A great chicken parm not cheap with there meat
Frank M.

I ordered food from this place several years ago. It was good now I'm back and the food is better than ever. I got a chicken palm dinner. It was amazing. The chicken was tender. I haven't seen chicken like that. In a long time at any pizzeria. the food was delicious. I had to call them and tell them how good it was and I will definitely be back there. The service is very good I told the girl I like my ziti Adante cause some places have the ziti made and reheat it so that's why I was so happy they made it the way I like it Thank you . I will be back here I'm living in Spring Hill 24 yrs now and this place Tops All in Italian cuisine. Frank M we need more great tasting food up here.

Carmine the owner of Gigi's made a genuine 10 inch personal cheese pie. It was delicious NY Pizza One of the best I've had in Spring Hill. Come try one to go or delivered. Eat in but small. I'll post a picture.

This place is more than 5 stars to me...Carmine the owner genuinely cares about his customers and the quality of his Pizza...he explained how and why their Sicilian Pizza stands out from the rest .we have tried many and no one can compare to his...I will not even order one from anyone else even when out of town since I am always disappointed..if you want one call in the am so that the dough is perfect for your Pizza...we have tried many other items from here and they do not disappoint! Carry out only...

I love the crust and perfect crispy doneness. I usually go to Pizza villa, but I now have been ordering from here.

Incredible lasagna. Large portion!

This food was incredible! I was showing homes to clients and stopped in for lunch. We were disappointed there was no dining room and almost left. Gigi told us to sit at the one table and make ourselves at home. We absolutely felt at home. We ordered so much food because we wanted to try everything. Let me start with the white pie with ricotta cheese and spinach. WOW!! Phenomenal!! The cheesesteak was also extremely good made with quality steak. We also tried the mozzarella sticks and ordered a chefs salad. I'm very picky about my cold cuts, however I definitely could tell the superb quality of the ham and salami. The tomatoes, yes the stupid tomatoes everyone usually doesn't eat in the salad, they were some of the best sweetest best beefsteak tomatoes I've had in a very long time. . .But hold on, yes we ordered more! I ordered 2 orders of lasagna to go for the next day. Y'all, if you have not tried this lasagna you are missing out on quite possibly some of the best food you'll ever have. One serving of a lasagna dinner was enough for 3 people. Comes with 4 garlic knots. The owner mentioned they get fresh food in every 2 days since everything is made to order. Loved the very fresh quality. The only problem is I live an hour away! Boo. Thank you for making us feel comfortable and serving us as we would have felt in a five star restaurant. Any time I'm back in the area, I'll be sure to stop back in.

Side Sausage

1st time here, bottom line horrible. Ordered eggplant parmigiana, white clams over linguine, and fettuccine Alfredo with side order sausage, portions were huge but quality low. Wanted meat ball side but didn't have, also no linguine had to substitute fettuccine, garlic knots appeared baked from frozen as burnt and very chewy. 3 dinners could feed 10 adults, no one could eat 1 plate of this as all the food was poorly made. Should have known when I was walking up to them as sign in front warning of septic tank and not to walk in grass. What a tell all.

Piece of steel wool in pizza.

I'm only giving this place two stars because I can respect the fact that I had good experiences…read morehere years ago. It used to be a favorite of my dad's, and whenever I came to visit, we would always stop in. I had heard it had gone downhill, but I decided to give it another shot because I always enjoyed the food. Unfortunately, what I experienced this last visit was disheartening and unprofessional. Last week, I ordered a couple of meals with plenty of time to pick them up before a football game. When I arrived, the girl behind the counter asked the cook if the order was ready, and he said no. The two of them then got into an argument in front of customers about when she was supposed to press a button in the system to notify Grubhub that the food was ready. Very uncomfortable and unprofessional. They apologized and told me they hadn't even started the food yet, so it would be another 15-20 minutes. I waited patiently in my car, went back in, and the food was finally hot, so I rushed home. Once I opened my meal, I realized they gave me the wrong order. Instead of the ziti and eggplant meal I ordered, they gave me plain baked ziti -- and it was very dry. I called immediately, and the girl told me they could remake it, but only if I drove all the way back. After already waiting an extra 20 minutes, I asked if there was another option. She said they could offer a gift certificate, but only when the manager returned. She promised the manager would call me. I never heard from anyone. The next day I called again and was told the manager wouldn't be in until Wednesday. I waited, and Wednesday came and went with no follow-up at all. For a $20 order, the situation could have been handled so easily. Instead, I listened to staff arguing, received the wrong meal, and then got zero accountability or customer service afterward. They even tried to blame the Grubhub system until they finally admitted they could see I did order eggplant and ziti. What happened to simply taking care of the customer? We've been coming here for years, but after this experience, we won't be back. Plenty of other Italian restaurants know how to treat people better.

