I recently moved to this area from Philadelphia and all I can say is ... if you're looking for good pizza THIS. IS. THE. SPOT. The pizza here was better than some of the pizza I could get back home in all honestly. The crust was crisp and the sauce to cheese ratio was great. I am more than happy to keep supporting this place that gives me a small piece of home.

This pizza is overly greasy, tastes awful, is NOT NY pizza-- I don't know what this is. Spent $75 on multiple pies and one kid is already in the toilet, I'm nauseous ... it's going to be a long night. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE

Definitely NY style pizza. Tried several places in this area and Mark Anthony hit the spot. Their cheese pizza is Thin crusted and the sauce was on point! Their Sicilian was amazing true thick crust. The antipasto salad had so much meat in it. Their price is amazing too! Very nice owner.

Mark Anthony Pizza is a little tucked away but it's well worth it. Got my first pie and it was outstanding.. truly a New York style pizza. Crust was nice, thin and crispy and the sauce was beyond good. I don't think you'll be disappointed stopping here. As Arnold Schwarzenegger always said I'll be back. Thank you for a great pie Mark. BTW The grandma's pizza knocks it out of the ballpark. read more

Ordered a gramma sausage, mushroom and black olive. Good things first; the crust gets a 5 hands down. Best pizza crust I've had in Florida. Unfortunately that's where it ends. Sauce looked like watered down marinara, Sausage should be chunks of italian sausage not an italian hot dog sliced up, toppings were sparse and who puts canned mushrooms on a pizza? Gross. The pizza had a good garlic flavor but everything else seemed flavorless. Maybe it was an off night but I'm not willing to plunk down 30 bucks again to find out. read more

Enjoyed our second Mark Anthony dinner last night...a meatball calzone and it was as delicious as our first meal...the grandma pizza!! This is some of the best Italian fare I've had in years and that's saying something coming from an Italian-American. Authentic NY Pizza and Garlic Knots. Found this place 8 months ago when I moved down here from New England. The pizza is always consistent, and you can tell when fresh ingredients are used. The staff is friendly. The restaurant itself only has a take out counter and two or three small tables for two. So if your a family of 4, take it home. read more

first time back in awhile. 13.00 for 3 item 16" pie. not unreasonable. pie was very good. they do have a one item special for 10.99. but we liked the pizza. always the best in spring hill. was hard to navigate the road next to checkers at night. there is a back road much easier. but worth the effort. never disappoints. read more

The worst pizza I ever had from a pizzeria. This guy had the audacity to charge $4 for a little slice that was horrible. If you're looking for the worst pizza in Spring Hill go to Mark trash Anthony's. He try's to pretend that he comes from NY and knows what good pizza is. He is a pretender that wouldn't last 2 days in NYC. I wouldn't be surprised if this place goes out of business soon. read more

My son-in law's birthday and he wants calzone. Noted that he's also a professional chef. Saw that they had really good ratings so took the plunge. One word, wow!! We were all in food comas after eating the "everything" thin crust, Sicilian style cheese and family size calzone with pepperoni. He picked apart the calzone and admitted that it was better than his! We will be back! Best pizza I had anywhere in Tampa! read more

Called and asked for delivery, female answered the call and said " no we don't deliver" then I was like " hmmm yelp says/shows you deliver" female responds with " nope we don't so ???" Well with that reaction or interaction made me and my wife say well we won't ever call or try this place again, we also agreed we will let people know of our experience with Mark Anthony Pizza maybe the person was having a off or bad day but I was willing to purchase a product from your establishment but word of mouth is more powerful then this social media outlet, I'm just sharing our first and last experience with this establishment.. will try and attach photo showing delivery and take out.. wanted to try and find a pizza like back home in Boston since we just moved to Spring Hill from Boston Massachusetts !! read more

I tried this place based off of some of the positive reviews and I'm so glad that I did. The pizza tasted just like I was used to being from NJ/NY and the portion size was outstanding. I had leftovers for 3 days!! I will definitely be returning back here again and I look forward to trying different menu items. read more

Spring Hill has alot of great New York style pizza places but this is by far the best one. The owner worked at a shop in NYC before he moved down here and definitely took whatever he learned to heart because this place is outstanding!! They do slices or whole pies. No delivery but it's not an issue because they're so fast and efficient! read more

Never even got to have the pizza. When I called, I was told they only delivered through Grub Hub. However I was unable to bring up the restaurant on Grub Hub. So I called Mark Anthonys back so that I could give then my order and they could call Grub Hub and they refused. I am astonished and absolutely furious!!! I will never frequent this restaurant. They have lost my business. We just moved down here and order a lot of pizza. Too bad. read more

