I was visiting mom in Spring Hill and drove past the pizza truck. So glad I decided to try it. Delicious pizza, the crust had a great chew, the sauce was delicious and not too sweet. (I'm not a fan of sweet tomato sauce). I ordered the margherita and pepperoni, I would order both again. Service was great too, very nice people. Highly recommend read more

I found this truck listed on Yelp and tried it because it was so close to my housing community. I called on a Friday evening at 5:20, ordered two pies and was able to pick up at 6. Ordered a meat lovers and Hawaiian. Super clean, easy area to drive in and out of, and a cute are with covered picnic tables and games if you were waiting. Took the pizza home and then...... hubby kept asking where it was from. He claimed the pepperoni had the best flavor he'd ever had! Pizzas were both delicious either way a tangy sauce and perfect crust from the wood fired oven. We will definitely go back! read more

Yes yes yes ! they make the best out I've ever had in Florida or actually most places that I've been to in the United States and they've seen a lot from me because I'm from New Jersey lol if you like Woodfire pizza and really fresh good good dough that's makes an air bubbly when it cooks oh my God this place is phenomenal and you wouldn't believe it but this place is actually a food truck that just stays in one spot there in Springhill here are some pictures of the pizzas and their menu. Enjoy if you're in that area you have to go try it. I promise you promise you promising you if you love wood fire pizza you're gonna be floored and the owner is a really nice guy. He's in the pictures below and every time I go there, I let them know ahead of time and he always remember certain kind of cheeses I like and I'll go and buy them for my pizza like that's a Wow factor. read more

Fantastic food truck pizza right here! Everything from the dough to the sauce and the toppings were all *chef's kiss*. Service was quick, well you had to wait for your pizza to be cooked, but it's very fresh. I love how the pizza was not very salty, and you get to taste the ingredients rather than be overwhelmed by the salt and oil. They have a nice location off a big road with a few picnic tables, perfect for a day like today (In February, not too hot and not too sunny). I can imagine when the weather gets very warm people would likely just take the pizza home because it is outdoors. Overall, a good place to pop by for lunch when visiting Weeki Wachee springs! read more

We have eaten here 3 times and each time is just as great as the last. It is best to call in your order before leaving the house so you don't have to wait too long. They have some outdoor seating with some sun coverage. The pizza is perfectly crispy, the sauce is amazing and there's just the right amount of cheese. The white pizza is my favorite. Such nice owners and the quality of ingredients can't be beat. It is our new Friday night tradition! read more

Great food, great owners. How can you go wrong people that actually care about whether you like their product or if there's an issue, which there won't be. Concerned about everything in their place and try to make it welcoming to everyone. I've been all over this side of the US. Including Dallas, Kentucky, Atlanta, Buffalo, Cleveland, Detroit, and several other places and nothing can come close to this woodfired pizza. It is more of a New York style pizza. Buffalo has its own style and so does Cleveland and Dallas has one. But for what they serve, it's more New York. I just hope one day they will get a brick and mortar place. Cuz would love to sit in a restaurant and have good Italian food cause I think they would expand their menu. Everybody must try no matter if they have to come across town. It's worth it. read more

These 2 Guys really make a Great wood fired pizza. Ingrediants are amazing and service is always fantastic! Call ahead if you can't wait, the food truck isn't huge and they get very busy at times. They have a shade covered area with tables, really casual ambiance. read more

My google review is much longer and more detailed but they deserve a review everywhere possible. This food truck is amazing. Absolutely delicious. Not only will you have a wonderful eating experience but the atmosphere is great. I have an Ooni pizza oven and cook and make pizza's all the time. We don't usually order wood fire, like never. Today we did and holy sh*t is phenomenal. It was my first visit and will not be my last. Such a good spot to grab a quick bite during lunch before running errands. So so so glad we tried them. It's basically perfect. They are friendly, personable, and seem like wonderful people. Go give them some love because they'll give you love right back. read more

Took out a 10 inch margharita.pizza The pizza was very thin ,very little cheese and it flopped down when trying to eat it. Pizza was way too small for the $12 price and it was soggy and hard to eat. I'll never go back again not worth the money read more

Great wood fired pizza! I had the pleasure of trying them because they were at NJoy Spirits and the pizza hit the spot! I ordered half meat lovers and half pepperoni and it was ready in under 15 minutes. The guys running the food truck were great too- we chatted about distilleries, pizza and that they got their wood stove from NJ. Highly recommend this food truck! read more

My wife and I stopped and ordered two pizzas, she ordered the white pizza and I ordered a pepperoni. The pizzas are wood fired and thin crust. When the pizzas were done, they were cooked perfectly. The toppings were fresh and both pizzas were delicious. This pizza was much better than any other pizza we've had in this area. We highly recommend. We also hope that the owner (who is very nice) is ultimately able to open his restaurant in addition to the food truck. read more

Truly amazing Pizza. Super nice staff. They recommended the lucky pizza. An off menu pizza with blue cheese. It's definitely going to be a frequent stop when I'm in the area. The small pizza was the perfect size for one person. Just enough to have one or two slices left over unless you're hungry. This definitely beats any chain pizza. Woodfired brick oven pizza is the best. I brought both of my dogs with me and the staff came out to love on them. Excellent experience. read more

Went there for the first time today with my husband. Best pizza that I've tasted in my area. The owners were super friendly. As we waited for our food, it was nice to watch the engagement between regular customers with the owners. Right by the food truck it's a quaint dining area with lights and music. We got a 10 inch pepperoni pizza and it was so fresh! I forgot to take the picture because it smelled so good and couldn't wait to dive in. Can't wait to go back soon! read more
