    "Philly Cheesesteak"

The Philly..... has 1 ounce of meat on it. I kid you not. Went back to see if they made a mistake and they said it's extra for more meat. Strongly do not recommend.

True brick oven pizza. Thin crust with great portion of toppings. They offer take out. There is a place to sit but there is no wait staff. Order at the desk and bring it to your table. That's fine. Wings are nice and crispy. Update during the Covid pandemic: ordered take out. The observed social distancing with pickup outside. All staff wearing masks, even cooks and delivery. Great job you guys.

I hate posting bad reviews but this place is ridiculous. I Moved out here a little over two years ago. This pizza shop is about a mile and a half away from my house. My standard Peetz is a white pizza with feta cheese finish and pepperoni. I've ordered that pizza from the shop four different times every single time it has been completely undercooked to the point where I have to bring it home and cook it for about 30 minutes before even edible spend $34 on a pizza have to cook it yourself is beyond ridiculous. Every time I've actually told the people that made the pizza it's not cooked then beer arrogant narcissistic sociopathic complete buffoon told me the pizza was fine. Meanwhile, when you bring it home it's actually 3/4 of the way around the pizza for $34. Have to bring a piece home to cook yourself is ridiculous. I've ordered the same exact pizza from Westshore Pizza and Marco's probably well over 100 times In Tampa it's never been undercooked it's never had to be cooked at home. This pizza shop is completely inept about actually cooking a white pizza have no idea what the other pizzas they cook actually taste like but for me to spend $34 per pizza after bring it home and cook it the first one we just threw out cause it was horrible, I don't suggest anyone ever goes to this pizza shop or ever even risk eating something that could possibly give you salmonella. The first sign should've been when they asked you to pay for the pizza before they actually even show you the pizza for pick up, I would never recommend the shop and we are going to report them to the health department And the of business and professional regulations like I said, I hate to do this sort of thing, but they've never replied to anyone of my phone calls and emails or anyone of my post on yelp Google Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok. They clearly know there's a problem, and they clearly do not care, this is a picture of uncooked pizza This seems to be a trend out here in Springhill. Business taking advantage of customers with well below serve and food

    "Mild" wings- Be warned.

Pizza is very good and the Chicken Parmigiana is outstanding. Love the sauce and you get a very healthy portion. Staff is very professional.

People were so nice to me and my kids. And the pizza was delicious. Not to mention you can't argue with the cost. We'll be back!

Pizza was good. Ordered a pepperoni with extra toppings, a broccoli roll, and a sausage and peppers sub. Good but cost was high.

Pretty much Self serve. Paper plates that get saugy . Cardboard crust pizza. Gave it a shot, won't go back.

I ordered a 16" cheese special and it was great. I had them cook it well done and it was prefect. We will be back for sure.

I'm only giving this place two stars because I can respect the fact that I had good experiences…read morehere years ago. It used to be a favorite of my dad's, and whenever I came to visit, we would always stop in. I had heard it had gone downhill, but I decided to give it another shot because I always enjoyed the food. Unfortunately, what I experienced this last visit was disheartening and unprofessional. Last week, I ordered a couple of meals with plenty of time to pick them up before a football game. When I arrived, the girl behind the counter asked the cook if the order was ready, and he said no. The two of them then got into an argument in front of customers about when she was supposed to press a button in the system to notify Grubhub that the food was ready. Very uncomfortable and unprofessional. They apologized and told me they hadn't even started the food yet, so it would be another 15-20 minutes. I waited patiently in my car, went back in, and the food was finally hot, so I rushed home. Once I opened my meal, I realized they gave me the wrong order. Instead of the ziti and eggplant meal I ordered, they gave me plain baked ziti -- and it was very dry. I called immediately, and the girl told me they could remake it, but only if I drove all the way back. After already waiting an extra 20 minutes, I asked if there was another option. She said they could offer a gift certificate, but only when the manager returned. She promised the manager would call me. I never heard from anyone. The next day I called again and was told the manager wouldn't be in until Wednesday. I waited, and Wednesday came and went with no follow-up at all. For a $20 order, the situation could have been handled so easily. Instead, I listened to staff arguing, received the wrong meal, and then got zero accountability or customer service afterward. They even tried to blame the Grubhub system until they finally admitted they could see I did order eggplant and ziti. What happened to simply taking care of the customer? We've been coming here for years, but after this experience, we won't be back. Plenty of other Italian restaurants know how to treat people better.

The sauces were rich and satisfying and no reflux symptoms…read more Classic music played with a matching environment. The service was immediate and one of the big wigs came and asked what we thought. The portions adequate and plated well. Overall a nice place for a classic Italian family style dinner with ambience. Tatiana, our server, gave high end service focusing on our taste. All staff contributed to a soothing experience.
