Every single time weve tried to go there, theyre out of dough! Youre a pizza place , how can you be out of dough? The waitstaff is awesome but the manager kind of a twit. Why work with the public if youre always miserable, ridiculous! Not to mention the ONE waitress is serving the ENTIRE restaurant, poor kid was beyond busy , heck we were going to offer to help her just so she could catch a break ! IF you go there tip the waitstaff they work hard .. rating a 3 ONLY for the waitstaff! Id put minus 13 but theyre worth a 10 read more

We decided to go to Pizza Hut tonight for dinner and we were extremely disappointed with this particular Pizza Hut. We normally go to another one that we were in the area and decided to try this one. The service was absolutely horrible! Our waitress took our order. It took 15 minutes for her to come and bring our drinks and then when we got our pizza it wasn't very warm. It definitely wasn't hot. We finished our drinks and set them on the edge and she never came back to refill our drinks or ask if anything was OK. Another in our party got up and went to the waitress and asked her if we could have a refill on our drinks and that we were tired of waiting. She said she'd get right to us. She wasn't very busy as there weren't very many customers in the store. After another 15 minutes she still had not refilled our drinks. It was absolutely awful. Like I said the pizza tasted for me and the service was horrid. The worst that we've ever experienced. I didn't even bother taking a picture of the greasy pizza. I don't recommend going to this Pizza Hut, unless they retrain their waitresses to give good customer service and be on top of who needs refills or to check to see if the customer needs anything else. When we left, we did not leave her a tip. And if we were bad people, we could have walked out without paying because she didn't pay attention to yes. We did pay, but we will never go back again. Avoid this Pizza Hut unless you want bad service and bad food. read more

I have ordered from here quite a few times, carry-out and delivery. Everything is always good and fresh.

Tried several local pizza shops in my area trying to give my business to a locally owned place, but I didn't care for the 4 or 5 places I tried. I went to Pizza Hut with very low expectations. I prefer Papa Ginos but there are none in my area. I ordered from Dominos for many years until I had a VERY unpleasant customer service experience last year. I was pleasantly surprised with Pizza Hut. The thin crust was cooked perfectly and the veggie pizza tasted delicious. The toppings were also very good. Price was slightly high but not crazy. I arrived early and my order was already done. I was surprised I had to pay over the phone with a credit card, as most other places charged me after I arrived to get my order, but no big deal. I might still try other local places but Pizza Hut will be my go-to pizza place for the forseable future. read more

I've had okay pizza from here before and was fine for the price. I just ordered the "Melts" one meat lovers, one pepperoni lovers. It was not very good, do not recommend. Food was warm, what cheese was in it was barely melted, and all in all sparse toppings, my top was burnt and the taste is eh. I'll never get another one. Wished I had gone to a different "chain" pizza restaurant and got a pie. Money not well spent. Oh the delivery was super fast, like I ordered at 5:45 and it was to me at 6:05. A better than expected experience with this restaurant when we first time ever discovered a Pizza Hut store that also had a full salad bar. There were many dressing flavors with tons of topping and even some sweet treats like chocolate pudding and vanilla pudding. The pizza quality maybe was just similar to other Pizza Hut locations, but the salad bar was unexpectedly good and service was nice and friendly. The restaurant is right next to the U.S. 19, so it is probably a right choice as a quick stop for lunch on the way to Weeki Wachee to the North or New Port Richey and St. Petersburg to the South. read more

I have been going to this Pizza Hit since the 80s when I was in high school and have always enjoyed it here. The food is consistent and the staff is friendly. They also take pick up orders. I am so happy to still have this restaurant in town and I hope it is here for many years to come! Be sure to not just pass it by if you need a easy kid friendly night out! read more

If I could give less I would. Simple order. Medium Pepperoni Pan Pizza with extra cheese, and buffalo sauce instead of marinara. Requested cooked well done. Pizza Hut can be a bit soggy. Delivery driver was fast, and courteous. The pizza was completely wrong. The cheese was still cold, and not melted. The dough was soggy, and the pizza was just nasty. I gave them the benefit of the doubt, and called to request a fix. Rico put me on hold for 20 minutes while he was "getting a manager" I finally hung up and called back with a bit more of a temper until I got the manager. His apology was not sincere, and he offered to make a new one correctly. I accepted with the condition that he take the bad one back and show the cooks how to cook a pizza if they want to make people sick. Time will tell if they remake my order correct, and don't mess with it. Either way they have lost a customer. See the pictures if you want to know what we went thru. read more

I received a $ 10.00 Coupon code from Pizza Hut Via Survey I completed for their service... ,which I believe I rated them five stars for the taste and quality of the Pizza.. I attempted to use said coupon in the time before expiration. I ordered a pizza at $11.00 and order of Chicken wings and extra cheese on the pizza totaling Sub total $20.47.. There is No place anywhere on the coupon stipulating any kind of restrictions.. After completing my order online , and using the coupon provided to me by Pizza Hut, it was rejected.. I called the Commercial way store and was assisted by the manager. He was very short with me and seemed evasive to my order. He stated that I was already getting a discount by ordering the anytime $11. pizza and by using the coupon I was double dipping discounts.. No where does it say that the a $11. Pizza is a discounted pizza nor does it stipulate anything on the coupon as to this.. Sooooo,, to make a long story short.. Don't fill out any Pizza Hut surveys and try and use their $10 off Coupon because it is worthless.. I wish I would have written the managers name down but he was working the afternoon of this date. 05/12/2015.. So to the Pizza Hut higher ups.. Although I have seen stupid issues with this Pizza Hut in the past it is very close to where we live so decided to stop here Friday night for dinner. At 6 pm on Friday night during season when every restaurant in town has a wait this place is about 1/3 empty so no waiting but that should tell you something. We were seated and left with menus. After about 15 minutes we had not even seen a waitress to order drinks although they were waiting on other tables in between the stand around and chat sessions. We finally got up and left as we could not get any service from anyone. On the way out we passed three wait staff talking who looked at us and I told them we could not get waited on so we are leaving. All three were laughing and just thought this was the highlight of the day. This place really needs a manager. read more

Great! I'm new to the area, saw this Pizza Hut as I drove by to our new home, needed to eat after 24 hours of traveling,ordered my pizza, I was Told it would be ready in 15 minuets, I was there in 12 minuets, my name was called as i walked in, they opened the box to show me my order to make sure it was right, it was, they thanked me as I paid. I decided to order a pizza while at work Friday, and was going to pick it up on my lunch. They guy on the phone said 15 minutes. I get there and there's no record of my order at all; name, phone number or pizza. After waiting several minutes of them trying the order. They asked if I wanted to place it again. I was on my lunch and had no time to wait. Today I finally had a moment to call and talk to a manager. Who was no help at all and said he couldn't help unless there was an order placed.