The service was immediate and one of the big wigs came and asked what we thought. The portions adequate and plated well. Overall a nice place for a classic Italian family style dinner with ambience. We had dinner at La Bella Napoli this evening with a 5:30 reservation. We arrived around 5:20 and…read morestill waited about 15-20 minutes for a table, which probably speaks to both the restaurant's popularity and its biggest drawback: the dining room is simply too small for the amount of business they do. We both ordered the Veal alla Siciliana, with veal, eggplant, and ham. The dish was well prepared, and the kitchen did a nice job getting everything out promptly. The sauce was good, although I've had comparable or better Italian food at Argento's, and I personally prefer a thicker, richer sauce. Overall, though, the entrée was enjoyable and reasonably priced for what you receive. The extra charges were harder to understand. My fiancée had the house salad with blue cheese, while I ordered a Caesar and was charged extra for the Caesar itself and again for anchovies. By the time the upcharges were added, the salad was around $8. We also paid extra to substitute angel hair pasta. Considering angel hair is hardly a premium pasta compared with spaghetti, penne, or fettuccine, that seems unnecessary. These relatively small charges add up and detract from what otherwise feels like a fair-value restaurant. The fresh-baked rolls were very good--light and fluffy and particularly enjoyable with the seasoned olive oil. I had a Pepsi, although unfortunately it was somewhat flat. The highlight of the evening was the service. Anna was outstanding: friendly, attentive, efficient, and helpful, including boxing our leftovers. Our tip reflected how pleased we were with her service. The atmosphere is where La Bella Napoli struggles most. Tables are packed closely together, the chairs aren't especially comfortable, and the restaurant can get extremely noisy. Tonight included a crying baby, and with such a small room there really isn't anywhere for the sound to go. If you enjoy a lively, crowded family restaurant, that may not bother you. If you prefer a quieter, more relaxed Italian dinner, this probably isn't the atmosphere you're looking for. Our total for two, including tip, was roughly $80-$85. I also noticed the suggested tip percentages on the bill now extend as high as 30%. That's certainly becoming a trend, but 30% as a suggested gratuity feels excessive. There are plenty of positives. The restaurant appeared clean, the staff was consistently friendly, the menu offers a tremendous amount of variety, and the kitchen handled a busy dining room efficiently. It's also good to see a local, family-style establishment doing a strong business, including what appeared to be considerable takeout traffic. Overall, La Bella Napoli serves reasonably good Italian food, with a diverse menu at a fair basic price, with excellent service, but the numerous upcharges and especially the cramped, noisy dining room take away from the experience. Perhaps their success has simply outgrown the space. A larger dining room with more comfortable spacing would make a substantial difference and double their business. Overall: Good quality food, excellent service, fair value--but crowded, noisy, and a few too many little upcharges.

There was not one of us sitting at that table that had anything good to say. The only nice thing that tasted good was the Publix chocolate ganache cake. PS. We asked for more bread rolls , that were hard, and said we're running low, so I'll have to serve you at the time of your meal. We made these reservations two weeks ahead of time and I specified that there were four larger people at this party. It was a major disappointment to all of us that my mother actually felt obligated to pay the bill because she felt bad that the food sucked!! Of course she did not pay the Bill.

