Staff is wonderful. Friendly and fun. Although a little on the smaller size, they have no issue handling the continuous flow of patrons. Menu is a little limited. But every dish on the list is prepared well. No, fancy presentation, no special dishes just a good meal in a comfortable setting. read more

Place was great! Had low expectations but, that was quickly smashed. We had the beef dip Chicago sandwich which was really good and then the pizza ! Wow, thin cracker crust and we loved it. Definitely coming back ! read more

Poor quality food, unfriendly server = never again!!!!!! Waste of time and $. 7$ for iceberg lettuce and 1 tiny round slice of pepperoni. Server messed 2 orders up and was curt!! read more

Guido's was a recommendation from a friend that lives in the Springhill area. We ordered a small Guido's Special pizza. The thin crispy crust is delicious. The mount of toppings and sauce was sufficient for the size of pizza. The cheese sticks we ordered were basic cheese sticks, nothing outstanding. The restaurant was not busy so we were seated and served right away. The seating was comfortably spaced and lighting was sufficient. We would return again for pizza if we were in the area. Worth a stop if you have not been. read more

Haven't been here in quite a while. Ordered anti-pasta and two large cheese pizzas. The anti-pasta was a lot of old looking lettuce had more of the ends the hard pieces than the leafy greens. The pizza was good. The service was excellent and the place was warm and welcoming. read more

Early Saturday dinner at the beloved Guido's. 5:30 reservation, although we didn't need it was the place was pretty empty, seated right away. Order water and an antipasto salad for the table and peruse the menu. This my third visit to Guido's I knew I wanted pizza but was wanting to make an attempt at the Lasagna. So I did just that. Lasagna comes served with soup or salad so I pick tonight's special chicken pastina soup. Antipasto salad is good, enough for the four of us at the table. Good choice on the soup, very flavorful. Lasagna arrives and it is HUGE, covered in a marinara sauce. Nicely done, great combination of meat, cheese, pasta. Great flavor. Pizza arrives, large sausage and cheese thin crust. Love the sausage but not a fan of the pizza sauce, lacking flavor for me but everyone else enjoyed it. The food was plentiful so we took pizza and lasagna home. Service is not overly attentive but adequate to get through the meal. Overall a great meal at Guido's. read more

The best pizza that I've had in the area. They actually use high quality Italian sausage on their pies, unlike some other places. Their crust is to die for. I highly recommend. read more

If you're in Spring Hill and you want a sit down pizza dinner with the fam this is the only spot worth your time.

And another thing this is my second review the garlic asked for garlic there's no garlic there's no garlic. They charged me three dollars for garlic and there's no garlic and they asked for extra sauce. Oh whoop you three dollars for extra sauce with that a tablespoon never going back there never don't waste your money cause other better piece of places in the New York accent lose it. You sound so unintelligent. read more

We've been here a few times and it's hit or miss. The sandwiches lack flavor. Salt or some seasoning goes a long way The pizza I like because of the crispy thin crust, however my mother loves hamburger pizza unfortunately they only have hamburger meatballs and once again no seasoning makes it bland We did also order the guido special pizza without the anchovies. It was tasty but needs more sauce. We probably won't go back because of these issues as well as the bland service that we received. It's unfortunate because they could really have a great little restaurant if they would just add the seasoning! read more

If you're in Weeki Wachee or the surrounding area, go get you some thin crust Chicago pizza. It's honestly some of the best we've ever had! Service was okay, not stellar but it's busy season and it was a Friday night so we let it go. The ambiance is like walking into a 1990s pizza joint - and it's great. Appetizers: meatballs and mozzarella sticks (our kids loved both) We shared a large "works" pizza minus the anchovies. It was delicious! read more

Fantastic food! We've had pepperoni and sausage pizza, their guido special, white pizza, and cheesesteak and omg! We will travel the 30-40 minutes once a week just to get the pizza! Servers are wonderful too! Worth the drive, beats anything in Citrus County! read more

The BEST pizza we have ever had (if you prefer crispy crust). They also do a pan style. All ingredients used are farm fresh and high-grade meats. Our first time! We're from the Chicago area and have been in Land O Lakes for 4 years. We've finally found close excellent Chicago pizza down here. We ordered a medium sausage and green pepper pizza plus an Italian beef. Pizza was crispy and paper thin reminding us of Vito and Nicks. Both the pizza and the beef didn't disappoint!! Can't wait to return soon! PS... the staff are so nice and helpful read more

We have been to this location a few times now and quite enjoy it. It's very easy to get to with convenient parking. The decor is slightly outdated but not in an old way, more so in a welcoming, comfortable way. The service we always receive is great! I swear the pizza tastes better and better every time we eat it! Our kids absolutely love it and it's one of their favorite places to eat. We also have had the trio, eggplant parm, chicken parm and ravioli. All so good! This is why we keep returning! read more

Have been going to this restaurant over 10 years. Ive actually moved to Beverly Hills but love the pizza here. Went there Thursday and ordered, the waitress came out 30 or so minutes later with a pizza that was incorrect from my order. She apologized and said (they are going to make you the correct order and you can take this one home, I just brought it out to see if you wanted a few pieces until yours was ready. I said no thanks I'll wait for mine and take that one home. 40 more minutes and mine came out, ate it, got another glass of wine and when the bill came the waitress said oh I'm sorry they threw the other pizza out. Which she had promised me. However I didn't charge for the glass of wine! I asked for manager, nope I called later for manager, he'll call tomorrow. I guess don't hold my breath. REALLY disappointed the new manager didn't value my patronage read more

I wrote a review a year ago. I am still disappointed in The Guidos's of today. We decided to go back & see if Guidos listened to all the recent bad reviews. I do know that there are new owners and Billy is no longer working there. It's such a shame to lose another great pizza restaurant go down hill. Sorry we won't be back after spending every Friday night for the last 20 years. So now where do we go? read more

According to my Chicagoan buddy, the pie did not closely enough resemble Chicagoan thin crust. With that said, he didn't shy away from pounding slice after slice. Toppings placed under the cheese opposed to ontop which was an unexpected, but not detrimental, wrinkle. Overall, good flavor and only moderately greasy. read more

So sad to see this restaurant in such decline under its new ownership.
