Lg pizza sausage, mushrooms, onions, bell peppers & anchovies. $29.11 + $4 del tip. Meh...crust was under done in the center, anchovies are usually salty but these tasted only of salt, would have liked the onions chopped vs rings, canned mushrooms

Tried to call and order a pizza for the kids. The guy who answered the phone was extremely rude. We don't tolerate rude in the south...

I have never reviewed because while the pizza is good and the food is good the service has always been mediocre. Just kind of what is expected and honestly that is pretty normal for a pizza place. Today put a bad taste in my mouth. Joe our server sees us walk in with my two kids and you can see the change of demeanor when we say we are eating in. Again nothing we are unused to with two young kids we kind of always get mid or poor service, because they assume we are going to be a mess, loud and don't tip well. While we were sitting his regulars came in and boy what a flip of the coin. Very attentive. While they were sitting he shared a story about how he went to a restaurant and his server gave poor service. Didn't fill his glass for 12 minutes. How he was half way through his meal before she noticed and her excuse was she didn't see the glass. He was critiquing how you have to be more observant and attentive. How he is a server and he gets being busy, but you still need to pay attention to your surroundings. Well I ordered my daughter spaghetti with the sauce and meatball on the side. He brought it with the sauce and meatball on top and his excuse was he didn't hear me. He then didn't offer or refill my drink once. Infact because of his story I made a point to lift my glass when he came over and he still didn't refill it. Well over 20 minutes with an empty glass. He had 3 tables and one was regulars. The icing to my grip I also ordered a Diet Pepsi which is what was on the fountain but it was definitely a Pepsi Zero, all my fellow diet soda drinkers know, there is a difference and we have a preference. If your ok with good food but mediocre service it's fine, but don't expect more.

We had dinner at La Bella Napoli this evening with a 5:30 reservation. We arrived around 5:20 and…read morestill waited about 15-20 minutes for a table, which probably speaks to both the restaurant's popularity and its biggest drawback: the dining room is simply too small for the amount of business they do. We both ordered the Veal alla Siciliana, with veal, eggplant, and ham. The dish was well prepared, and the kitchen did a nice job getting everything out promptly. The sauce was good, although I've had comparable or better Italian food at Argento's, and I personally prefer a thicker, richer sauce. Overall, though, the entrée was enjoyable and reasonably priced for what you receive. The extra charges were harder to understand. My fiancée had the house salad with blue cheese, while I ordered a Caesar and was charged extra for the Caesar itself and again for anchovies. By the time the upcharges were added, the salad was around $8. We also paid extra to substitute angel hair pasta. Considering angel hair is hardly a premium pasta compared with spaghetti, penne, or fettuccine, that seems unnecessary. These relatively small charges add up and detract from what otherwise feels like a fair-value restaurant. The fresh-baked rolls were very good--light and fluffy and particularly enjoyable with the seasoned olive oil. I had a Pepsi, although unfortunately it was somewhat flat. The highlight of the evening was the service. Anna was outstanding: friendly, attentive, efficient, and helpful, including boxing our leftovers. Our tip reflected how pleased we were with her service. The atmosphere is where La Bella Napoli struggles most. Tables are packed closely together, the chairs aren't especially comfortable, and the restaurant can get extremely noisy. Tonight included a crying baby, and with such a small room there really isn't anywhere for the sound to go. If you enjoy a lively, crowded family restaurant, that may not bother you. If you prefer a quieter, more relaxed Italian dinner, this probably isn't the atmosphere you're looking for. Our total for two, including tip, was roughly $80-$85. I also noticed the suggested tip percentages on the bill now extend as high as 30%. That's certainly becoming a trend, but 30% as a suggested gratuity feels excessive. There are plenty of positives. The restaurant appeared clean, the staff was consistently friendly, the menu offers a tremendous amount of variety, and the kitchen handled a busy dining room efficiently. It's also good to see a local, family-style establishment doing a strong business, including what appeared to be considerable takeout traffic. Overall, La Bella Napoli serves reasonably good Italian food, with a diverse menu at a fair basic price, with excellent service, but the numerous upcharges and especially the cramped, noisy dining room take away from the experience. Perhaps their success has simply outgrown the space. A larger dining room with more comfortable spacing would make a substantial difference and double their business. Overall: Good quality food, excellent service, fair value--but crowded, noisy, and a few too many little upcharges.

There was not one of us sitting at that table that had anything good to say. The only nice thing that tasted good was the Publix chocolate ganache cake. PS. We asked for more bread rolls , that were hard, and said we're running low, so I'll have to serve you at the time of your meal. We made these reservations two weeks ahead of time and I specified that there were four larger people at this party. It was a major disappointment to all of us that my mother actually felt obligated to pay the bill because she felt bad that the food sucked!! Of course she did not pay the Bill.

My wife placed our order at 4:45 PM. It is now 6:45 PM, and our pizza still hasn't arrived. We called three separate times for an update. Each time, the staff was dismissive rather than helpful. On the last call, we were told the pizza had left "about five minutes ago." The restaurant is only four miles from our house. Twenty minutes later, we're still waiting. Delays happen, but poor communication and a lack of concern for your customers are unacceptable. If the order was delayed, just be honest. Instead, we were repeatedly given information that didn't match reality. After three disappointing experiences, we've decided not to order from here again. I genuinely don't understand how a business can continue operating with this level of customer service. I can't recommend this restaurant based on our experience today.

Spring Hill's best-kept secret. We found this place after frequenting "Gator's Dockside."…read more We simply opened the door to look, liked what we saw (perhaps they renovated old Subway?). New flooring, new layout and especially refreshing was the smell of FRESH BAKED flatbread. Staff were extremely helpful and cheerful (excited and proud to share their products). We both ordered flatbread sandwich combinations (pesto chicken) suggested from their menu and soup. The meal was fresh, tasty, contained fresh herbs (which made it extra delicious). It left us satisfied but not bloated. This is the difference between chain food and true Mom and Pop stores like this! Owner (Andy?) was so pleasant that we repeatedly returned. They also make homemade bagels which were again, unlike anything we have purchased from other stores. Truly incredible and we actually leave you dreaming/daydreaming about returning. This should become a chain... it's THAT delicious.
