I've ordered from Marco's Pizza on Commercial Way several times, both for delivery through DoorDash and directly from the restaurant, and they've been consistently reliable. On my most recent order, I ordered a family-size antipasto salad but received a small instead. To their credit, they handled the mistake professionally, were very courteous, and promptly gave me a credit. Customer service like that goes a long way. The pizza is consistently good--I'd rate it a step above average. The crust is one of my favorite parts, with a great texture and flavor, and the portions are fair for the price. Overall, I think the pricing is very reasonable, and the staff has always been friendly and pleasant to deal with. The one area that could use some improvement is paying closer attention to order accuracy and the ingredients in the antipasto salads. A little more consistency there would make the experience even better. The attitude of the staff is why I will never go back. They are rude and have terrible customer service. They do not inform customers of their specials. I got there and had to wait an excessively long time the cashier had a lengthy conversation with the person in front of me who had already received her pizzas. While she explained to the customer her radiology courses and why she did not pass her exams due to missing 50 points and a few other details about her curriculum and how she was not a good test taker, and what was needed before she could apply to a hospital as she noticed I waiting there and completly ignored me. No cares at all the someone was in line. I was left with no choice but to wait. Once she finished explaining her classes to previous customer she asked for my order which was an online pickup. After I got home I realized order was incorrect. I called, and was advised since I used an online promotion code, there was nothing they can do but to give me a few dollars off my next order to compensate for the item left off my Pizza. What I wanted was the pizza that I ordered, having ensured the order was correct online. The solution was not acceptable as I drove 20 min to get there and back. I was in Spring Hill for work and my colleague ordered Marcos for the four of us. It was my first time trying Marcos even though I have seen plenty of locations and I have one near my home. I must say the pizza was surprisingly better than I thought it was going to be. The only thing I did wish was there would be less oil on the pizza. We also ordered breadsticks and they were okay, not something I would order again. Ordered 2 Calzones yesterday from Marcos at 5158 Commercial Way in Spring hill. around 2:15. Very surprised how bad they were, not fully baked. In this day of coronavirus, and (emailed) extra sanitary measures in addition to cleanliness assurances by the CEO of Marcos, I would think wearing gloves when in food service would be a no-brainer. I was there today and the fair-haired young lady with long finger nails, rang up the order, handed me a pen/picked it up, filled empty condiment bins, kneaded pie dough, made pizzas, made other meals, boxed pizzas, and answered the phone, with no gloves and no washing her hands. Disgusting and dangerous. The guy that made my pizza, I believe wore gloves, but he was nowhere in sight after putting it in the oven. I have ordered from here a couple times and been pretty happy with their online ordering process, prices, delivery service, and food quality. Our orders are usually a couple medium build-your-owns, wings, and a salad. Everything is fresh and tasty. Mediums are actually a very decent size for the night-of and leftovers the next day (for two ppl). I do not know what some of these people are talking about, but this is one of the better pizzas in the area. Period. The pepperoni magnifico is the best, and the quality of the ingredients is far better than a lot of other places. Order the pizza well done if you like those curled edges on the pepperoni. Give them a try. You will not be dissapointed. The steak asiago pizza is another favorite of ours, but it doesn't appear on the menu. The place is always very clean, and comfortable. The person on the phone was told by management they have to download an app to accept cash online??? I heard that same excuse 6 months ago also. Ordering on the website was very difficult it confirmed my order and when I got there turns turns out the order was not put in. I asked the employee to put in the order for me since I was already there they refused and asked me to put the order online. I put the order online at 7:08 and I had to ask in employee to confirm that they received order in order to start making it because they hadn't started. I waited 24 minutes for my order to finally come out. I ordered plain wings on the website however it managed to pur bbq wings instead. I told them about the mistake. They were nice to put in another order of plain wings. So I waited another 10 minutes then an employee came back to tell me that the owner will charge me for the second order as well because it was my mistake. I told them to keep both orders. Needles to say I am a very unhappy customer I will never visit your store or a Marcos pizza for as long as I live and I will never recommend you to my friends and their friends, etc. I will be writing many reviews online about my horrible experience. If you must order from Marco's, don't use their computer ordering system. I ordered a white pizza and paid for it online. When I got there they gave me a deluxe pizza, saying that was what I ordered. When I protested they said that was what I ordered - take it or leave it. When I tried to take the survey, that didn't work either. The receipt has 3 groups of numbers. Their computerized survey requires 4 groups before you can proceed. They should fire their entire IT Dept. Thank god for Village Pizza. read more

I ordered a Greek salad with no onions, no peppers with 2 packets of Greek dressing, along with other food items. After the food was delivered, I noticed that that Greek salad had onions on it and there was no dressing included with my order at all. When I called the store to complain, and spoke to Jason who identified himself as the manager. He was also the person who I placed my order with. I advised him that the salad that was delivered was not made the way I ordered it and it came with no dressing. His response was "well I didn't make the salad". I told him that I was not happy with that response. He then told me that he would have another salad made and delivered to me. At that point, extremely unhappy with this experience and his attitude, I told him that I didn't want another salad, but before I could tell him that I wanted to be refunded my money for the salad, he told me he was putting me on hold. Before I could say another word, he put me on hold where I stayed for about 5 minutes and then he disconnected the call. I called back and spoke to him again and told him that I didn't appreciate being hung up on after waiting on hold for that long a period of time and that I wanted his bosses name and phone number. He refused to provide this information and referred me to tellmarcos.com. I told him again that I wanted his bosses name and number and he still refused to provide it. He then called me a "fucking douchebag" and he hung up on me. At a minimum, this person should be terminated immediately from his job for the way he spoke to me. I have already left a voicemail message at their corporate office regarding my experience. It goes without saying that I will never ever patronize Marcos Pizza again. read more