They gave me a pizza that a customer had brought back because they gave them the wrong one. Then just handed it to me like it was no big deal. The pizza left the premises and was on the way home with the customer before turning around and returning the pie, unsanitary and gross. It's a shame because we order from there quit a bit, but not anymore. read more

When I arrived, the girl behind the counter asked the cook if the order was ready, and he said no. The two of them then got into an argument in front of customers about when she was supposed to press a button in the system to notify Grubhub that the food was ready. Very uncomfortable and unprofessional. They apologized and told me they hadn't even started the food yet, so it would be another 15-20 minutes. I waited patiently in my car, went back in, and the food was finally hot, so I rushed home. Once I opened my meal, I realized they gave me the wrong order. Instead of the ziti and eggplant meal I ordered, they gave me plain baked ziti -- and it was very dry. I called immediately, and the girl told me they could remake it, but only if I drove all the way back. After already waiting an extra 20 minutes, I asked if there was another option. She said they could offer a gift certificate, but only when the manager returned. She promised the manager would call me. I never heard from anyone. The next day I called again and was told the manager wouldn't be in until Wednesday. I waited, and Wednesday came and went with no follow-up at all. For a $20 order, the situation could have been handled so easily. Instead, I listened to staff arguing, received the wrong meal, and then got zero accountability or customer service afterward. They even tried to blame the Grubhub system until they finally admitted they could see I did order eggplant and ziti. What happened to simply taking care of the customer? We've been coming here for years, but after this experience, we won't be back. Plenty of other Italian restaurants know how to treat people better.

We started with a delicious house salad with vinaigrette. Fresh spring mix , tomato, onion, and sunflower seeds. No iceberg here. Our pizzas were excellent. They chop there pepperoni which is odd. We will be back.

I figured it was high time to update my feelings about Cody's. Yesterday I stopped in for an early dinner. Around 3.:30 or so. I was in the mood for something simple. Something simply STEAK-y! I quickly settled on the EARLY BIRD Top Sirloin Steak. An easy choice, and it turned out to be the RIGHT CHOICE. A very Delicious RIGHT CHOICE... Of course, I politely munched on some peanuts as I waited for my mandatory BIG BOWL O' ENDLESS SALAD! I made sure NOT to throw any peanut shells on the floor. I will say I kinda miss that 'Back in the day' CRUNCH CRUNCH CRUNCH sound of walking on peanut shells. BUT, I totally get it! Saves a LOT of backaching work for the Cody's Crew NOT having to scoop up tons of spent shells off the floors, seats and everywhere. Speaking of Cody's Crew! My server was the wonderful Joni R! The one with the dazzling smile and the perfect serve! AND the excellent upside-down handwriting. She took excellent care of me. Always right there, the moment BEFORE I was about to ask for something. She delivered a mighty fine bowl of that savory salad. She kept my tea filled, my needs met and my spirits high. I enjoyed EVERY SINGLE BITE of my entire meal. It was one of those times where you knew you ordered EXACTLY what you wanted but didn't know just how much you wanted it until you ordered it and then ate it!!! WHEW! (I did all that on purpose!) Cody's AND Joni were a HUGE HIT! I enjoy the atmosphere very much. Like being in an old Western saloon, that serves excellent food. All the while watching the golfing crowd, the fishermen/women and the Seniors (like me) amble in. A LOT of those fine folks are hot on the trail of the EARLY BIRD MENU. That's a very fair deal for some truly fine grub. (NO PICS today. I was too busy people watching, yakking and eating)

As you walk in you are greeted, very enthusiasticly, by the staff. The interior is decorated with pictures, signs and clocks all having to do with trains. The staff are all friendly and the food was very good. My wife had the biscuits and gravy. According to the menu, the biscuits and gravy are homemade. When the plate comes out, the gravy looks can bought; but my wife said it tasted homemade and so did the biscuits. I had one of their skillets, which was very good. This was a very pleasant place to visit.

We tried the carry out at two pizza places recently. We ordered pepperoni, sausage, extra cheese, lite sauce on thin crust. Gianni's Pizza was first. We got a 14 inch pizza and it was very good. So good that we decided there wasn't any need to try others. But to be fair we tried again. Mark Anthony Pizza was second. They only offered a 16 inch pizza. It was quite good, particularly the cheese. I wasn't overly fond of the sausage slices. But a good pizza. Overall, we liked Gianni's Pizza best and rated it a notch above. We can't quite rate it perfect because we need to try more places. read more

Close to my house and the pizza is always HOT and tastes great at very reasonable prices. I found this place by accident, it's kind of hidden away at the end of a plaza. Look for it. Recommended for sure. read more