We have been coming to Rocco's for over 3 years. We are not regulars, but have been here over 25…read moretimes. I have never reviewed because while the pizza is good and the food is good the service has always been mediocre. Just kind of what is expected and honestly that is pretty normal for a pizza place. Today put a bad taste in my mouth. Joe our server sees us walk in with my two kids and you can see the change of demeanor when we say we are eating in. Again nothing we are unused to with two young kids we kind of always get mid or poor service, because they assume we are going to be a mess, loud and don't tip well. While we were sitting his regulars came in and boy what a flip of the coin. Very attentive. While they were sitting he shared a story about how he went to a restaurant and his server gave poor service. Didn't fill his glass for 12 minutes. How he was half way through his meal before she noticed and her excuse was she didn't see the glass. He was critiquing how you have to be more observant and attentive. How he is a server and he gets being busy, but you still need to pay attention to your surroundings. Well I ordered my daughter spaghetti with the sauce and meatball on the side. He brought it with the sauce and meatball on top and his excuse was he didn't hear me. He then didn't offer or refill my drink once. Infact because of his story I made a point to lift my glass when he came over and he still didn't refill it. Well over 20 minutes with an empty glass. He had 3 tables and one was regulars. The icing to my grip I also ordered a Diet Pepsi which is what was on the fountain but it was definitely a Pepsi Zero, all my fellow diet soda drinkers know, there is a difference and we have a preference. If your ok with good food but mediocre service it's fine, but don't expect more.

My very sweet husband, Sir Hubbers decided to pick up operation "Dinner Out is a go" for us…read morerecently as both of our Estimated Time OF Arrival "ETA" rendezvous back at our pirates lair was just not going to happen. We jump to plan B.. This is Florida man, "Florida Man" great food all around.. He knows I love "Chicken Franchisee" he knows everything.. I trust him completely. So he says he is going to pick up 2 chicken franchisee's & sides, meet me home in two shakes of a lambs tail with a surprise, as it's our Anniversary eve. (Night before) What he brought home was not Chicken Franchisee. What has now become the worst dinner we have ever had in our lives, the worst of the worst, the only dinner we never ate bc it was all so bad we just threw it all away, it was all horrendous, except the piece of bread. The italian bread knot/roll was acceptable. The chicken in the chicken & starch goo was cooked properly, however the fake bad lemon flavor starch goo sauce was so horrendous it was not eatable & the spegetti with it was drowned in it, as it was also way way way over cooked spegetti. We threw the whole dinner in the rubbish. The side salads were not fresh & it appeared they were cut up & prepared by a child. The vegetables were all cut different sizes. Very sloppy & unappealing plus it was past its prime. The oil & vinegar dressing was not even olive oil. We don't know what kind of oil it was. We threw the "salads" in the rubbish also. Sir Hubbers also ordered fried calamari. It was completely undercooked calamari from like a bag from Sam's club or some cheap bagged calamari. We both ate a couple of them & threw it in the rubbish also. We both felt terrible the next day, even thou we just had a couple of the calamari. We didn't eat anything the whole next day either. We just drank water. Ruined our Anniversary plans. Anyway, now after many discussions with my hubby about what has now come to be known as, "the worst dinner of our lives" the worst chicken franchisee we have ever had, the only way we can get over this horrendous experience is to have a sense of humor about it. So Congratulations Rocco's. You have now inspired me to start a new list & you top it baby. "Worst dinner of our lives." DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I ordered a pizza and it was completely inedible drenched in grease, severely overcooked, and practically burnt to a crisp. When I tried to address it, the customer service was shocking. The girl taking orders at the front counter is incredibly rude. Worse, the owner rudely introduce himself as JA or AJ notoriously hostile. He has a volatile, belligerent attitude and treats paying customers like garbage instead of fixing mistakes. He would not give me his real name, I suppose his initials name JA stands for the way he treats his customers, and his food quality. He talks to women with such disrespect!
