Usually excellent food but sandwiches are mediocre and I requested no onions and the guy taking my order was rude,got my address and order wrong. I called back after getting the cold food and he said he could give 50% off next sandwiches! LOL should have credited the card the full amount. Lost several customers because of it. Ordered two basic 16 inch pizzas. One pepperoni and one ham. The pizza was really good. Especially for the price. Two 16 inch pizzas for $26, with this type of quality, in this day and age doesn't happen that often. The delivery driver was super nice and personable. I wish I knew his name so he could get the proper recognition he deserves. The one negative I would note is with the guy taking orders over the phone. He did not have a pleasant attitude. It seemed like I was inconveniencing him by ordering. Maybe he was having a bad day or it was just overwhelmingly busy at the time. Although the attitude of the employee was annoying, the product and the price speak for themselves. It was excellent pizza! I would definitely order from them again!! read more

We ordered two pizzas and garlic cheese bread for delivery. I looked at one of the menus listed in Yelp and it didn't seem to match what was at the restaurant, however after further review, there are more accurate ones later in the photo reel. We got a deluxe aka 'the works' (which was very full of ingredients and tasty), pepperoni (very tasty) and garlic cheese bread (very tasty). The crust was our favorite. The service was not as great though, as the person who took the order was very short and snappy (I got the visual of an old grumpy man). My impression is that they were busy so I understand not being as kind. And I was asking for a 12" pizza that they didn't have. They only sell 14" & 16" according to the order taker. The delivery person didn't have a marked vehicle. He was as expected: he dropped off food, I signed receipt and he left. read more

Honestly surprised the place has 4.5 stars. Not because it's bad; just because it's extremely average. The toppings and cheese were bland. The only season came from a well rounded sauce and well made dough. Honestly with better toppings and premium wood fired oven I could see this being a strong 9/10 but as it currently stand it's at about a 7/10. For comparison most NYC pizza is 8+. read more

Matolis has been consistently wonderful. They make everything fresh to order and are sensitive to being aware of allergies if need be. The veggies are delicious and the pizza just right. Even the giant mega pizza that they put everything on. It's a crowd pleaser and so much fun. The Greek salad is fresh, the dressing is simple, tasty, and unique. There is potato salad on the Greek in true Tarpon style. I once thought there was rudeness on the phone, then I went in. Yes, the voice is quick and sharp but it belongs to a man with the most genuine smile who has a hilarious, albeit dry, sense of humor and truly cares about his business and his customers. Such truly caring folks work here. It's not the slow sweet talking south in Matoli's, it is a quality place with heart and soul poured into it. read more

Omfg it's so good. Prices are pretty fantastic too. Everything is hand made and you can absolutely tell. The cannolis are just mouthwatering. My husband got a calzone and it was so cheesy and soft and delicious, I got the cheese ravioli and words cannot describe how good it was. Even the marinara is homemade. And it's not super busy, so food came out pretty quick too! I also have a feeling it's gonna reheat AMAZING (since we couldn't finish - the portions are awesome)! Great option for delivery. We ordered 2 large pizzas, greek salad and chicken parm. People were friendly, portions were huge, delivery was fast. Kids loved the pizzas, chicken parm was tasty, sauce was meaty and tasted nice and fresh. Greek salad was unusual, with a big dollop of potato salad in the middle. Very tasty, although the dressing was a little sweeter than I'm used to and I wish they used nice greek olives instead of canned black olives. But still it was a great option for a vacationing family. Definitely recommended if you live or vacation in the Weeki Wachee area. read more
