. Worked, ate and as a whole from it's start in the summer of 2019; this restaurant had more hard workers that bust ass than 50 ever could imagine. Regardless, from Nick Valentine to it's current and hard-working Savannah Kimble; this Arby's will serve you right if there is an issue with your food. From personal experience, they actually care and have a smile on their face while working. Robert, a current Shift Manager there can level with all the customers there. Understand them if he was in their shoes. The food served is always hot and fresh, especially the sandwiches thanks to leadership there everyday. I got really sick and almost died! Seriously that is not the same meat that was there 2 years ago! Gray meat should not be allowed! It is more expensive to . Three times and YOUR OUT!!! Three times we have been to the store in Spring Hill by Best Buy, and 3 times the food went in the trash. First time they ran out of BEEF, I was in shock. Don't you know how to take inventory or when to throw on another whatever you call it beef? Second time the sandwiches were as skinny as a hamburger from Burger King. Terrible customer service. Especially terrible manager Eric. Extremely rude and unprofessional. Will not be returning to this establishment. Ordered one thing. I was told would take 3 minutes. No problem. Went to window and paid for my poppers. Was asked to go park my car and wait. When I kindly said no thank you I'll wait here at the window since it's only 2-3 minutes I was immediately threatened, then I was given a refund instead of my food. I said I didn't want a refund just my order please then I was threatened to have cops call on me if I didn't leave the drive through. All because I didn't go park for 3 minutes. Beyond shocked. Needed to eat a quick dinner last night so we stopped at Arbys in Spring Hill. Manager was friendly and welcomed us to the place. Girl that took our order was all business and acted like she was not happy. Placed our order and started getting things little by little. As I waited at the counter I noticed how much food and trash was all over the floor in the food preparation areas. This was magnified when the girl that took our order went to put whipped cream on my milk shake. She struggled to get the cap off and then hit it on the counter by the cash register. The cap flew up in the air and the girl left it on the floor where it landed. She put the whipped cream back in the place it was stored without the cap on it. Very unprofessional to do this in front of a customer. Food was decent but nothing that would make us want to go back there any time soon. Gonna stick to McDonald from now on when we want a quick meal and want a clean and friendly place to eat. read more

Went there yesterday to test drive their Crispy Fish sandwich with cheese. Cashier said you have to buy two for $6. We have coupons that say you must pay full price for the sandwich (which we were willing to do) in order to use them. Cashier insists you must order two! So, if we want to use our coupons we have to get four sandwiches? Yep. Ok, forget the coupons (free shake, free fries/onion rings with purchase of each full price sandwich). Ordered two Crispy Fish with cheese, no lettuce, order of onion rings. Got home, no cheese, lettuce on both, onion rings so overcooked it was difficult to bite through the coating, fish was mushy in the middle, doughy bun. Do ya think we're going back?
